Wohnung und Lage top. Jederzeit wieder!

Man ist in 0,nix in der Altstadt, an der Donau oder am Bahnhof. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr persönliche Note, allein schon durch den Duft der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Keine Großwäscherei. Leider hat es die Stadt noch nicht geschafft, hier eine Verkehrsberuhigung durchzusetzen. Das würde das Gesamtbild noch besser machen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr zentral, netter Vermieter.

Das kleine Appartement in der Nähe des Doms ist das ideale Quartier für die Erkundung von Regensburgs Altstadt. Es bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Und den sympathischen Vermieter kann man jederzeit unkompliziert kontaktieren.

We voelden ons hier thuis. Krachtige Wifi aanwezig. Alles wat je nodig hebt op een klein oppervlak. Locatie uitstekend. Eigenaar behulpzaam.

Alles in Topzustand. Bequemes Bett. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Grosses, modernes Bad, leise Lüftung. 1-Zimmer-Studio etwas eng, da viele Einrichtungsgegenstände (aus meiner Sicht Barhocker überflüssig, nehmen Platz weg). Verdunkelungs-Rollo ist eher ein leichter Sonnenschutz, früh morgens ist es sehr hell. Der Kühlschrank brummt leider. Strasse mit Pflasterstein halt sehr laut, wenn Autos/Lastwagen durchfahren. Alles andere top.

Wohnung, für einen Städtetrip, ausreichend, sehr zentral, dafür aber von der Straße her sehr laut, bis tief in die Nacht. Wir kommen wieder, aber wir werden wohl etwas außerhalb wohnen, alleine des guten Essens und des Bieres wegen. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir ja noch nicht alle gesehen, mal schauen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Es fehlt ein kleines Radio, die Stühle könnten zumindst für ältere Leute etwas bequemer sein

Das Appartment entspricht den Angaben im Internet. Es ist zentral gelegen und auf kleinem Raum modern und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber war einladend und die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, so dass auch eine kurze Rückkehr zum Ausruhen, Umziehen oder Einkäufe ablegen kein Problem ist. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr zweckmäßig. Herr Kramhöller ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein Parkhaus. Alles in allem bestens und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 😊�

Nice, but small. Expectd washer and dryer in apartment, since it was listed. Found out there was a pay washer in basement. Could not figure out how to use it since i don't speak German. Door was very hard to open.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 2 nights in June. The apartment is exactly as described, small, but it is perfectly designed to make the most of the limited space. The apartment was clean and bright with modern furniture and fixtures (the bathroom had a tub). We had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the convenience of the elevator, the Rewe grocery store (in the same building) and the Dachauplatz parking garage (a few minutes walk from the apartment, part of which is through a nice covered market area). It was very hot during our stay but the fan kept us cool. The location couldn't be better - in the old town within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Our booking inquiry and subsequent questions were promptly answered and Sonja met us at the building entrance within seconds of the agreed time.

Very nice, clean apartment in Regensburg just a few steps from the old section.

My husband and I spent three nights in this apartment and had a great experience. It's in a central location in the Altstadt so we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. It's cute and clean and comfortable. It is small, but that was fine for us. It had everything we needed, including coffee, wifi, TV and a nice bathroom. Christian was friendly, reliable and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Regensburg.

The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town and walking distance to the main train station as well as restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Times for checking in and out were flexible, which was appreciated. The only suggestion I could make is new pillows, as they were flat and uncomfortable. But overall everything was great and I would highly recommend this apartment to any visitors to Regensburg.

Apartment for two people in historic centre of beautiful Regensburg. You are few steps from the Dom and it is quite easy to discover the city center from this location. Christian was fast in email conversation and he was open to our special needs before we have arrived. Same accomodating aproach he had also in personal contact. Apartment itself is small but well equiped and fully satisfied our needs. if you are two people or less and you want to be more in the city than in the apartment I can highly recommend Christian and the apartment itself.
