Overall, a good experince.

The property is very well located; close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.

The condo was dirty and the garbage disposal didnt work.

Beautiful room for anyone to enjoy

The room was beautiful.

The key pad on the door was not working and would not lock so unless we were in the room with the pad lock locked anyone would be able to enter the room. I contacted security on the property as well as vacasa. Vacasa took my number and said they would call back but then never did. The pool also ended up being closed for maintenance which we were informed about after we were already on our way but I understand that these things happen.

very pleasant room and location are wonderful

the location and condo is perfect so nice and clean!!

the only problem was the pool was being repaired which was supposed to be done so we could enjoy it for a few days it was not and that was a huge disappointment as I do not go into the ocean. the pool was 1 reason we booked this condo.

Pro’s snd Con’s

Clean, spacious, large sliding glass doors in both living room and Master Bedroom, wet bar. Liked master Bedroom furniture and decor., except the straw hat hanging on the wall. I liked the contrasting blue and white paint. Liked walk-in closet, large master bath with tub and shower. Liked large kitchen. Liked the ease of the lock box on front door.

The living room furniture does not meet the standard of the condo. If not replaced The sofa needs throw pillows it is very uncomfortable without throw pillows at your back. The two white chairs are just plain ugly. And the wooden cane looking Rockingchair does not need to be in this condo nor the little table that sits by the side of that chair. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced you can just look at it and see the big slump in the mattress where a persons behind would be when laying down. And in another spot there’s like a lump. The mattress absolutely needs to be replaced. In the guest bedroom The overhead light is missing a bulb. The lamp on the side table does not work either the switch doesn’t work or the bulb is blown out.

I love it here and can’t wait to get back!

Love this location, easily accessible to close shopping and dinning.

The condo needed to be swept and there were small things that needed to be tidied up. Like the black mold growing on the outside of the shower door frame.

The tub not working. Had we known the tub didn’t work we would have booked somewhere else. Parking was absolutely terrible and inconvenient

MORE THINGS WITH IN WALKING DISTANTS. IT WAS NOT A PLACE FOR OLDER PEOPLE. PARKING IF YOU LEFT YOU WENT OVER THE ROAD PARKING. NEED SOME BROCHURES THAT WOULD BE HELPFULL TO PEOPLE

Beautiful and comfortable

Everything was amazing and beautiful and had everything we needed. Great location and views of ocean. Stocked very well. It would of been nice to be compensated for the closed pool that I only found out about 1 week prior upon myself asking

Our stay was enjoyable. We wouldn't mind coming back.Just may book through a different company.

We loved the location. The ocean view was beautiful and everything we needed was in walking distance or a very short drive.

Very limited parking. When we would arrive back to San Carlos after dinner we would have to hope to find a park. The pool was out of order. The sheets and pillowcases looked dingy. Need replaced. Also we found dirty dishes in the drawers. Looked like a handheld juicer that hadnt been washed.

Weekend Trip

The convenience and location was perfect. There were several great restaurants in walking distance. The condo was a peaceful place, the noise is controlled and law enforcement was close at all times.

As soon as we walked in, you could hear and feel the grit of sand under your feet like the property hadn’t been swept and mopped. It is advertised as having 3 beds but the fold out bed only had sheets. There wasn’t one extra blanket in the condo anywhere. The pictures shown on the website were classy and decorated nicely, but the actual condo had very plain cheap decor. The living room furniture and the balcony furniture wasn’t comfortable and hard to use for relaxing.
