The standig individually holiday home, built in 1670 and renovated in 2020 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.LocationHorní Malá Úpa, district Horní Malá Upa, 1090 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, open plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Direct view of the highest mountain Sněžka.
