Why Not? is the perfect house for a family reunion or multiple families staying together on Long Beach Island. Located on Taylor Avenue, this house in the heart of Beach Haven -- 10 houses from the beach in one direction and Bay Village in the other direction with Fantasy Island amusement park and Thundering Surf water park -- so you can park your cars and walk everywhere!

Why Not? can sleep 21 people with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. But the real enjoyment comes from the pool, hot tub, multiple level outdoor decks and the open living area which includes two cathedral ceiling living rooms, large dining area and gourmet kitchen. Purchased in 2015, the owners have put much effort into renovating and bringing everything up to date.

Why Not? has three bedrooms on the main floor and four bedrooms upstairs. The first floor includes 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin bed. The second floor houses 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full and 2 bunks with 2 trundle beds. There are 3 full bathrooms on the first floor and 3 full baths on the second floor with a large jacuzzi tub in the master suite.

In addition to the pool and hot tub, outdoors you'll find a gas grill, large eating area, outdoor ping pong/pool table, outdoor shower, large shed, several bicycles and beach necessities.

This was the perfect house for our vacation! 16 of us stayed and there was still extra space for everyone. Beautiful layout of the home with comfortable furniture. Huge patio with pool and hot tub and tons of amenities for entertainment— beach equipment, outdoor and indoor games. We had everything we needed including responsive and caring owners! 2 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to coffee, food, drink and entertainment. There was fun in every direction! Would love to stay again!

The house was big enough for the 13 of us to be happy. It was an easy walk to the beach and the there was a wagon and lots of beach toys for us to use. There was a lack of communication about the use of linens (they are not included and we were supposed to rent or bring them). The manager fixed the problem by allowing us to use the owner’s linens. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Thank you Aimee and Michael for a wonderful week with our family! The location to town, as well as the beach could not be better! The space inside was perfect for our family gatherings and the pool area was a big hit! Open and spacious, this house was exactly what we needed! I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a perfect family vacation!

Michael and Aimee's house is a must stay spot in LBI! We had the best time and the location was perfect! We spent our mornings on the beach, afternoons at the pool, and evenings in the hot tub. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a plethora of beach items and pool floaties! The kids also loved all the books, toys and games! We'll definitely be renting this house again because...why not!

The home is amazing. The owners are very responsive. Location is fantastic one block to beach one block to shopping and restaurant’s. Never used the car once. In fact the heated pool, hot tub and deck were so great I only went to the beach one time. The owners have provided EVERYTHING in the way of beach and bay fun. Paddle board, surf boards, tubs, 14 beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing pools, you name it and I bet it’s there. The same goes for the kitchen....they have it! The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and many of the bathrooms were over the top! Aimee and Mike Thank You. Our 50th Anniversary Celebration was amazing!

Everything about "Why Not" was perfection. This is our 5th year renting in May/June, and the 4th house we tried and I think we found it! The house was exactly as listed, and even better. It is the perfect beach house, open and airy and exactly what we wanted. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. I can say only good things about the house and our renting experience! Thank you!!!

We recently stayed at this rental property and loved every minute! It is a beautifully decorated beach house and it has everything you could need while enjoying your vacation. We loved the location which is close to the beach and to all of the fun stores and restaurants in the area. There was so much to do we wish we could have stayed longer! We took trips to the beach, enjoyed swimming in the pool, bike rides, shopping, delicious meals at local restaurants, Fantasy Island and so much more! The house is very well taken care of and we arrived to an impeccably clean house. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to cook and entertain, the family room is comfortable with an a great television for movie night, the dining room is perfect for big family dinners, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the pool and outdoor areas feel like a beach resort. We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely rent this location for our next trip!

We had a fabulous mother/daughter weekend with 18 people at this spectacular house! Michael and AImee did an incredible job decorating, and making everything easy and accesable for their renters. It had everything you needed right there, and with the beach on one side and the town down the street, it was a perfect location. We had plenty of space for 18 people, and our group already wants to revisit again next year. Michael and Aimee were not only very nice to work with, but they were quick to respond for anything you needed, I would highly recommend Whynotlbi to anyone! Thank you for a great weekened.

My family and I spent a holiday weekend and fell in love with this house! It was spacious, clean and perfectly decorated. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and enjoyed most of our meals poolside on the patio. The kitchen and appliances were new and we found everything we needed, thanks to the labeled cabinets. Beds were very comfortable and the bunkbed room was a hit with our kids. The location was prime; we never once needed our car. Just a stones throw to the beach and an easy walk to great restaurants and fun attractions like Fantasy Island. All in all it was the perfect vacation. Beach, pool, bikes, BBQ, and quality time with our family in a comfortable and beautiful setting.
