About this house rental
Our holiday home is located directly on the old dike at Rüstersiel.
It has a beautiful garden with a terrace and a winter garden with an automatic winter garden awning so that you can sit in the winter garden in peace and quiet even in summer when the temperature is pleasant.
The house has 4 bedrooms + 1 baby room / children's room, 3 bathrooms +1 guest toilet (total of 4 bathrooms) and a large living and dining area. Overall, the house is very spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Furnishing:
4 bedrooms with double beds (the double room on the ground floor is equipped with a third bed), 1 of which has a separate dressing room that can also be used as a children's room or as a baby bedroom.
3 bathrooms, each with a shower, a total of 3 showers! There is also an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.
Kitchen with dishwasher and full equipment
Balcony, winter garden and terrace with sun loungers and garden seating, barbecue facilities including a large grill (see pictures)
3-4 parking spaces on the property.

Several playgrounds, soccer field, new BMX and scooter track and a cool basketball court with table tennis are in the vicinity.
Bathing opportunities in the North Sea resort of Hooksiel or in the Nautimo adventure pool can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Shops can also be reached quickly (bakery, supermarket, post office, kiosk). In the district of Rüstersiel there are three restaurants that are within walking distance.
The city center can be reached by bus or by car in 10 minutes.
Our prices include WiFi, electricity, gas, water and parking.

The mattresses are all covered with fitted sheets on arrival. And the duvets (135cm x 200cm) and pillows (80cm x 80cm) lie naughty on the beds.
Please bring bed linen and shower towels.
Smaller towels (50cm x 100cm) and tea towels are on site.
Salt, pepper, toilet paper, household paper and many other useful little things are also on site.
There is no tourist tax (there are no hidden costs)

Shout out to Daniel for a wonderful experience staying at his vacation home in Rustersiel. We three adult children brought our German-born 86 year old Mom back to Wilhelmshaven for a visit with her brothers. All went smoothly and ground floor bedroom worked well for Mom. Thanks for your quick responses! All that we needed was there. Beds comfortable and really enjoyed the enclosed porch!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem großzügigen gemütlichen Ferienhaus
Ostern 2022: Wir wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter in Empfang genommen und durchs Haus geführt. Unsere Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hatte sehr viel Platz. Besonders gern saßen wir auch im gemütlichen Wintergarten. Für das Ostereier suchen war der Garten drumherum natürlich besonders schön. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreißen, auch meine Enkelkinder nicht. Sehr zu empfehlen auch für einen längeren Urlaub.

Schönes Haus, guter Startpunkt für Autofahrten zu Stränden oder auf die Inseln. Sehr netter Gastgeber! Die direkte Umgebung hat fußläufig leider nicht viel zu bieten. Der Kamin funktioniert leider nicht, ansonsten ist besonders der Wintergarten wirklich schön!

Schlüsselübergabe. Bei Fragen war der Vermieter immer zu erreichen ! Viel Platz, super gemütlicher Wintergarten , großer Tisch draußen ! In der Küche war alles vorhanden! Alles gut 👌🏼
Eine winzige Anmerkung hätten wir: wenn in der Garage etwas mehr Platz wäre, könnte man dort sehr gut wertvolle e-bikes unterstellen 😜

Wunderschönes Haus, zu ller Urlaub!
Der Vermieter es sehr hilfsbereit, gut zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist geräumig, Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, Geschirr, Töpfe etc. reichlich da.
Gute Betten. Drinnen und draußen kann man toll sitzen, hochwertiger Grill vorhanden. Alles ist sauber, man sieht, dass es dem Vermieter auf zufriedene Urlauber ankommt!

Super Unterkunft für den Familienurlaub
Das Haus liegt in einem sehr netten Wohngebiet und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Das Highlight für uns war der schöne Wintergarten und der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Haus auch für größere Familien absolut empfehlen.

Großzügig
Wir könnten wundervolle Tage im Objekt verbringen. Es bietet viel Platz für groß und klein. Spielplätze und Bäcker sind für fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch nur 5 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt. Der Vermieter hab und tolle Ausflugmöglichkeiten weiter und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Groß aber schlecht ausgestattet
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich groß und die Lage ist klasse, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge wirklich gut. Leider war die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, es war alles eine Sammlung verschiedener Teile, das Geschirr war oft abgeplatzt, keine Deckel zu den Töpfen usw. der Wasserhahn tropfte unentwegt, die Dunstabzugshaube war ekelhaft siffig. Die Betten waren reichlich aber alle Matratzen waren dünn und durchgelegen. Die Kommode im Schlafzimmer war nicht zu gebrauchen, da die oberste Schublade klemmte, die zweite war mit Dingen des Eigentümers belegt und die dritte ging aus den Fugen. Die Kleiderschränke schlossen nicht, offene Steckdosen gab es auch. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus an dem dringend das ein oder andere gemacht und ausgetauscht werden müsste. Oberflächlich und vordergründig geputzt aber eben nicht sauber. Wen das stört der urlaubt hier gut.

Schönes Haus, der Vermieter ist schnell und gut zu erreichen. Allerdings funktionierte das WLAN so gut wie gar nicht, hier müsste vielleicht mal nachgerüstet werden, da der Empfang auch nicht so gut ist dort. Der Garten ist schön und man kann die Schafe auf dem Deich sehen. Ohne Auto kommt man nicht weit, wir haben fußläufig nicht mal einen Spielplatz gefunden. Eine schriftliche Anleitung für den Herd/ Ofen wäre super. Trotz der kleinen Makel haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus für große Gruppen. Wir konnten glücklicherweise schon zeitig einchecken, da wir zu früh da waren. Mit drei Babies an Bord war das ein Segen!
Kontakt zu Herrn Treptow war sehr gut. Anfangs gab es ein paar Mängel, wie z.B. ein kaputter Lattenrost, ein veralteter Herd, die Heizung arbeitete nicht richtig...etc., aber Herr Treptow kümmerte sich schnell um alle,was direkt zu beheben war.
Das Haus ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen,bzw. Wird viel genutzt, daher braucht es an einigen Stellen eine Überholung. Wir waren jetzt die Letzten der Saison und ein neuer Ofen, Lampen etc sollen neu gemacht werden. Danach wird das Haus wieder gut in Schuss sein!
Auch wenn wir leider zeitbedingt nicht ans Meer gekommen sind...wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus war sehr schön. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren nicht 100% ig aber sonst echt toll. Sehr empfehlenswert für 2-3 Familien.

Es fehlten Bier- u. Schnapsgläser. Für die 8. Person fehlte die gesamte Bettausstattung (Kopfkissen, Bettdecke und die Bezüge). Da es sehr warm war, färbten die Stühle (Kunstleder schwarz?) im Essbereich auf T-Shirts und Hosen ab. Die Gartenstühle waren teilweise defekt.

Wir waren mit 10, für eine Nacht sogar mit 11 Leuten dort zu Gast und es war besser als erhofft. Platz ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir alle konnten in den Betten wunderbar schlafen. Die Bäder sind in einem fantastischen Zustand und sehr modern. Wir alle waren begeistert und wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We stayed in this holiday house for 5 days with our 4 children. The house is perfect for large families with lots of space to move and it has a lovely conservatory and big garden. It is very well equipped from top to bottom. The location is central with a supermarket and a great playground very close by, and with easy access on to the highway to Oldenburg. The landlord is very friendly and helpful and will make sure your stay is a pleasant one. We will definitely be back again.

Ich habe das erste Mal bei fewo-direkt gebucht und bin zufrieden wie einfach und schnell die Buchung bzw danach auch die Bestätigung geklappt hat.
Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos und die Führung durch das Haus war herzlich und locker.
Die Wohnung war von oben bis unten komplett sauber und gepflegt.
Selbst wenn das Wetter nicht unbedingt mitgespielt hat, so haben wir wunderschöne Stunden im Wintergarten verbracht.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre, dass der Grill kaputt ist, jedoch schätze ich, dass dies bald in Ordnung gebracht wird.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss ist mehr als spitze!!
Ganz klare Empfehlung für jeden, der bis jetzt noch Zweifel hatte, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
