Neighborhood
Protaras Holiday Suite is idealy located in between the lively resort of Protaras and the beautifully popular scenic area of Capo Greko. The villa is about 100 metres to the sea and a few minutes to the Konnos Bay.

The villa is about 100m from the Cape Greco coastline, a pristine Mediterranean landscape, inviting during the spring to autumn seasons, and great for outdoor hikes and nature trips during the winter. This environmentally sensitive coastal area belongs to the Cape Greco National Park complex, a rugged landmass of dramatic features that has been sculpted by the cape's weather into an amazing number of bays, coves and projecting headlands, with a rich history dating back to neolithic times. The Park is laced with minute forms of nature, tiny survivors on rocky, dry grounds, tough small trees wedged in impossible positions and acres of pines above this coastline. The entry points to the sea are many, some do require an adventurous disposition.

The beach at Konnos, a Blue-Flag destination, is complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar. Overlooking the action in the bay is "Cliffs", a great place for a drink and with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are "Spartiatis"-a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike. The area's sole hotel-the Grecian Park-is a modern and relaxed five-star neighbor who has respected and enhanced the natural surroundings.

Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

The Villa overall is okay - one downside is that the two A/Cs are located in the bedrooms. Therefore the living room can become pretty hot while you might have to run the ACs even during at night. The location is good - however a rental car is advisable to have. The bus runs day and night in front of the villa - it can take you to the centre and to Aiya Napa as well. If you are about to discover some beaches nearby you should probably go with a rental car. We enjoyed our stay - everything was as described here (welcome pack in the fridge, there are socket converters in the rooms for EU visitors, Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix account etc.). What makes me rate only 3/5 stars is the support received from the property management during and after our stay. Upon arrival we noticed that the toilets are not functioning well: One took almost a day to refill it's tank, while the other also needed like 1 hour to be refilled. We reported this as soon as we met the Lady from the property management. It was on a Sunday morning, so she promised that the maintenence will arrive on Monday. She was kindly reminded, however the maintenence never arrived to our Villa to fix the toilets. In light of this it was not surprising that they needed two inquiry calls from me, and took them two weeks to give the securty deposit back.
