Spacious 4 story townhouse in perfect location for all of your favorite valley activities in every season. Large enough for multiple families to enjoy their own space, but also cozy enough for smaller groups to enjoy as well! Two minutes from family friendly Cranmore Mountain for summer adventure park activities as well as winter skiing, snowboarding and tubing. Just minutes to tax free outlet shopping, downtown North Conway and the Conway Scenic Railroad, Storyland, Echo Lake and hiking at Cathedral Ledge.

About this home:

Basement level:
Private second living room space with Roku tv, full size bed, couch, foosball table and walk out slider to large backyard. Plenty of kids toys, games, DVDs and books for all ages. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds with bed railings. Spacious laundry room with washer and dryer and a full bathroom.

Main level:
Fully updated and equipped eat in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All brand new utensils and dishware. Powder room and walk out porch with gas grill. Spacious living room with vaulted ceiling and grand wood burning stone fireplace. Large sectional to fit the whole family. Roku tv with DVD player and slider to large balcony with table and chairs.

Upper level:
One bedroom with queen sized bed and air conditioner. Another bedroom with queen sized bed with vaulted ceilings, private balcony and Roku tv. Master suite with queen sized bed and vaulted ceilings with air conditioner and master bathroom. Second full bathroom.

Loft:
Four twin sized beds and Roku tv and air conditioner.

Garage:
Heated garage with ping pong table and ski/snowboard rack.

To make your stay more convenient with little ones, we also have a high chair, bed rail, baby gates and pack and play available. All brand new linens and towels provided!

First let me say we all really liked the location, the property, etc. Took a vote and everyone wouldn't mind staying there again next summer!! I just have a couple of MINOR items I'd like to mention. These are NOT COMPLAINTS! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the grill condition. There was so much grease in the catch pan that it caught fire when we used it the first time. Had to shut it down wait for it to cool and clean it out before we used it again. Also, the hanging cup for grease was filled to the brim. 4 stars instead of 5 for the listing which never mentioned FINES if the games were left in disarray and for parking in the wrong spot. Not a big deal because we always respect the rules, just thought the mention of fines was a bit overboard is all. Especially when the next-door neighbor parked adjacent to the railroad tie wall which in our case was marked NO PARKING on the parking plan sheet. Not a big deal since there is plenty of room for cars to get by even with cars parked there. Lastly, had a slight problem with the dumpster. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday the padlock was through the hasp but not locked. Yesterday morning the lock was used. I tried the code number left in your instruction book but it did not work on either side. I asked my son to try but he has no luck either. Again, not a big deal, we just pulled the bar forward on top of the dumpster and lifted the cover to deposit the trash in bin. just thought you should know. Respectfully, M.Picardo

A wonderful property within walking distance to Cranmore. Clean and with a well stocked kitchen it had everything you could need. Lots of toys for the little ones to play with inside and out. We loved it and would def stay again!

Family get away!

We had a great weekend skiing and ice skating with 2 other families. The house was clean and had plenty of space for the kids to play and grownups to cook and hang out. Some of the stairs are dangerous for little ones but they had a baby gate that was very helpful.

7 ladies away to celebrate our birthdays. Love the fact that there are bathrooms on every floor. Plenty of beds for sleeping. A wide open kitchen and it had everything you could need. Appreciate the fact that there were things like baggies, some spices, soaps, etc....The owner is very responsive to messages. We needed an extra chair for the kitchen table and I went out to the garage and there were extra chairs and many other things you may need while you are staying there - including fire starters for the fireplace, and plenty of wood under the deck. All in all a nice place to stay!

Deceivingly Large Condo

The condo was very clean and deceivingly large. Many bedrooms and plenty of space for all. The kitchen was nicely equipped as we cooked breakfast each morning and was very pleased. We enjoyed the games provided and played a few board games. There was lots to choose from! The condo has 3 full bathrooms which was great and on 1/2 bath. The only thing I wish it had was more cable channels as we had 3 days of rain. Other than that it was very comfortable, spacious and clean!!

The Perfect Getaway

The Perfect Getaway

This townhouse was the perfect getaway for our family! Located in a quiet area, less a than 5 minute drive to the town of North Conway. It is just as advertised, spacious, well stocked and very clean. We appreciated Danielle’s quick replies to any questions we had. It easily accommodated our three generations of 6 adults, and 3 children ages 6 to 17. The different levels allowed everyone to have some privacy and yet be able to congregate in the open kitchen, living area. We loved sitting on the back deck, listening to the sounds of nature & watching our guys play frisbee in the yard. Thanks Danielle for allowing us to experience your very special place!

July 13-15th 2021 we didn’t have the greatest weather, but we had a great time. We still managed to go tubing down the Saco River. The house is very clean, a lot of space, but cozy feel. Our kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and board games.

We had the pleasure of spending our annual family trip to North Conway and Storyland at this well maintained property. The condo was clean and as advertised. So, the townhouse is very nice, perfect for a large family (we had five adults and five children). It is close to everything-skiing, North Conway center etc. There were only two issues that prevented me from giving it a five star rating. First, no matter how high we set the thermostats (70,80 whatever) we could not get the heat in the townhouse to rise above 62 unless we were cooking in the kitchen -lot's of windows, sliders etc to let in the cold air. Secondly, it looked like in the picture there was a nice 'game room' in the house for foosball, ping pong, etc. The 'game room' ended up being in a garage that you had to go outside in the cold/snow to access and it had a heater in the garage that got the heat up to about 50 when we played in there. In spite of these two factors, it is a wonderful place and we would probably stay there again (but maybe in the summer lol).
