Excelente ubicación cercano a la estación de tren que conecta con el aeropuerto. Ideal SOLO para 1 noche para esperar tu vuelo.
Sin disponibilidad de agua caliente. Demasiados mosquitos dentro de la habitación. Dirección con poca luminosidad, fue muy difícil dar con la puerta correcta.

The key are stored in a locker in front of the studio.
When I arrived at the place I called the owner and he told me I should have read the instructions. I checked my inbox, spam box, bin and there was no instructions sent. He sent me a message through booking with the instructions afterwards. I would have appreciated if the owner was a bit more friendly but that's no big deal.

Spacious clean studio, good bed. The owner had already preheated the appartement before arriving on a cold wet Athenian evening. That was much appreciated.
Nothing really. Just a minor disappointment when the coffeemachine didn't produce the coffee in the morning, it didn't seem to 'punch' the small cups. But that was nothing, the apartment is great!

Overall that’s a very good offer for it’s money. The place was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy. And the TV is really good, expensive, with the nice sound, most owners put something cheap, so that thing really makes a good impression. Also you are able reach the airport, port, central railway station and the city center via direct connection, so the location is really well balanced.
The SPA was dirty. Now, I want to mention that it’s outside of the building and these days it’s super windy in Athens, so I can understand the reason.. However, and that’s a key point, If you name your place as a “Luxury apartment with SPA”, it’s obvious the expectations of your guests will be quite high and most of them will book this place because you have this SPA which others don’t. So when I came after the tiring trip and my only wish was to get in this SPA I’ve booked, I cleaned it myself instead. Another thing, the water heater. It works super slow. I followed all the instructions but it took over two hours for the temperature just to get okayish, like is the pool, and it had never reached normal jacuzzi temperature and it’s now, when it was actually hot outside. So when you come early or for the few days it’s not really a problem, you have time to prepare in advance and wait, but when you come late overnight — it is. Another thing, as I told, the apartment was super clean, but it was some linen in the washing machine) I didn’t check it’s condition, didn’t need the machine, so not a big deal, but, why is it there.) Cause the place is so visible, just in the center, and the washing machine has a glass door, it just makes wrong impression. Small details, but, they make difference. So it was good, but to feel “Luxury” and “SPA”, the is quite a way for improvement. Because that’s what guests will expect from this place. SPA, and a feeling of luxury.

Very comfortable for a short stay and the area is quiet, but still close to transportation.
There were some dead bugs in the bathroom when we arrived and tiny ants. Not a huge problem for us since we understand the location is closer to fields and trees and some bugs are to be expected but the bathroom didn't seem that thoroughly cleaned.

The owner was helpful when we had trouble getting in. Great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes, too.
The spa wasn’t clean so we did not use, the sheets seemed to be cleaned but had what seemed to be small bugs that had maybe got on the sheets while being dried outside so we slept in my satin slip that I luckily packed.

The apartment is a short walk from Palini Station on the airport metro line. The information to check-in was sufficient. Upon opening the door, I was greeted by a super clean apartment with a hot tub on the terrace. Communication with the owner was excellent. I can definitely recommend it to everyone.

I had a flight early morning from Athens, so I opted for a location close to the airport so as to easily reach it.
The studio in Pallene is indeed very close to the airport (less than 30 mins via train) and it is located a few minutes walking from the M3 train station. This makes it a perfect place if you have a flight early in the morning, want to save time and have a good sleep before traveling. The studio has a SPA ready to be used, it was a very pleasant surprise to see it ready at my arrival.
Communication with the host, who showed full availability, was smooth and very friendly.
Overall, very recommended. Whenever I will flight back to Athens, I will definitely book again the studio!

The key code I was sent did not match the actual key-code required. Instead of a key-pad there was a device with rolling numbers. The code I was given had eight digits and a letter, whereas the code required was the first four digits of the supplied code. This was frustrating but we sorted it out.

Very spacious flat, really clean, with a comfortable bed and everything one may need for a short or long stay. Perfect for overnight stop at the airport. The host is always ready to assist, and the self check-in was very easy and saved me time and stress.
There was no real blanket, and as I didn't want to sleep with air conditioning switched on, I was freezing all night. The bed linen were definitely washed but had a smell of sweat. Maybe they need to be washed at higher temperature. I am sure the host would have helped me with both issues, but unfortunately, it was already after midnight when I found them out, so he didn't have the chance to do that.

The location of the house is ideal for quick access to the airport, just 15-20 minutes via Attica road (+2.8€ toll fees with car).
The site is easily accessible and entry is sufficiently straightforward after receiving instructions from the host. The internet is fast for Greek standards.
But, there are issues with the quality of the accommodation, such as noise (beds creaking from upstairs), with the drainage in the shower not pulling water quickly, with the balcony door needing skill to close properly and with the provision of basics such as coffee.
