Recent house tastefully decorated, located in a dead calm, you will spend a very pleasant stay. Each room equipped with windows, provides access to a terrace with pool on the ground floor and a terrace of about 50 m2 upstairs. Each terrace is equipped with garden furniture. 2 rooms have their private bathroom, ideal for parents! The city center of Bordeaux is accessible by bus, tram or car. Depending on the chosen means of transportation, the trip will be from 15 minutes to half hour.

Très belle maison décoré avec goût. Encore plus belle que sur les photos. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré un météo mitigée. Bien située pour découvrir la région. Nadine est une propriétaire au petit soin. Je recommande

Nombreux atouts pour cette location avec notamment la proximité de Bordeaux en préservant le calme avec une petite rue en impasse - Très jolie déco intérieure et extérieurs (jardin/piscine) - Prestation complète (linge de maison - accessoires de cuisine,...) - Seul le coup d'œil sur le terrain vague en face laisse une impression "moyenne". A recommander pour une famille.

Het huis is gelegen in een rustige buurt, met de auto is de winkelcentrum en de stad Bordeaux goed te bereiken. Er is ook voldoende openbaar vervoer in het gebied maar we hebben geen gebruik van gemaakt ivm corona. Het huis is groot ,ruim ,mooi ingericht en comfortabel ,alles is precies zoals op de foto's in de advertentie. Er was geen AC maar hij was ook niet eens nodig, er was een goede ventilatie. Alle meubilair en ruimtes rondom het zwembad zijn erg comfortabel .Heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om lekker uit te rusten . De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en bereid om te helpen . Bedankt voor alles we hebben genoten van jullie huis!!

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich - perfekt. Mit Bus oder Straßenbahn kommt man bequem und schnell in die Innenstadt von Bordeaux, aber auch der Atlantik, Archachon und das Medoc sind mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar. Nadine ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die an alles denkt und uns herzlich empfangen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Nadine - Danke Axel, Fabian, Daniel , Jordy und Carola

Beautiful four bedroom house in Bordeaux

We had a wonderful ten day stay in this beautifully decorated house with fantastic facilities and an amazing pool. The house is very tastefully decorated with all modern facilities that you would need for a very comfortable stay. The upstairs bedrooms each had separate patio doors all leading onto a veranda area with seating. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool, which was great, and also eating meals on the outside decking. The house is very private and the area is also very quiet and secure. We took day trips into Bordeaux using the bus and the tram which were both very close and easy to use. We also had a hire car and used this to go to visit the surrounding areas and the local supermarkets. Public transport is great and we had a few meals out in Bordeaux with lovely wine and jumped on the bus back home! The kids really enjoyed the experience. Nadine was fantastic and met us on our first day and showed us how all of the mod cons in the house worked, including the hot plate, BBQ, which we used one night. She was always at the end on the phone if we needed her. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this fabulous house if you want to stay somewhere close to Bordeaux but have some relaxing time in tranquil surroundings. Merci Nadine.

Je suis resté à la maison avec cinq amis. La maison de la maison est moderne, joliment décorée et a tout pour un séjour confortable. Nadine a également été une hôtesse accueillante et charmante. La maison est une base idéale pour explorer la belle ville de Bordeaux et la région viticole. Merci. Thankyou Nadine we had an amazing stay in the house and loved Bordeaux. Beautiful villa, good location, great value!

We visited Nadine's villa in Bordeaux in June 2016 and absolutely loved it! We stayed during the euros and wine festival and thought it was brilliant value for money. Nadine was very helpful and always came back to queries on the lead up to our holiday, and then met us at the villa to give a full tour and gave us a lovely book all about Bordeaux as a gift. The villa is beautifully finished, clean, has great facilities and rooms are spacious. The outside areas (pool, upstairs balcony decking, around the pool) are perfect for groups and very well kept. The kitchen also has everything you've need, plus there is a hot plate in the garden which can be used for BBQs. Location wise you are only 5minute walk from a bus stop that takes you directly into the centre of Bordeaux, and a 10min drive from the nearest supermarket. Where the area is very suburban there are not any local restaurants apart from one which is on an industrial estate, but this means the area is very quiet and you can feel away from it all. When we left the villa Nadine, and a translator, came to meet us and check the villa and gave back our deposit. Everything was very smooth, and I would 100% reccommend staying here!!

The property was extremely well equipped and provides a home from home. Great cooking equipment provides good facility for preparing great cuisine. We mixed eating out and in. Surrounding area is brilliant, places to walk, cycle and just site and relax. The proximity of the tram is also a bonus .

"Our stay was superb. The house was absolutely amazing, very modern and cozy. It was very easy to go out and do trips in the surroundings of Bordeaux (Arcachon, Saint-Émilion), or simply stroll around the lake nearby. Good access to commerce and centre of town. The pool and the outside deck were an absolute pleasure to enjoy quiet summer evening nights. And the owner went above and beyond being extremely welcoming and helpful. Certainly a fantastic holiday to spend in Bordeaux."
