Enjoy this gorgeous, recently renovated, two bedroom villa located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach that is a quick walk to the beach. This villa is a second floor unit. Once through the private screened in porch and in the unit, you will find a recently refurbished luxury villa featuring a full kitchen, elegantly appointed bathroom with marble-topped furnishings, and a comfortable fully furnished living room. This villa also comes with complete yard access.
Myrtle Beach is known for its golf; boasting over 80 easily accessible courses. If a golf course is not your thing, Myrtle Beach is also known as the Mini-Golf Capital of the world, so it goes without saying that there is one nearby. Not to mention Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops and dining possibilities, including the new Lucy Buffets Lulu’s restaurant. The Little River waterfront is not even a stretch away, featuring the only Casino Cruises in the Carolina’s. This area is such a beautiful place with something for everyone.

- Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed with a Twin on top and a Full/Double on the bottom.
- Living Room: Full/Double sleeper sofa.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $75 non-refundable fee plus 12% tax per pet*. Please see pet policies below.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement including a government issued photo identification and credit card are required to be electronically submitted to the property management company prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required informationis received.
- Toiletries are not included.
- The listing rental rate includes parking for one (1) vehicle.

The place was cozy homey and very clean we stayed here a week it's super close to the beach super close to stores attractions it's just perfect I will definitely be going back here me and my family loved this little place it's perfect!

Pictures on website were very outdated. Dryer did not work. Furnitute was dingy and roaches seen throughout every room. Dishwasher wasn't opened or used due to an extremely bad odor when opening the dishwasher door. Place needs renovated if going by the pictures

I will never recommend this property to anyone!!! They are responsive up until I told them the dryer wouldn’t dry than I got no response at all and there was a bunch of wet towels and pillows left in the dryer the pictures are not what it actually looks like at all! I was overall very disappointed, Before we even got in the house another family that was staying here told us they were highly disappointed. The items inside need updated badly the only upside to this house at all is the location is near the beach.

Not even close to the online listing. The inside was disgusting. Broken furniture on the porch, bedding that had holes in it and appears that someone wiped their backside on it. After seeing that, my family and I went to Walmart and purchased pillows and blankets to use as none of us were ok with sleeping in those horrible conditions. Listing said there were dishes and cups, there were 3 plates and 1 coffee cup that was filthy dirty. Towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the washer dryer both had clothes in them, we can only assume they were from the previous renters. Roaches appeared on day 2, just gross. Trash out by the street was overflowing and remained untouched throughout our stay, swarming with flies when we arrived and worse when we left. The trash was about 1 ft from the car so we had to battle stench and flies to get back in the car. There is so much more to tell but it would take me hours. It was by far the nastiest place we have ever been to. We made the best of a bad situation, but no one should ever be deceived like this! We will definitely never return, and strongly suggest no one rent anything in this building. For the record this is being very kind. Words can’t truly express how bad it was!!!!

Location was amazing. I was disappointed on my arrival with the cleaniness of property, beds, kitchen cabinets. Roaches. Property mgr did send someone to exterminate and fix a few necessary issues. Washing machine was great having although dryer didn’t work. We hung clothes to dry. No batteries to tv controls. After “we” cleaned and made ourselves comfortable- we made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to the maintenance man that came by. Many furniture were broken. Missing dinnerware. Dirty linens in washer. I advise to bring your own mattress covers too. The apt was nice just those issues we ran into. They definitely need a better cleaning company to do the job.

Close to the beach alot of room that about it didn't get to watch TV at all from Wednesday till Tuesday because whe we got thier no remote contacted the hist she drop roku remotes I never used roku so contacted Thursday morning never heard nothing so we called 3 times no one returned our calls email every day never hot a reply back and still haven't got one yet

Great location. Poor description.
The photos of this stay are dated. The place is not as nice as photos depict. I’m not sure if they pay someone to clean in between tenants but they should get their money back. The tub and bathroom sink back up with water. We ended up cleaning the tub drain out and I’ve never seen so much hair in a drain before. The floors were dirty and the clear shower curtain was absolutely disgusting. The location is the best thing about this place. Close walk to the beach and quick drive to barefoot landing.

Don't Stay here!
The pictures on line were misleading, it was a complete dump! Old worn, dirty furniture, old thin linens which you had to pay 50$ for, rusted and broken bath fixtures, cabinets that hung open, no coffee or amenities, TV would only play CBS, completely overpriced, we only stayed on of 2 nights paid for.

Wonderful place
We had a great time. It was a nice lil apartment. Especially blove the screened in porch so did my two dogs. don't have much negative to say other than a few small maintenance problems and maybe they can leave a broom to clean up after yourself. Great location. Make sure you read the description because it's different than the Picture Show. I would most definitely stay here again thanks for a great week.

Our Experience
My BF and I have a German Shepherd and its hard to find a place last-minute that will allow him to stay. We could not get the TV to work. Door code did not work when we got there. Called and they sent me a new one right away.

I loved the location, however there was sand all over the floor and in the sofa beds upon arrival.

Dirty/Dark not well maintained
Floor was very dirty. I understand it's a beach house but we've lived on the beach in another state for years and the floor had much more sand/dirt and trash on it than it should have. I swept it twice with the provided broom but there was no dustpan. Broken Kitchen chair. About 25% of the light bulbs were burnt out or missing which made it hard to see in some areas, maybe that was a good thing. The lint trap in the dryer was extremely full; it hadn't been cleaned after many uses as you could see multiple layers of lint. Many, many of the pots, pans, plates, cups had been put in cupboards dirty. The bathroom trash can hadn't been emptied and still had feminine hygiene products in it. The kitchen trash can still had some trash in it. Items from previous renters were still on top of the refrigerator. Could not get the TV to turn on with any of the remotes in the room or by using the power button; dead batteries? broken? not sure; didn't waste anymore time on it. First thing we did after bringing in our bags was to clean dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans we thought we'd use then we swept the floor; missed the beach the first day. Ceiling leak damage in a few spots.

Wonderful stay
This property is one we have stayed at in the past, and keep coming back. We love the location, the screen porch, the fact that our pups can travel with us, and the ease of the transactions with the property managers. We had a great experience and it was just what we needed for our week stay. Thanks again!

Terrible Management!
The property was so dirty and nasty! The ladies that came back to try to make things better were great but besides that the management was horrible! They knew of all the problems and issues when we checked in and not once checked on us, we were told that maintenance was going to come fix a few issues and they never showed up. I was/am very disappointed with my stay. I will not recommend them to anyone. The pictures and being told that it was newly renovated were both a lie!!! The kitchen sink moved, facing were off of the cabinets, there was a large burn spot on the couch and the couch WAS COVERED WITH ANIMAL HAIR!!!! It was awful, the list goes on and on and the management tem did nothing!!!!!!

Amazing deal with only one problem that was quickly solved!
We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. We only had one problem on arrival, our code to get in did not work. We arrived around 9pm and since we could not get in we went ahead and booked a hotel room so we could rest. The management owner called back within a couple of hours and resolved our problem and were able to get in the next morning. We are hoping to get another trip planned to this condo for my mom’s birthday in April!

Great family vacation!
Great location! Walking distance to the beach. We opted to bring sheets and towels. We were not prepared to provide toilet paper, paper towels, rags, etc. Thankfully there are tons of close stores we will able to make it home for the 7 days we were there. Will book again!

Great stay and so close to the beach...
Great place to stay if you love the beach and have pets. We were so lucky to be able to bring our pets with us on our family vacation. The villa was clean, had smart televisions, a full kitchen, and the check-in and check-out process was super convenient. The villa was close to Barefoot Landing Boardwalk and plenty of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back in the future.

Wont be back
AC was tore up upon arrival on Sunday at 2pm (77-80° inside) and it took til Tuesday to get it resolved. It was so muggy and sticky inside that the floors was even damp in villa until Tuesday mid day. Owner was rude about issue and even said she sent her husband over to check the AC and that we wouldnt answer the door yet we was on the porch? And we never even seen anyone come down the road much less to the door that we was sitting right at. The pictures posted are stretched to make villa seem bigger than it really is. This place is tiny. Also, on Saturday evening they was a cleaning lady sitting in her car on the phone with the door open, cleaning empty beer cans out of her floor board, staring at me while walking down the steps as if I was doing something wrong? And I know it was the cleaning lady because her backseat was full of white linens and cleaning supplies.

Perhaps if your with kids this property could work as it is very close to beach. We were in town for a wedding , cold time of year.
Very tiny; Did not look like pics,
Old sofas and very uncomfortable double beds with plastic mattress pads I did not notice extra charge to have bedding so was shocked when asked to pay for sheets and towels. The condo should come with sheets on the bed. and towels to shower.? Thats why this site is called ‘Home away ‘so you don’t have to pack extra common items, such as bedding and towels, ridiculous! . I’ve never heard of this anywhere else. To be fair Elizabeth the manager was kind enough to include some towels and sheets but they were very poor quality and smelled like mildew . We booked for two days and brought a well behaved dog and 7 pd 19 yr old Scottish fold short haired cat ; the pet charge was $140 ? Very high pet fee for two days and a 3 star spot. I think the additional charges should be listed up front not added after you’ve booked . Cleaning fee charge was also high, Not fairly priced . Washer and dryer did not work properly , took multi hrs to do one load , nor did the TV but owner was close by when we arrived so he fixed . He did seem very nice, but they need to invest in new sofas and a TV and washer and dryer and comfortable mattress and include towels and sheets.. Kitchen did have everything needed and dining table was new . Screen porch was a bonus.

Super Clean Villa by Ocean in North Myrtle Beach
My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here just after Christmas 2017! Lisa the Host went out of her way to make our customer experience incredible. The place has brand new furniture, apparently photos not published yet. Lisa also left us a gift basket. Beds were clean and comfortable. Although the add says you cant see ocean, I saw the ocean, a very obstructed view but I did see the ocean. This is a little gem, well taken care of and tastefully decorated. Put this one on our list to stay at.

Not clean, key code wouldn't work, throw rug NASTY! Owner never responded. Never again

Good location, adequate accommodations.
Every place has issues, this rental is no different. The living room rug smells like there was a dog there at some point and it was wet. It was a gross smell. There were a few hairs around that seemed to be dog hairs, a few were on the counters The oven doesn't get hot enough to cook a meal if you set it at 350, I'm not sure what the temperature should be set on, because we failed and ruined two different meals. The refrigerator doesn't close well, it took a little while for us to notice it, so everything in the fridge got warm. You have to push it in pretty firmly to get it to close all the way. The bed in the larger room is very squeaky, to the point of waking whomever sleeps in it up every time they move. The other bed squeaks, but not as badly.

Great location and very accommodating!
My wife and I, along with our two dogs, stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! It is perfectly located for a short walk to the beach and very welcoming area to walk our pups around. The "villa" was very spacious and comfortable, we loved sitting out on the porch and enjoying the great weather we had. We will certainly stay here our next visit to NMB.
