We booked a 1 week stay over Thanksgiving for a small family wedding. The house was very clean with beautiful views of the mountains. The check-in process was very easy and the in-home guidebook made for a great resource!
One thing that was an oversight on our part is that there is no access to the garage, however the covered carport protected our vehicles nicely.
Overall, it was a great house and the hosts were very easy to work with! The amazing views and massive windows were an added bonus! We would definitely recommend this VRBO to other families!

Overall, I would consider booking again. There is no doubt the place was beautiful, not just the scenery alone, but the building itself was gorgeous inside and outside. From the moment you walk in, the place was breathtaking. The contact person, Tracy, was responsive to the call we made on the first day regarding issues that were broken.
We did have four issues. Yes, wifi is provided, but it is satellite internet which we tested was about 10MBs down. To be fair, you cannot expect perfect WIFI in the location that you were in. One netflix movie going in the living room was fine. But add anything else to the mix and you will be going at a crawl.
Some of the items were broken when we arrived: The outdoor grill did not ignite and required the use of a lighter. The ice machine did not work, but ice was provided in the freezer in a bag.
The locks on the external doors are very annoying to operate. Did we figure out how to use them? Yes, with the help of the binder that provided decent instructions and why they are used (for the elements). Was it still very annoying? Yes.
Finally, the cleaning requirements. They had a binder that requested certain things be done which I believe were not standard. For example, they asked us to do one load of towel laundry before we leave. Why? Is that not part of the cleaning fee?
Overall, I would come and book here again. I would research first at better options, but this would place I'd still consider!

Our experience staying at this property was truly special. The builders and owners clearly put so much care and thought in the design, furnishing, and amenities that this home offers. Whether you have children, or are just staying with friends, this place has what you need. 10/10 in all respects.

The property was stunning. It was a great set up for 7 adults (needing 4 bedrooms). Every bedroom had their own bath and was clean and spacious. The kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for everyone to hang out, cook and play games. This property was off the beaten path but close enough to Nederland for necessities. We were able to see a herd of elk out the living room window! Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home. All the amenities were there to use: fans, kitchen items, cleaning supplies, etc. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out but intimate enough for together time. The amazing fireplace was our favorite! We absolutely loved the view and the snowfall made it even more beautiful. We loved how secluded the home was, but Nederland was only a few minutes away. The host was very easy to get a hold of and helped us through the check in process. We didn't really have any complaints about this property and would definitely recommend it to others!

Perfect mountain home!
Our family of 8, including 2 small children, had an amazing 2 week stay here! The views were spectacular, the house had a perfect layout for us with plenty of room for all. The kitchen was so well equipped and the nature right out the back door couldn’t be matched anywhere. We loved the trailhead that was literally a 3 minute walk from the house. Also, loved Brainard Lake recreation trails that were only 30 minutes away. We would highly recommend this home to everyone!

Beautiful Home with Stunning Views
We visited in May for my son’s graduation. The house is gorgeous, giant windows with incredible Mountain Views. The furniture is both modern and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is large enough for our family of 5. The town is a short drive, about five minutes and has everything you need. This is a wonderful home that we would be happy to visit again.

Wonderful Family Reunion
This beautiful property was a perfect place for our family reunion. Clean, modern and spacious, it was everything we needed. The four bedrooms, each with it's own bath, gave us plenty of room to spread out. Convenient to Nederland but remote enough to give you the mountain cabin feel. The owners were accommodating and easy to communicate.

Spectacular Nederland Hideaway
Spent 6 days in this glorious modern home with my husband and adult kids. We were aiming for a family reunion after a long quarantine separated and this home was the perfect getaway. The bedrooms are designed so we all had our space but could gather in the great room and deck. Unlike other comments, we experienced quiet and peace and were able to enjoy the gorgeous views. Lots of great hiking nearby and Nederland is 5 minutes away! I highly recommend for your next trip!

This home was ideal for our small wedding celebration and cook out with our family! The views were incredible and we made use of the many trails nearby. Everything was clean, comfortable and inviting. Tracy was very helpful and easy to work with! Enjoyed everything about our stay.

Excellent family retreat!
We loved this home! The owners have built a gorgeous and luxurious retreat in the mountains. We enjoyed the patio in the morning, the deck in the evening, and the beds, bedding, pillows, appliances, were all wonderful. The easy access to the trail head can't be beat and the home is only a 5 min drive from the Caribou open space trail and 5 min to the grocery store. The music system was nice and all 4 of us worked from home for part of the week with absolutely no wifi or connectivity issues. The books, games, pantry items and coffee were all a nice touch. Think twice
The owner described her place as “the ritz” but in honesty it is a lower end Marriott with a ritz price tag... Nederland is a wonderful area and while the house is poorly designed the views from mountain facing rooms are lovely. The bedrooms are large and nice but only one living area which felt small. The outdoor deck is narrow with mountain, but no sunset or sunrise views. The kitchen is not very well equipped for a group. Only TV is your own subscription ( Netflix etc) and Internet is not strong enough for more that two to work from home. They KEPT our security deposit for silly reasons “stained the white towels”! “Cracked a melamine bowl”! We did have pets which they approved -their cleaning charge is high- reflecting the expected pet clean up... yet they use this as another reason to keep security deposit. If you choose this property you should know who you are dealing with- and As much as we love Nederland I believe there are better choices.

Four Days in Nederland
Great property - good views - a few short comings - TV should be improved - no network channels. Noisy during the day with several new homes under construction - had a excavator working in the neighborhood the entire time - one day we had dump trucks go by, in lower gear mind you, every 20 minutes all day. Nights were very quiet and peaceful. The house worked out great for the entire family. Lots of space for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped.
