Truly a special house, and on top of it Hillary and the family were so kind and communicative, this place is a one of a kind treasure.

We really enjoyed our stay at the antiquey qwarky place. Beds were soft and comfortable. Great location and great front lawn area. Will for sure come back!

What a great place to rewind and unplug! This unique property has a lot of character and charm, plenty of space, parking, and beach access. The front yard and porch are amazing places to relax and people watch. Hosts Hilary and Amy were incredibly responsive to any questions and concerns we had throughout our eight-day stay. There were extremely accommodating. We will be back for sure!

My friends and I had a blast at the Red House! More on the quaint side than contemporary, this rental provides virtually everything for cooking meals (we had a party of eight and it worked out rather well with available kitchenware and grill ware), outdoor spaces (porch, picnic table and front yard for stargazing at night), and being a short skip away from popular Commercial Street venues. Thanks for the memories :)

historic home with lots of character, expansive grounds including a huge front porch, private access to the beach to watch the sun rise...pinch me! we had the best stay in the red house...super comfy beds, large dining table to gather around for games and dinners...truly a gem of a place! so grateful for the opportunity to have vacationed here❤️

Breon was a fantastic host! She provided great communication and allowed us to check-in early and allow our dogs! The house sits in a wonderful location on Commercial street, set back to allow for quiet times with a huge yard. The house itself, as other reviews have stated, is old world, Ptown charm with the basics for a good stay. Warm showers, AC in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, just don't expect the Ritz! We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back!

A very sweet home, older, but in a fun and charming way. Very spacious and an easy walk to anywhere. Host was accommodating. We would definitely return.

This comfy and rambling house in the East End served us well for a week in town. The house definitely has some patina, so if something that could be described as rustic or lived-in scares you, it's not for you. The kitchen and living spaces are comfortable, clean, and functional. The kitchen is fully stocked with a diswasher, there is one full bath on each floor to manage your group's showers. One of our group had to work the entire week and the wifi was speedy and gave us no problems. There's ample parking available which is a welcome treat. The front yard is the home's showpiece. We spent nearly every moment it wasn't raining outside with our dog. Eating, reading, working, watching the town walk by, sometimes stopping to chat. We brought a hammock to hang between the two well spaced trees and if there was a nicer spot in town to nap, I couldn't tell you where it is!

Charming antique Ptown home. Yes you can find “newer” places but this house has character and is in a fantastic location. Property manager was very responsive.

This historic house was a joy to stay in. It’s location is a short walk to town and shops. The house has an interesting collection of antiquities, but with user friendly rooms and arrangements. The house was impeccably clean and the management was very responsive to the one issue we ran into. Everything we needed was there to make our large group feel comfortable. The beach access and ample parking is priceless.

Location was terrific. On the east end of gallery row and a short walk to “downtown”. House was MUCH larger than it appeared in photos. Very functional, plenty of parking and only needed the car once for a “Stop and Shop” run. It’s “charmingly old”. A great home for a week with the kids and their families.

Walking distance to shops, art galleries, restaurants and the wharf! Large front yard for family games and gatherings. Because of its Commercial Street location we had front row seating for the Provincetown Festival Parade!
The home has plenty of historic charm, quirks and character. It had everything we needed for our stay although some small updates and repairs are needed. If you like sleek modern living this might not be the place for you. We found it provided us a wonderful laidback, relaxed and fun week for our family!

We LOVED this place. It was perfect for a large group of friends to hang out and spend time together.
Location: Far enough from the center to be quiet. Close enough to be at the center of downtown (wharf) in 10 minutes by walking. Enough of a walk that you can justify your ice cream habit and say that you'll be walking it off.
House: Set back from the road so that you have a lovely, shaded yard and plenty of off-street parking (a rarity.) In good weather, you will live on the porch, watching the world go by. It's SO relaxing!
The house is spacious and the beds are in good shape, although they are very firm. There is plenty of room for everyone without feeling squished. The kitchen is well stocked! There is no A/C but there are fans in every room. There were plenty of towels and linens for everyone and there is a washer/dryer there. The house is an antique - old wooden floors, some peeling paint, but is well-maintained and clean. If you want modern, this is not for you. If you are ok with "old world charm", this home is very comfy. The bay beach across the street made us very happy. So nice to just jump in the water to cool off for a few minutes and not have to deal with driving to a beach.
The whole crew of us loved it here and hope to be back next year. Thank you June and Breon!
