About this house rental

The non-smoking holiday house "Blaue Welle" is located in a unique location, in the dunes park Baabe. Due to the spacious living area of ​​approx. 95 sqm, which extends over 2 floors, the house offers enough space for max. 6 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot. The interior fittings will make your heart beat faster because the custom-made real wood furniture as well as the built-in kitchen made by Leicht will give special accents in the house. The combined living / dining area was equipped with a cozy couch corner, coffee table, a stool, reading lamp and a sideboard. For cozy evenings, a flat-screen TV with a SONY soundbar, a DVD player through the PS4 and a modern wood-burning fireplace with a large window are available. You also do not need to use an internet connection (WLAN). The adjoining fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a refrigerator including a large freezer, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a combined oven with microwave, a dishwasher, a duo coffee machine (pads and filters / Phillips Senseo Thermo Duo), a toaster, a kettle, a hand mixer, a blender and many kitchen helpers. From the living area you reach the large and illuminated terrace (South / West) with robust seating. In the garden area there is also an east beach basket as well as a steing rill on you. On the ground floor is one of a total of 3 bedrooms, which is equipped with a queen-size bed (1,40 mx 2,00 m), 2 small wardrobes, 2 small armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Just opposite there is the walk-in bathroom with a real glass shower, toilet, hair dryer, vanity and an in-house sauna. The staircase takes you from the living area to the 1st. Floor of the house where you can expect a light-flooded and open gallery. Here you can relax with a book. 2 more bedrooms are furnished in a bright and friendly style. They each have a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), 2 bedside tables, a flat-screen TV and a real wood-burning stove. With the windows open, you can listen to the waves of the Baltic Sea. All bedrooms are equipped with darkening blinds or pleats and insect screens, so there is nothing to prevent a quiet sleep. The 2. Daylight bath is complemented by a walk-in shower, a shapely bathtub, a toilet, a hair dryer, a vanity and a washer-dryer. The underfloor heating system ensures a pleasant warmth in all rooms. Additional highlights include a decalcification system and a low consumption fuel burner. 1x Tripp-Trapp highchair and 1x travel cot (with additional child mattress / without bed-inlett) are available for our little guests free of charge. There are also 2 existing safety guards for the stairs or sockets. Pets are not allowed. The holiday home has 2 car parking spaces next to each other. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 ��� per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. The advance payment of the consumption costs will be calculated according to the individual consumption quantity (electricity 0.39 Euro / KWh, water 7.50 Euro / m³ / gas 0.10 Euro / KWh) and will be refunded after departure.   Please note: The houses in the beach park are located in a biosphere reserve, so the grilling with an open fire is not allowed.

It is located on the long beach with a great view, on the beautiful spa park, on the busy promenade, on the wooden playground or on the good infrastructure with Lidl market, petrol station, stop of the raging Roland as well as many different restaurants. The cottage blue wave is absolutely unique in the equipment, exclusively in the situation and was with great attention to detail high quality for max. 6 persons and 1 infant up to 3 years in cot set up. The Blue Wave is located in the sought after edge of the Baaber dunes. The peculiarity is that it is one of 4 semi-detached houses on a demarcated land without transit traffic. In about 200 m you are on the fine Baltic Sea beach and can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
