The interior of the villa has been redecorated and redesigned in 2022, now offering a more spacious open plan living area and brand new kitchen with central island and two fridge freezers. Accommodation is on two levels, large outside covered terrace, heated infinity pool with lovely view.The villa is south facing and the living area and kitchen have patio windows opening onto the outside terrace, perfect for indoor/outdoor living. The villa is air conditioned in all rooms, wifi ( fibre)…2 of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are on ground level and two further bedrooms and bathroom on first floor with access to a terrace . Enjoy a bbq at home or for a chilled evening out locally, the la Nartelle beach is within walking distance, offering somme of the best restaurants in Sainte Maxime , cocktail bars, live music and july/august open air jazz/ classical concerts

Beautiful house with an amazing view in beautiful St Maxime Very nicely decorated, super clean and very well stocked. Great communication with owners. Very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this house.

We had a perfect vacation in Sian‘s house. Everything looks like on the pictures, so esp. amazing pool and view. Sian is a great host, there were even some drinks in the fridge upon our arrival.

My family and I stayed in Sian & Thierry’s lovely villa for 2 weeks at the end of June. The villa is wonderful – well furnished and well equipped and with a stunning sea view both from the pool, terrace and lounge and also from the upstairs terrace, which is perfect for a peaceful glass of wine. There is a gas barbecue and good-sized dining table on the covered terrace. The swimming pool is excellent – it’s a good size and very well heated and there is plenty of seating. The villa is genuinely a 10 minute walk to the beach. The restaurants at La Nartelle are good, although with typical Cote d’Azur prices (i.e. expensive!). Our personal favourite for dinner was La Reine Jeanne (recommended by Sian) – family run, very friendly and with great food. For a drink, we really enjoyed Le Petit WYC. Very chilled, very friendly and with great cocktails. We also hired out Thierry’s boat for a day, which was a lot of fun! Overall, a fabulous holiday and Sian and Thierry are perfect hosts. Very highly recommended!

Sainte Maxime This was a perfect location to spend a holiday in the South of France. The villa is stunning: it has the most amazing sea and mountain views. It is beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms, super comfortable beds and a large comfy sofa. The villa is extremely well equipped. It was immaculately clean with a lovely warm pool and a well positioned outdoor eating area. We witnessed amazing sunrises and sunsets. The location is just perfect. The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Sainte Maxime, but just a 5 minute drive or 3 mile walk to the centre of Sainte Maxime. The beach is just 800 metres from the villa with a bar/restaurant on the beach. Sian is the perfect host: she is welcoming and very quick to respond to my questions regarding the booking. Sian was at the Villa to greet us on our arrival and gave us lots of ideas for good restaurants and places to visit. Thank you so much Sian and Thierry. We absolutely loved our week’s holiday in your beautiful villa. We hope to return soon. ♥️🇫🇷

We had a great time. If you like walking, as we do, this is a great property. Lovely short walk to the beach and nice restaurants there. Shops and Saint Maxime centre are further away and Ubers not easy to arrange if you don't want to drive.

A beautiful house in a great location! It was very well equipped, had large fridge/freezers etc. and met all our needs, so catering was easy. It was great having the pool near to the house so you could keep an eye on the children. Although there were so many lovely places to visit in the surrounding area, the house was also a lovely place just to be and to enjoy the wonderful view! Thank you to our hosts for a fabulous week.

We had the best holiday in Sian's beautiful house. It's like staying at the nicest hotel - only completely private and with all the facilities that make the holiday relaxing. For example, we really enjoyed the fact that the kitchen is super new and inviting, so you want to cook yourself and enjoy meals on the house's fantastic terrace. The pool, the view, the rooms and the whole standard make it a house we would love to come back to. In addition, Sian is a very welcoming, helpful and informative host.

Das schönste Ferienhaus aller Zeiten

Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen: das Haus ist das schönste Ferienhaus in dem wir je gewesen sind. Perfekte Lage, sehr (!) sauber, sehr gepflegt, absolut hochwertig ausgestattet und wirklich alles da, was man braucht - Strandtücher, ein ganz toller Grill, eine wunderschöne Terrasse, begehbare Kleiderschränke, ein großer geheizter Pool (mit wunderschöner Beleuchtung abends) und noch viel mehr. Bei uns blieben keine Wünsche offen - außer der, am besten nie wieder abzureisen ;-) Wir haben Sian als außergewöhnlich sympathische und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin erlebt, die mit tollem Geschmack und viel Stil in ihr Ferienhaus investiert hat. Auch ihre vielen Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. haben es uns möglich gemacht, vom ersten Tag an einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu genießen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür - wir kommen gerne so schnell wie möglich wieder!

Taking 3 weeks off to spend in South of France, we couldn‘t have chosen a better house. The check and all communication was lovely. There was a cold bottle of Rose waiting for us after the long drive. The house is well divided, 2 bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. All with AC! The kitchen was bright and convenient with ice-machine and washing machine. Best part was outside; the view was amazing and the lounge just invites to spend the evening there. Then there was a jaccuzi that we didn‘t even know about. We loved it after a day in the pool to sit and relax. The location was quiet and walking distance from the beach with restaurants. The house is not the newest, but everything works! I can‘t think of anything negative to say, it filled our expectations and more!

Fantastische Ferien in Sainte-Maxime

Das hübsche Dörfchen Sainte-Maxime liegt nicht weit vom Haus entfernt (mit dem Auto ca. 8-10 Minuten). Wir haben in sehr feinen Restaurants gegessen und sind abends durch die Gassen und Shops flaniert. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist klimatisiert, was bei der Hitze sehr angenehm ist. Der Pool ist besonders schön und ruhig. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Beach ist gepflegt und verfügt über diverse Clubs, in denen man toll bewirtet wird. Sehr empfehlenswert von A-Z!

Abbiamo passato una settimana all'insegna del lusso e del riposo assoluto. In collina ma vicina al mare, fresca di sera, dotata di aria condizionata in tutte le camere, per le giornate più calde, la villa di Sian offre tutti i confort, coccolando grandi e piccoli con la sua vista mozzafiato, una piscina pulitissima, gli interni moderni, funzionali e arredati con gusto, una cucina fornitissima ed un fascino generale che ti prende e che ti fa sembrare come a casa tua. The house is superb for 8 persons; lots of space, very clean, has everything you need, great pool, fantastic view, great location in a quiet area but only 800 metres from the beach. Sian was very nice, service minded and professional. We would definitely like to return.
