Cosy apartment house "Rustica", 3 storeys, surrounded by trees. In the resort, in a central, quiet position, 1 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 900 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m, lake Heidsee 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, cable car 2 km, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes 200 m, ski rental 300 m, ski school 250 m, sled run 300 m, cross country ski track 150 m, ice rink 200 m, children's playground 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lenzerheide-Arosa.
2-room apartment 62 m2 on 2nd floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 bed, 1 pull-out bed and cable TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Pets not allowed.

Goed mooi uitgerust appartement. Alleen de ontvangst was slecht. Niemand gezien of gehoord . Zelf de sleutel moeten zoekên. Bij telefonische vragen kregen we geen gehoor. Op einde kregen we wel bericht om het beddegoed en verblijftax voor 4 personen achter te laten terwijl 2 met 2 waren en eigen beddegoed hadden

Wir sind zufrieden und werden wahrscheinlich wieder besuchen. Andere punkte: 1.Wifi unbedingt anbieten und details in email vor der reise schon verteilen. 2.Wäsche methode - 5 minute telefon oder bedienungsanleitung macht einfacher. 3.zusätzlich punkte: mehr WC toiletten papier, gewaschene Towels das wir ersten Tag benötigen usw.
