We had a great 7 days stay at this beautiful property, it looks way spacious & better compare to the pictures posted

Highly Recommended,will surely comeback.

Probably just the spiral stairs going down & up with 3 suitcases. The property situated in the basement. Other than that it just Top Notch!

Great flat in a fantastic location only a short walk to Paddington station and close to Hyde Park and Kensington Garden

Not that good

The location was good and near by Paddington station, and so to the airport via Heathrow Express train

The appartment was underground and so faced some problems with the baggage taking them upstairs and down. There were lots of furnitures and accessories, which makes it a bit hard to move freely in the appartment.

Convenient and Comfortable London Apartment

The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family. A big advantage is the location. The Heathrow Express goes from the airport to Paddington Station in 15 minutes. and then it's just a few minutes' walk to the apartment. There are many shops and a few good restaurants nearby. You can get anywhere quickly on the tube or bus. The apartment was nicely furnished with everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having two, well-furnished bathrooms. We had a great stay and hope to return again soon.

The heating system was a bit tricky. We had some trouble trying to figure out how to turn it off. If we had asked for help, however, I'm sure that someone would have explained the system.

Comfortable and good stay.

Location is good and convenient for public transport access. The apartment is of good size and well equipped. The process to check in is also practical to accommodate any flight delays and arrival processes.

large, nice decor, cleanliness, easy check in, my children liked the chalkboard 🤗. Clean & available kitchen utilities, extra linens, storage room.. we would to stay again 👍

Amazing apartment, really recommended for a family stay in London.

The apartment is fantastic, very comfortable, spacious, modern and very well equipped and decorated and perfectly clean. It is very well located a couple of minutes from Paddington station, at walking distance to Hyde Park. Very quiet place, and nice for a few days family with children stay. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

spacious apartment with lot of Character

the Communication leading to and during booking was amazing! the location about 4 min walk from paddington- brilliant. the apartment was so spacious had everything we could need & more! just perfect for our stay! 100 percent i will stay jere again on next trip to London. a home from home on a holiday what more could ask for! great value as well.

Superb family vacation with grandchildren in London despite the HOT weather!

Spacious for family of 6. 2 bathrooms. We were delayed by trains cancellation and Ia stayed to let us in. Had everything we needed. Handy for Paddington station.

Good location. Spacious apartment. Loved the landing space just inside the front door. Good

While the kitchen was well equipped there were not many 'supporting' ingredients (no oil, there was also very little salt, some baking paper). There also was a coffee machine however no coffee pods, and when requested, only 1 box given - for 6 ppl staying over 5 days....we also had to request for a dish sponge. Basic things like a box of tissue als hv also been good.

FOR THE PRICE, ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING AND UNSAFE .

location was excellent

booking neglected to say that there was renovations occurring. noise from upstairs inside, was loud with hammering. outside the construction workers were yelling and screaming at 7/8 am. owner was in space when we were not there. bugs in bathroom, furniture DIRTY. sheets so thin, need to be replaced. ad didn’t mention it was an underground unit, stairs were treacherous with nails all over them.

We will surely visit this apartment in the future.

Thea was almost always available and responsive, although we have not met her in person. Alex was waiting for us on arrival at 2:30pm. The apartment in the basement is a perfect place for a family of 5. The kitchen was fully equipped and the internet was fast with stable lines. The bedding and its allocation (two single beds in the other bedroom) was perfect.

It would have been great for the property to have air-conditioning for us to stay there in the summer.

Superb

Good experience all round. The sofa bed was not great but in general, the property was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the small courtyard at the front of the property that gives you a small private outdoor space to sit.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the location is a little out of the way if your visiting central London.

Fantastic

Fantastic property, in a great location! The host was really lovely, we got to the apartment really really really late, as our flight was delayed and she welcomed us with opened arms. Would definitely recommend .
