A one bedroom carriage house apartment in a newly constructed (2018) lowcountry cottage located in the beautiful Stock Farm neighborhood of Historic Old Town Bluffton within walking distance of the many restaurants, galleries, shops and historic buildings this charming town has to offer. Comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated, "The Bluffton Bird House" features new kitchen appliances, a full-size stacked LG washer and dryer and all the amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The main room includes a sleep sofa and arm chair, a breakfast counter with two counter stools which can be used as a work desk, a wall-mounted TV, full kitchen and laundry closet. The bedroom has a queen size bed with new Tuft & Needle mattress and box spring, a chest/side table, a chair and closet. The full bath has a single vanity toilet, tiled shower and tiled floor.

Property was just as the listing described and pictured. It was a great place to stay. Everything in Bluffton was close and the beach was a short drive. We loved the charm of Old Towne Bluffton! Highly recommended!

Jack was a wonderful host! Communication was clear, and responsive. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came down for a wedding and the associated events of the weekend, but the space was quiet, comfortable, nicely appointed, and there were nice touches such as welcome water bottles, a coffee/tea bar with real creamer in the fridge for us, and a bowl of chocolates as a nice little bonus! Wonderful restaurants and shops are close by. We would definitely stay there again, or recommend it to others!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Bird House. Everything was just beautiful and it is in a great location. - a quiet street minutes from town. Bluffton has everthing you could ask for and more. We look forward to visiting again.

Very quaint and cozy. Jack was there to greet us upon arrival and showed us around and answered our questions. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. We love to walk and the downtown was very close and plenty to do. Overall had a nice time.

Such a charming place. Beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. Lovely and convenient neighborhood and just a relaxing stroll away from many cute restaurants and shops. The hosts, Jack and Leslie, were very responsive and provided detailed descriptions of restaurants, shops and local activities. Wonderful and friendly!!! Can’t wait to come back.

Great location. The Vrbo was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything that we needed. The host Jack greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. When I go back to Bluffton, I will definitely stay here. highly recommend!

Host communicated the day before to confirm our arrival time. Jack met us when we arrived, showed us around the "Bird House" showing us where everything was and told us to let them know if anything was needed. Nothing was needed - everything was thought of. The location was very peaceful and a perfect location for some day trips to Hilton Head and Beaufort.

Beautiful little hideaway in a quiet neighborhood in a perfect location. Nice assortment of appliances and conveniences, well stocked cabinets and a lovely interior. Restaurants, art galleries, and quirkie shops in walking distance. Jack and Leslie were warm and welcoming and offered plenty of great suggestions. Hope to visit again next year.

“Bird House” is adorable. Very stylish and comfortable. Very clean. Has everything you’d need. Very tranquil but with walking distance to shops, galleries and restaurants. Loved it!

First and most important to me is cleanliness and this place was clean, neat and attention to details. It is an excellent location if you want to be in Old Town Bluffton, so convenient and charming. Jack was available if needed, and the bird house was quite comfortable and homey, It is a small bedroom, and cozy sitting area with all the conveniences you need. It is also quiet and private. I absolutely loved my stay, as a matter of fact stayed a second time until the closing of my house. I would highly recommend this clean and charming place!

I was in Bluffton for both business and a little break, and the 'birdhouse' was the perfect place to decompress, finish my work, and then enjoy a day with family in a charming town. I so appreciate the care & consideration the owners provide, down to Half & half in the fridge & good coffee in the cupboard. I will stay there again!!

Jack and his wife have decorated a super cute apt. They stocked it with water, coffee, chocolates and everything else you would need for your stay. The apt was really clean, the check in book had tons of good info. The apt was within walking distance of Bluffton. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was just as everyone had said it was. Beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Close to all amenities and lots of opportunity for sightseeing. We had a wonderful time.

Our stay was amazing. Jack greeted me when I arrived and took the time to show me everything I needed to know. He also gave me information on places to visit as well. He was so helpful and close by in case we needed anything. His place was very quiet and peaceful!!! We will definitely stay again. All the restaurants and shops are close by which was a plus. Thank you Jack for the great hospitality!!!

The host communicated and responded very quickly on all matters weather it was checking in, what needed to be done while there, and when departing. Most importantly, we arrived at about 10:30pm (22:30) after a long 2 days of travel and really wanted some wine to just chill and relax with before going to bed. When we asked the host about the nearest grocery store to pick up a bottle of wine he told us the name, but we found it had closed, so he "VERY KINDLY" gave us a bottle of his wine for the evening. The location is extremely close to downtown Bluffton where there are many restaurants and shops. We also hit several nearby and not so nearby beaches. We recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay at the carriage house was Amazing. The property is located centrally to wonderful dining and entertainment while just a short drive to the beaches. The property is clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation or getaway. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to unwind in the Low Country of South Carolina. Owners are equally Awesome. You’ll love it!

The apartment is nicely furnished and clean. The owner is onsite and responds quickly to questions. It would be better if there were more open flat spaces to put personal articles and less photo shoot readiness. But, our stay was very short, so it was okay.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Jack met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. The neighborhood and place were excellent and Jack was more than helpful. The bowl of chocolates and half and half was a nice touch. Jack thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay.
