About this farm stay rental

This is a truly unique and beautifully finished historic farmhouse that is comfortable and charming. You can walk to the supermarket, restaurants, antique shops, LIRR train, and all that Southold town has to offer. You are minutes from Founder's Beach and, of course, numerous wineries!! Greenport and Cutchogue are a five minute drive. The house has a beautiful front porch to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and the large backyard has a spacious deck with furniture, gas grill, and chaise lounges. We provide bikes for you to enjoy as well as some yard games. This is really a fantastic location to enjoy the North Fork!!!

We walked twice to Horton lighthouse park, explored the 100 plus stairs to the beautiful beach, walked to buy groceries. In addition, there was Apple picking available, wineries, antiques, galleries and nearby shops, eateries and scenic views which all of us enjoyed. The house was meticulously decorated and appointed- an absolute gem!

Our sisters getaway was just perfect! The house is so clean and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed to feel just like home. So convenient to amazing wineries and unique shops! I can’t wait to get back there! It’s was so perfect! And the beds were comfy too!

This VRBO was perfect we rented it for the week before my wedding. Pat was quick to respond to any questions and so accommodating as we had some hiccups with last minute wedding things. Cant recommend it enough!

I came with several good friends to enjoy a weekend away, in the beauty and charm of the North Fork. We cooked good food, tasted delicious wines, and just relaxed! This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We can via train and Jitney from the city and the house was very conveniently located within short walking distance of both. It was also very close to the grocery store and lots of shopping. Since we did not have a car, this helped tremendously! The house was very comfortable and also lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the living room was spacious enough for us to all watch tv together in the evenings. The outside patio was perfect for outdoor meals. We loved staying here and can't wait to come back next year!

I and my 3 adult sisters enjoyed a fabulous weekend here! What a quaint, comfortable, neat and clean, perfectly located home. We toured wine country, ambled the smooth stone beach at the base of Horton Point Lighthouse and enjoyed the easy walk to downtown- don’t miss the pizza from Michaelangelo’s or the great menu at Founders Tavern. The house is superbly decorated, ultra clean and has fluffy towels and great beds and sheets (this is important!) the deck and private yard make the whole stay complete. Thank you!

Many great spaces where we could congregate or have our own space, very well equipped kitchen, great yard to play in, and located close to great beaches and restaurants. This is a fantastic property for a weekend getaway! It’s located right in the center of the quiet town of Southold, convenient to the grocery store and local cafes, and only ten minutes from Greenport. The house was so clean and perfectly appointed. Gorgeous deck and yard. Would be great for a group though it was just me and my partner for the weekend. I would rent again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The house is really quaint and pretty. The pictures online don’t do it justice. The toilets are a little low for older folks and the tubs were too high for one guest to get in to. Maybe 1 walk-in shower? Very disappointed we couldn’t use the fireplace. Very difficult to open the flue and smoke started coming into the house. Was a cold and snowy weekend and was looking forward to the fireplace. No welcome book on site where could have instructions for opening the flue and using old fashioned shower.
