About this house rental

The standig individually holiday home, built in 1876 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.LocationBuřany, 700 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.  It is forbidden to use outdoor shoes in the house, please bring slippers with you. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property. Specialelectric heating, underfloor heating. heat pump Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. PoolOutdoor pool (heatable, 1,5 m x 3 m, depth 1,2 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September. WellnessSauna. Dogsnot allowed. Gut mit mehreren Familien geeignet, sehr gemütlich. Feuerstelle ist toll zum Stockbrotgrillen, Sauna zum Aufwärmen danach.

Das Haus bot sowohl Raum für geselliges Beisammensein als auch für ruhige Zeit für Einzelpersonen. Man kann super Unternehmeungen per Auto ansteuern, aber auch zu Fuß.
