We absolutely loved our stay here & loved this apartment. I never wanted to leave. We have been traveling in Germany/Italy for 3 weeks and this was our favorite apartment so far. It's steps from the historical Ludwigstrasse (I didn't know this when booking), easy to access, great parking. Views from the apartment are heavenly. It was cozy and had everything we needed. So peaceful and quiet. I'm very noise sensitive and never heard anything at all, besides the beautiful church bells (never disturbing, only when we had the windows and doors open and the sound was delightful). I would have loved to stay another week (or move in and stay forever!) My teen boys and my husband did hit their heads quite a few times (twice for me!) but it was worth it đ. Contact with Thomas, the owner, was great when booking. Upon arrival, the local property manager was unable to meet us & wasn't readily available to answer questions so we did struggle a bit to figure out where the key and apartment was and how to get in the garage, and had a hard time figuring out the under floor heating--but eventually figured it out. We also struggled with garbage at checkout. We tried keeping everything separated but when we left there were only two bins, one for paper and one other one so we didn't know what to do with the trash. Maybe ask for clarification for all these things before arrival.
I really hope we can make it back to this wonderful apartment soon! Oh, and they leave lots of extra little gifts!

This our second time staying at this wonderful apartment. We lived like a local, but traveled to the sights like a tourist. Everything exceeds expectations⊠between the amazing views, comfortable German bedding, garage parking, great shower water pressure, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and the quiet neighborhood.
Did I mention amazing views from both balconies!!!
We will return⊠again and again!

Clean, easy to access, great hostess (Jessy), spacious, good washer and separate dryer, big balconies, front with superb view of the Zugpitz! Covered garage in a quiet, walkable location. Bathrooms and bedrooms ceilings slope downwards making access a bit of a challenge. Our weather was cool but it does get warm for summer with no air conditioning. Second floor walk up.

This place exceeded our expectations! The views from the living room windows and the deck were stunning. It was so spacious and clean. It was literally two houses down from the Main Street Partenkirchen and an easy walk to the train station, hiking, and downtown Garmisch. The area was very quiet. Everything about the stay was easy. We highly recommend and would love to come back for longer. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This apartment is in a great location on the Partenkirchen side of town. The bus stop is steps away from the apartment and the train station is a mere kilometer straight up Bahnhofstrasse. I enjoyed calm mornings with coffee on the large balcony listening to the birds and church bells.
Jasmine went above and beyond to make our stay special. She really is the best!
The only bit of advice I would give to the traveler is to realize that in the bathroom and bedrooms the ceiling is quite slanted, so you must watch that you donât bump your head on the angle. This apartment is otherwise a must stay. It is very homey with comfortable beds and a spacious living room. The view of the mountains is stunning. The kitchen is just right for staying in and cooking dinner at the apartment.
I hope to return in the future.

My best friend and I stayed at this property for the first time in November 2019. We had been to Garmisch a few times and consider it one of our favorite places in the world. The area is beautiful and serene. When we began planning our European vacation for my friend's 50th birthday, we knew we had to take some time to stay in Garmisch. I looked at many properties available and always came back to this apartment listing. The pictures were gorgeous and the description and location sounded perfect.
We arrived late due to the train being cancelled then delayed. Jessie was fantastic with helping us get into the apartment despite it being so late. Initially we tried to get into the apartment but we were in the wrong house! Hahaha. The apartment was in the house next door. We got in touch with Jessie, who drove out and got us into the property. She was such a good sport. She gave us a quick tour of the apartment and showed us how to operate the heat, including the heated floor!
Our initial impression was simply complete awe. It was dark out but we could still see the mountains from the balcony. We could see the light at the top of the Zugspitze. In the morning, the view was breathtaking from both balconies. We had mountains on every side of us. The window in the living room is floor to ceiling and you get a complete view of the mountains from inside the apartment.
The apartment was well stocked with simple supplies like coffee, sugar, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, hand soap, and more. The kitchen was very well stocked with silverware, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, and coffee/tea pots. Each spacious bedroom had a very comfortable bed and lots of closet space. The only negative is the ceiling slants near the outer walls, where the beds are located, so you have to be mindful or you'll hit your head when getting in/out of bed ! After the third time, I remembered! The full bathroom had an amazing shower and full soaking tub. The apartment also had a small washer and dryer. Be sure to follow the instructions!
This property is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. It was nicely stocked and very clean. It is located in a very quiet area central to everything including a bus stop, grocery stores and local shops. We walked everywhere!
This is one of the BEST properties I have stayed in during all my vacations. I highly recommend this apartment. The owners and Jessie are fantastic to work with, as well. Really good people.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was so perfect and the views spectacular. Jasmin was so lovely and welcoming and the little extra touches, like wine and chocolates was very thoughtful. The apartment itself had everything you need to feel like home. Highly recommend this apartment for families staying in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

My family of 4, two adults and two children (11 and 7) thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment for 4 nights in July. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was equipped for cooking. The views from both balconies were breathtaking and the town was picturesque. The apartment is on a street filled with shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants. There was also a really nice playground located near the monastery on the hill just behind the apartment (a 10 minute walk) and my kids loved the really long slide. Although it was cool and rainy most days, we found lots for our family to do in town and the surrounding areas (we had a rental car). We would love to go back to this charming apartment!

This was our 2nd time staying at this lovely property and we highly recommend it. The location is fabulous--within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. Communication with owner is prompt and polite. Jessy, who checked us in, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The beds are comfortable, the view is fantastic. This is the place you want to stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen!

We could not have been more pleased with this property in Garmisch. You know you are dealing with quality owners when they have fresh cut flowers on the table and a bottle of wine waiting for you.The location is more than convenient as you can walk to grocery stores and shops, easily and the free bus stops near the end of the driveway that provides access to the city and rest of the valley. The property is of the highest quality and offered more than enough space for our family of five adults to cook, play games and relax. The kitchen has all the modern appliances that one needs to prepare fine meals. We put the laundry to use as we were able to catch up with the dirty clothes on the midway point of our 17 day journey across Northern Africa and Western Europe. Jasmine who manages the property locally was a delight. She greeted us promptly on site and made sure we had a good understanding of how everything worked in the apartment and how to get out and about town. The level of detail was appreciated as we were staying over the Christmas Holiday and were not aware of all of the special holiday hours at the stores and shops. Disaster was averted when we were able to get our grocery shopping done early. We hope to be able to return to this property for years to come and share the wonder of Garmisch with the rest of our family.

My family of 5(2 adults + 3 kids) stayed in this apartment for 1 week. We went to other places in Germany on our trip and this was by far our favorite home and town. The apartment is in the perfect location. You can easily walk anywhere in town. We had a car but we didn't need it. The apartment is clean and had enough room for all of us. Jazmin greeted us and she was really nice and helpful. I loved waking up every morning to the sounds of birds chirping and church bells ringing. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The rain shower was heavenly. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and we look forward to returning to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. ~Brenda
