Вилите са топ. Апартаментите са ок.

Вилата беше топ - два етажа, две големи легла, климатик. Апартамента беше по-голям от колкото очаквах - имаше и тераса, добра шумоизолация, супер гледка. Храната беше топ. Персонала - супер любезен и отзивчив. Има екопътека точно до хотела.

В апартамента няма климатик - климатизацията се управлява централно (за разлика от вилата). Шкафа за телевизора беше със счупен крак. Като цяло мебелировката в апартамента е с ниско качество. В брошурата пише че домашни любимци не се допускат, въпреки това някой гости си бяха довели кучетата. Водеха ги дори и в ресторанта. От покрива на ресторанта капеше вода.

Прекрасно място!

Имахме прекрасен престой - всичко беше на ниво: стаята беше широка, просторна и с невероятна гледка. Леглото беше много голямо и много удобно. Чисто, комфортно. Добро обслужване. Храната също беше вкусна. Спа центърът не беше много голям, но изглежда бе съобразен с капацитета на хотела, защото нямаше усещане за тълпи. Прекрасен външен басейн - отново с гледка. Със сигурност бихме посетили отново!

Отличные бассейны

Хороший современный отель, классные бассейны с минеральной водой и с видом на горы. Вид из окна номера прекрасен. Завтрак хороший.

Не продумано, где сушить купальники и халаты, в номере абсолютно не предусмотрено ничего, утром приходится надевать влажные купальники и халаты. В нашем номере не было ложки для обуви, пакетов для грязных вещей, что странно для 5 звёзд.

Един от най-добрите Спа - хотели в България

Персоналът беше много любезен и ни обслужи професионално. Разположението на хотела в близост до гората, цялата инфраструктура - външният минерален басейн, Спа - центърът, храната и залите за хранене, стаите - всичко е перфектно и отговаря на изискванията за пълноценен релакс.

Някои гости бяха несъобразително шумни, разговаряйки шумно на терасите си късно вечерта или в часовете за следобедна почивка. Но хотелът няма вина за несъобразителността на гостите.

We will not be coming back to this hotel.

A lot of pools. Clean room. Helpful staff.

Our ‘premium room’ was definitely not 34 sq.m. More like 20. Photos in booking show larger room. Shades of gray everywhere, very dark bathroom. Pools are very dirty and haven’t been cleaned for a long time by the looks of it. Pools were overcrowded and there were not enough sun-beds for guests. SPA is just a couple of saunas and a steam bath. Half of the hotel is a construction site so it’s even dirtier. You can’t get to the restaurant from inside the main building so you go through the SPA which is not hygienic or you go around half the property. Food could be better, no variety, dishes were basically the same every day. No pancakes for breakfast? Come on. I don’t understand how this can be a 5-star hotel. Extremely overpriced for what you get.

SPA aria and the view were amazing. Rooms are spacious and confortable.

The elevators setting can be improved to secure a smarter way of timely utilization. It requires a lot of time waiting and creating queues of people in front all the 3 elevators.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It has seen some wear and tear over the years and you could tell. One thing that was super annoying is that there was just 1 chair on the balcony. And we stayed in an apartment meant for 5. I asked for additional.chairs a total of 3 times and even though was told we would get the chairs, they never arrived. It was a very simple and easy to accomodate request and i can not understand why it was not delivered. We were there for 4 days so sufficient time to correct. Surely a 5 star hotel would not fail to. The pool area was cleaned quite superficial so as you swam, you could see dirt under the chairs. A but gross really. On one occasion they were cleaning one of the small pools with chemicals but failed to inform guests proactively. So i saw people bathing. In the chemicals.

The spa centre which is provided with everything needed. It's made for real relaxation. Everything was clean. There were a variety of different foods

The hairdryer was too low.

Very good

-Staff extremely nice and helpful. -The spa was great, the pools were great. -Food was great, a bit repeatable on breakfast, but lunch menu and restaurant menu were great!

-Tin walls, with noisy neighbors made it a bit annoying. -Ac was only for heating (atlesat in our room) - Opening the balcony door for air means the possibility of bugs walking in (Because of the AC not providing coolness) -Shower temperature was inconsistent

Had higher expectations

We liked the breakfast. There were even gluten free options. The yard and outdoor jacuzzis were also nice. The rooms are pretty spacious

There was no free place to park so we had to park on the driveway. The steam room hasn't got enough steam. There were some people that were eating and smoking in the outdoor jacuzzi, which we did not enjoy. And the jacuzzi has a hot water jet/hole on the floor, which is unprotected and my girlfriend burned her foot. The rooms have no noise insulation, you can hear the people in the next room talking
