Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane a premier resort and vacation rentals in the Disney area. Its close proximity to Orlando's world-renowned attractions is unrivalled. Disney World is only 3 miles away, and the many shops and restaurants of HWY 192 are within walking distance. Staying in our 4 bedroom Villa gives you automatic membership, to all the amenities this private resort has to offer, for the duration of your stay. There is a luxury clubhouse and recreation center including an elegant lounge room, game room, fitness center, reading area, business center and library; which are all open until 11:00 pm. Outside, the activities just keep getting better; the centerpiece is the huge heated swimming pool with wrap-around sundeck and dynamic water features. There is also a fishing pond, car wash, playground, BBQ/picnic area, sand volleyball, and tennis and basketball courts, Tiki Bar. For your security, the resort is guarded and gated 24/7.

For that home away from home feeling, our Villa is professionally decorated and features a few extras, including: WIFI wireless internet access, a large LCD TV, LG surround sound system playing Premium Movie Channels and DVD/Cable TV in all bedrooms. The master bedroom located on the first floor features a king size bed and therapeutic jetted spa tub. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are on the second floor. The first features a queen size bed and private bathroom. The last two each include 2 twin beds and a themed Tinkerbell and Mickey Mouse and Friends décor. It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Wonderful and fun community. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again!

From the moment I reached out on VR BO the process was seamless, and all of my expectations were met. The property is well maintained, has everything a family or small group would need to have a home base. Centrally located to all Orlando events, whether that be golf or theme parks just about anything you would consider is a very short drive. Host was amazing and very quick to respond. . highly recommend.

The property was clean and exactly as it was presented in the listing. Pros: Lovely space QUIET!!! Pool Proximity to WDW Beds and couches were comfortable Cons: A/C-not being able to set it below 74° was tough. Downstairs was fine, but upstairs did get pretty warm. There were NO necessities on property: no napkins, no paper towels, not even a sponge. And no salt and pepper!! Every vacation rental we've stayed in has had those things (even if it was just leftovers from previous renters), so to have to run out and buy all of it for our short stay was unexpected. The instructions abt the trash were very confusing. Every set of instructions (email, in the binder, and on the door) was different! We figured it out--it was very simple--but having so many different instructions was very stressful. All in all in was a good experience!

This home was beautiful! Better than expected. The kids loved the themed rooms, it had 2 master bedrooms, the pool and splash pad was so nice to have at just a walking distance. The gated community was great. Close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The owner communicated to well and was very accommodating.

Lots of plusses on this property. Very roomy and has everything you need for a short or long stay. My only complaint would be the ac unit is very loud downstairs and upstairs is pretty warm. Otherwise we were very pleased! Great stay for the price!

We have 6 school age kids and loved staying here. It was a short 15 minute drive to Disney during traffic and was exactly what we were looking for. The kids love using the community pool & splash pad. The teens loved the basketball court & tennis courts. We also enjoyed the hot tub and Mom enjoyed getting drinks at the tiki bar🍹. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a great location. Easy to get in and out to visit the attractions. Clean roomy and very well decorated. Did not get to use them but even was stock with sports and picnic equipment to enjoy the property amenities. One of the nicest places we have stayed in our 20+ visits to the area.

Overall we absolutely loved this place and it was less than 30 min to Universal and Disney Parks. Corey is awesome and communicates almost immediately. The only recommendations I would have is to buy new mattress for downstairs bedroom. It was obvious it was old and didn't sleep that well but other than that the place was a good stay!

We had a great time last week. From start to finish Cory has been amazing and very responsive. The villa was very clean and comfortable and felt like home as soon as we opened the door. The grounds including the pool were spot. I would highly recommend

This was a very nice place to stay at an incredibly reasonable rate. It is centrally located and provided easy access to the airport, theme parks, beaches, kayaking, and air boat tours. We were especially surprised by the splash pad, play ground and lake (where we saw an alligator) that made down time with the grand kids so much easier. The condo was in very good shape and Corey was in contact with us whenever needed and accommodated an early check in that was very helpful. We will try to use his condo again next year.

Wonderful location, close to all. The grounds are stellar with a game room, beautiful pool and a pond with turtles. The teens loved to walk and watch the turtles. I would definitely stay again.

Corey is awesome 😎 We loved the property which is a true gated community with security at all times. The problem that did arise was addressed immediately and then we were compensated for our troubles without asking. We’re planning another trip for the Fall and will definitely stay here again. 😊

Window blinds need some attention and kitchen stools not great for seating. Otherwise the home is a descent place to stay for the price. I would recommend it for those going to the Disney parks. It is in a good location. There was no one at the entry gate when we arrived and the gate was open so we just drove in. The welcome center was also closed so we had to drive around until we found our house. We later found out we were supposed to register our car. Had minor problem with light bulbs which the owner had corrected and we had some ants.
