Lovely Family Villa
We're a family of 10 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 6 children (conprising of 3 little ones). Villa lay out was great for the children as they were sleeping on the ground floor, great for us Grandparents as we had a chill out zone upstairs!
The pool was lovely and safe as it had the steps for the little ones to play.
Location was also great too!! Lots of restaurants near by. Close to beach with the best restaurant 'Ra-Ma' with it's good food and best service aound.
We'll be back!

Everything was well organized.
If there was a small problem (wifi code) the landlord helped the same day for a sollution.
One minute walk to the beach and good restaurants. Good stay with the family!

A week with the family.
Our party consisted of children (8 & 10) to parents and grand parents. Everyone really enjoyed their stay. The villa suited us well with the children’s room accessed through their parents room.
The pool is a good size and the table tennis and pool table were well used also.
The location is really great being located just back from the beach and close to two chiringuitos with more close by.
We would go back again.

Just spent another week at the villa in Marbesa. It didnt disappoint. We hired a car at the airport and drove to Marbesa with takes around 30 minutes. The weather was glorious which made sitting in the beautiful gardens and around the pool simply idyllic. The villa itself was a great space for all of us with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. A great place to chill and recharge our batteries. On a couple of evenings we used the kitchen and outside dining area which added to the relaxed feel of our stay. The large living area has satellite TV with UK channels if you like to keep up with the news etc. We were a party of six adults so we took full advantage of the local beach restaurants and bars. Taking a stroll along the beach to enjoy the happy hour at the small marina became a regular trip with a round of drinks including cocktails costing just 20 euros. The villa provided a great base for travelling. We took in the sights of Granada which was fantastic. My daughter and her husband visited Seville and even to the ferry near Gibraltar for a day trip to Tangier. the old town Marbella was nice surprise with a wealth of good restaurants and cool shops. We ended our holiday by flying up to Barcelona for the Le Merce festival. All in all a great family holiday. We would certainly return.

I have just booked a second family holiday at this villa having holidayed there last September. We are really looking forward to it. The villa is large and easily accommodates the six of us. The walled garden is beautiful, well maintained, tranquil and relaxing. The pool is a good size and provided hours of fun for all our party regardless of age. The table tennis and pool table were also a source of good entertainment, and with the beach only a matter minutes away on foot, the villa made for an ideal base. The villa itself is large, airy, bright and well presented. It had everything we needed. The main bedroom is huge with a wonderful private balcony and en-suite bathroom and nice view towards the sea. Other bedrooms are also good sizes, one with en-suite and the other had the house bathroom opposite so every couple in our party had access to their own facilities. the living room is comfortable for when watching TV but to be honest we spent most evenings sitting around the pool chatting and drinking or out at local restaurants - which served the best paella. The location is good, easy walk to a long strip of beach, some nice local resturants and a nearby harbour area with bars and more restaurants. We hired a car from the airport and used the villa as a base for exploring the area including trips to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Ronda. On our next trip we plan to visit Granada and our daughter and her husband have already planned a visit to Gibraltar with a boat trip across to Morocco. We are very much looking forward to a return visit.

Great Location for Family & Friends Getaway!!
Firstly, the Villa is very easy to get to - I would recommend hiring a car to help get around or hiring a private transfers as it makes the process quick and easy!
Perfect for a large family or a couple of friends looking for a break! Great pool/enclosed garden with the beach and delicious restaurants a very short walk way! Try RAMA - the Paella is a family favourite!!! Can't wait to go back!

Well located villa
The property is in a great location within a short walking distance to the beach and a few really nice restaurants. The villa has plenty of space and the pool is lovely. We visited Ronda on our last stay which is a lovely town a hour or so drive from the villa.

It is AMAZING EXPERIENCE....
We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment near East Marbella Beach , the apartment was clean and tastefully furnished, had everything we needed. The landscaping in the apartment is breathtaking with a beautiful swimming pool.
Conveniently located distance from the beach say 100 metre, restaurant and pub. The owner Evelyn was really helpful, giving us practical tips about the property and the area. The location is excellent for my trip to other cities with my family.
i will definitely use this property if the need arises

Had a great time - fantastic
This is a lovely spacious villa in a walled garden with a garage in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the beach and with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Own pool. We had 5 adults and 4 kids with us and it was great. Home from home. You probably need a car to get about if you want to sightsee or go to Marbs, but you could also get a taxi to/from Malaga if you just want to laze - everything you need for a family hoiday is within pretty close walking distance. When we couldn't quite find it on arrival, we phoned Evelyn and help was immediately available. Overall a great family holiday apartment.

2 star villa- thankfully in a 5 star location/plot
We stayed here for a week in April- and we were extremely disappointed with the villa. Old, tired, ingrained dirt and stains, mould on bedding, highchair filthy and unusable, drawers full of sand, dirt, dust and hairs. Ants, leaks, only 1 bed room has shutters, dirty patio, dirty sun lounger cushions are just a few of the issues we encountered. Specifically asked owner if any building work was in the vicinity and she said no, villa next door but one being rebuilt. I have left a full review on another trip website with photographs. Had to wash all the bedding (after cleaning the scum and mould out if the washing machine machine). Photos are not an accurate representation if the condition of this property.
We would not stay here again if it were free- filthy.
Few positive points- nice pool and outdoor space, fab location and nice welcome hamper of all the food and drink essentials needed. Owner very nonchalant- was sorry to hear about our issues and hoped our stay improved!! Guess what- It didn't.
Shocking prices.....for 2 star accommodation. I would seek legal action if we had paid the rates they're asking for over the summer.

Great Holiday and Great Villa
We had a fantastic holiday. We stopped in this villa with 3 grandkids for a week. It was lovely. Very spacious and clean and well equipped - just like the description on the web site. Also very safe and private with a nice surrounding wall. Nice garden and lots to do and the pool was fantastic, they almost lived in the pool, and the kids liked table tennis. We had a couple of small queries on arrival and Evelyn the owner was immediately available on the phone and very helpful. The beach was about 2 minutes walk and was lovely with some nice restaurants and bars to choose from. There are a couple of nearby supermarkets. We hired a car from Malaga airport and would recommend this for this location but the villa has a huge garage . We have already recommended this villa and Marbella to friends and relatives.

WONDERFULL!!!
my family and i was on a two weeks break to mabella, honestly this is my best holiday on record as my family had fantastic time. the atmosphere was quiet and very private, the beach is just a stone throw from the villa and a brilliant view just to mention a few. the bedrooms was very clean to high standard, i couldn't fault it. and the owner was very helpful whenever we are short of information. i am definitely looking for a summer holiday next year as we couldn't have enough of our stay in mabella

BUILDING SITE & COCKROACHES
What a shame about our holiday - we arrived to find a major building site next door and cockroaches (still kicking!) in the kitchen. Not a great start and both totally unexpected. The owner, Evelyn, had not told us about the demolished villa next door which was right in the middle of being rebuilt and when we contacted her during our stay to vent our disappointment she claimed to know nothing about it. She claimed the manager of the property, an English lady called Valerie, had only just told her... Our holiday was completely ruined by being woken early each weekday morning to the sound of drills, diggers and workmen - the excessive building noise carried on throughout the day save for mid-morning and lunch breaks and we were totally overlooked by the workmen whilst in the garden and pool. Worth noting, privacy in these areas will still be lost once the new villa is completed. We had two days with lorries parked outside, engines running and horns blaring to attract workers' attention - several times we had to ask them to move lorries so that we could use villa's garage. The cockroaches that greeted us on arrival were replaced by several more throughout the week in both the kitchen and one of the bedrooms - traps set by the maintenance man did not deter them, I also found one running around the dishwasher late one night which was not a pretty sight. Besides these two major problems we found the villa much older and shabbier than the internet photos portrayed. In our opinion, the manager was not doing her job regarding cleaning (kitchen cupboards, shelves and cutlery drawers were dirty and clumps of hair were found in the master bedroom, garden furniture filthy), the garage was cluttered with disused chairs and other litter, and we had to request a locksmith to adjust locks on the front door and some patio doors. TV & DVD did not work. We had a very disappointing and distressing holiday, a great shame as the villa is well-placed for the beach plus restaurants and bars and would have provided a pleasant holiday had it not been for so many problems. Evelyn, the owner, was not particularly helpful or considerate and offered a paltry 10% refund on our rental as compensation for all the problems - I will never rent from her again.
