About this apartment rental

Apartment description - 5 double-bedroom newly renovated apartment with 2 full bathrooms. All bathrooms are accessible from hallway (no need to cross a bedroom). First bathroom has a sink, bathtub with a shower, and toilet. The other one has a shower, sink and toilet.

All 5 bedrooms are private, and are double.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, living and dining room.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Nearby services - There are small grocers at a very short distance, supermarkets nearby, and the neighborhood market just 200m away.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi.

Accessibility - 6 floors above street level. Elevator

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in one of the rooms, which face the facade. The rest of bedrooms and living area have no street noise.

**IMPORTANT - There is a strict requirement that at least 2-3 guests over 30yo MUST accompany the group if the group is under 30yo age limit.

There are no age limits for FAMILY GROUPS WITH KIDS. Families with kids are welcome without any exceptions. We have baby cot(s) and high chair(s) at no extra cost.**

We kindly remind you that parties of any kind (stag, hen, bachelor etc...) are not allowed in the apartment. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Occupancy - The apartment can sleep up to 10 people, all in beds. But ideal occupancy would be 8 people.

Reservations - We conduct reservations by email exclusively, so there is a written record of all communications and much less room for error. We do not take reservations or payments by phone

Our family absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! We had a groups of 4 adults and 2 young children and the layout of the rooms was perfect to allow our kids close to us, while the other two adults were on opposite sides away from them. The terrace within the apartment was a great place to relax and enjoy coffee at the start of the day or a drink at the end and the rooftop terrace was SPECTACULAR!!! The location couldn’t have been better for our stay in Barcelona. Many fabulous restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk, including two right downstairs. The bus was just on the corner as well offering up the entire city just steps away. Check-in was seamless, even with our initial confusion of arriving shortly before check in. Any questions we had were answered very quickly which made everything that much easier. I would love to stay here again if we visit Barcelona again and would definitely recommend this apartment for any traveling groups, large or small.

Very spacious, fun, apartment. Nothing but great things to say. Great location. Great neighborhood. Walking distance to a number of landmarks and points of interest, and plenty of cabs on nearby corners to flag for a quick ride when needed. Keycode access to front door, apartment, rooftop, etc. The building/apartment has an overall, very safe feeling. Decor was great. The balcony terraces are great for hanging out for meals or drinks. Rooftop is awesome with amazing views. We had a family of 3 and a family of 4. The apartment was wonderful for us with a little room to spare. Amazing time, would 100% stay here again.

It was in a good location to get to all the sights of Barcelona. It was clean and it is much bigger then the pictures! The only thing was that we did not have hot water in on of the bathrooms. I contactd the property manager 2x and they said they would be out to fix it. the first time was the next day and then 2nd time he just didn't come. So 7 of us used the shower. other than that it was a grea stay

This property is the reason we like to VRBO. Super unique layout with interesting features, including two balconies and a cozy office space. The location was great as well, about a 30-40 min walk to the beach, 15 min to Sagrada Familia, lots of markets and restaurants nearby.

Such a great location, check-in process and extremely spacious. Beds were comfortable, wifi was good, bathrooms were large. Rooftop terrace had a great view and is open until 9pm. Lots of little restaurants around as well

We had a great time in Barcelona and really enjoyed our stay a this property! The check in process was easy. Communication with the property owner was first excellent. So much space and very comfortable for the entire family.

Except for a little issue with the digicode at arrival, the stay was confortable in that spacious, comfortable and luminos place. Just the shower water pressur could be improved.

very good, house perfectly aligned to description. large space and two areas where trwo familes of 4 can live together and have privacy at the same time. restaurants and small supermarkets around the place. would for sure recommend and return

We had a great stay in Barcelona. We appreciated the warm welcome and all the information about the neighborhood. From the apartment, we could walk or take the metro (subway) to see all the areas of the city. When in the apartment, we spent most of our time in the dining/kitchen area. Loved the large table. The apartment was clean, bright and updated nicely including windows. We felt very comfortable and at home. The description is accurate although the kitchen was not as well equipted as it could be if you want to cook using an oven. For example, the oven is a small microwave oven that has other cooking options. We did not try to use it other than as a microwave oven. There were no measuring spoons/cups; and the fry pan did not have a cover. These are small concerns. We enjoyed shopping in the local grocery store. The kitchen was updated and nice with a large refrigerator and dishwasher. We got a lot of use out of the coffee pot, electric water pot, and toaster. When the hot water did not work one day the management was quick to have the repairs made. We strongly recommend the walking tours purchased from the information center (free with the Barcelona card) and Poble Espanyol (tourist village that gives a lot of information on architecture, history, and local crafts). Of course all the sites and museums are great. We purchased the five day Barcelona card that also gave us access to the metro. We were not impressed with the hop on and off bus as a tour guide. It did did not give much information. We do not recommend doing the Hop on and off bus on a Barcelona card day. A mistake we made. Also note that some museums are closed on Mondays. We loved the ear buds/interpretive recordings at the tourist spots. The shape of the apartment is like a y so groups of rooms are separate from each other. It worked very well for our group of four families. I would say great for 55+ except for the day the elevator did not work because of maintenance but I don't think that is usual. There is a step into the front door from off the street. We took a taxi from the airport to the apartment. A great city to visit and a great apartment. We would recommend this apartment.
