Wonderfull place

Everything was excellent. Apartment is exactly as you can see in phots in booking. Great communication with the host. Very helpful and available at any time to suggest and help. We had a great time with family during our 6 days spent there.

The design of the apartment is nice, there are two showers, the apartment is well equipped, the place is clean, pleasant and good atmosphere, quiet location...

The stove is less convenient to use and the towels are not thick enough. But in any case the apartment is excellent.

The accommodation was nice and clean. Lovely stay in this luxury accommodation (really appriviated the little welcome treats). The apartment looks exactly like the photos provided. :) I would definitely recommend it!

Maybe the fact that the toaster doesn't work, but nothing else. Everything was great.

A lovely two bedroom flat with a second en suite bathroom . There was everything you might need as appliances and a good supply of basic necessities so you don't have to rush to the shop to buy toilet paper and soap or salt and sugar. Very kind and considerate hosts who didn't spare their efforts when asked for assistance. Fast WiFi. There are mountain trails right behind the block of flats, beautiful and peaceful.

It is not a negative , just a warning if you go without a car.The flat is about 1.5 km outside Borovets and part of the way you walk along the main road which could be a bit worrying if you are with kids. The distance is not much, though , and of course there are taxis.

bery luxurious . comgortable beds and 2 nedrooms with one en suite very good and nicely deciorated

Superb

Great furnished apartment with lots of small details creating home comfort. Well equipped kitchen perfect even for a longer stay. The apartment was nicely warm even though the building heating was off. Large TV with cable TV and vast choice of TV programs for a cosy movie evening with the family. The apartment is very near to a hiking trail. We used it for a few sledge trips with our kid.

In total we were very pleased with the apartment. The building however would benefit a lot from some better maintenance by the rest of the owners.

Apartment is well furnished and equipped. Excellent for the price. Definitely will visit again. Did not meet the hosts but on the phone they were very kind.

General cleanliness was good but could be improved in some details in order to be perfect.

Nice stay, but started awfully!

The apartment was clean and tidy, spacy enough to fit our family and met all of our needs.

We had to wait for 3 hours for someone to come and give us the key, although I have pointed the exact hour of our arrival. My parents traveled more than 4 hours to reach Borovets, the outside temperature was over 34 grads and surely it wasn't the nicest time to spend on waiting. We all were very exhausted. We've been offered with a weekend free stay at another place as a compensation for the waiting, but almost a month later we still don't know when we can take advantage of this compensation. I am not a fan of such fake promises.
