Cama super confortável. Bom pequeno almoço. Lugar tranquilo.

Clean, good value, pleasant service
Dinner booking arrangements very restrictive. Breakfast rather limited

Very professional and welcoming check in/out.
Location just out of town but no problem with no 13 train right outside door. It goes into city right to Central station. Very quiet area.
Very spacious, large and comfortable room and modern bathroom. Ample storage and place for suitcase, spacious fridge, hairdryer and mini safe. Air conditioned perfectly. Breakfast served by students who are friendly and helpful to your requests. I enjoyed a variety of foods and the best croissants ever. It was a most pleasant hotel experience and an absolute pleasure to be served by such lovely staff.
The drinks and snacks machine on first floor needed restocking (no soft drinks).

The employees were so adorable and helpful.

Very good
There was a rug in the room which was a tripping hazard.
3.5
The very helpful and friendly staff,
Comfortable bed
The evening restaurant
Paper cups, lack of bar fridge, no glasses in room, thin towels ,lack of luggage racks and only 5 coat hangars.
The room whilst a good size seemed very run down ,with lots of scuff marks on one particular wall and damage on main door, understand it is a training hotel but good habits and impressions must be taught early with attention to detail very important.

Room was decorated so cute and interesting. Comfortable, huge. Receptionist was friendly.

This is a lovely hotel, very modern. It's actually a working hotel - students but this is not a criticism - they were all super nice!
The bar closed at 8PM - that's a little early!

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location.
Nothing, but it would be better if the variety of the breakfast could be improved

Great hotel!
At first, when we just arrived, we were a bit hesitant seeing all the students around (as some areas - like the entrance area - are common with the school), but the hesitation quickly faded when we were welcomed by the reception team and during the whole stay - everyone was so nice, helpful, welcoming and polite both at the reception and at the restaurant for breakfast, these students know about hospitality more than some employees having years of experience in other hotels.
The room was spacious and very clean, comfy beds, quite - all one need for a good night sleep.
The breakfast offered a moderate selection but we didn't miss anything, having a coffee made by a barista and not from a coffee machine was a great addition!
The location is convenient, not within immediate proximity with any touristic attractions (which made the area very quite), but with a tram getting you there in some 15 minutes.
Good value for money, would definitely recommend it!

The original room was awful!

The staff - young students under supervising by professionals - was very welcoming and polite, allways eager to do their best.
Leaving. I would gladly stayed there much longer.

It was clean enough.
1. The staffs are not professional at all. Tried too hard to have small talks with the customers( asked about our plans and even details about the plan). I felt super awkward.
2. Wifi was not working.
3. At around 6 a.m in the morning, the noise from the ventilation woke me up.
4. The bathroom has no door, so after a shower, the floor would be wet.
