This is in a very good location, overall pretty nice but it was not the cleanest. We couldn't walk anywhere without shoes in the house. The shower was very very dirty and smelled like dog urine. The sheets were visible dirty. The bathroom, while very nice, leaves no room for a couch or other common furniture. Although it was not perfect, the staff especially Valerie were a big help in ensuring our stay was comfortable, and fixed all the issues.

Want to stay in Moab, walkable to all of downtown with enough privacy for quiet time but able to grab a bite, wander and start your day right away. This is the place. Great for a few nights where you don’t plan to cook. We used it to home base for a trip to Arches and a few others sites before moving on to the next leg of our trip. Longer stays consider Juanita’s from the same property owners. Great little place right downtown.

The room was so small my husband I couldn’t get past each other when walking around in it. The kitchen has about a two square foot counter space. There is no way you could cook. The place seemed neglected and sad

The location is great. The actual place is very awkward. Doesn’t really work. You could never cook anything in that kitchenette. The property seem uncared for. Trash and leaves all over the yard. It didn’t feel good to stay here.

Place was clean, but surprised not even coffee, filters etc. could not figure out television. Needed either cable or satellite, not Amazon, fire stick etc. was useless for me. Fortunately, located right in town because stayed in unit only to sleep.

This property was perfect for our visits to Arches and Canyonlands. The space was the perfect size and we appreciated that it was tucked away while being walking distance to main st. We are already planning to stay here next time we are in Moab!

Cute cabin and a great location! We enjoyed our short stay. Vacasa was great communicating everything we needed before our arrival. The parking was full when we got there, as there is a hotel across the side street, and it was full of pickups and trailers, and a restaurant in front. We walked to Main Street (the bungalow is in a great location) and when we came back a our parking spot was available.

We came to Moab on our first stop for our honeymoon and couldn't be happier with this place. Upon walking in we were met with a very clean space which is so nice after traveling. There is a beautiful free standing tub in the giant bathroom, along with a shower. Right outside the back door you find a couple chairs to sit and relax in the mornings with a cup of tea or coffee or in the evenings after a long day exploring the National Parks. Since we came in Oct we were able to sleep with the windows open and heard the small creek babbling along. There is a washer and dryer for use, not in the room itself but in the basement of the entire place. A wonderful stay!

This is a very cute cottage for a single person or a couple. The kitchen is tiny but sufficient. I loved the bathroom. It was just such a unique design, absolutely loved it. Overall the cottage was perfect for my visit to Moab. It is located in the heart of the city and the drive to Arches National Park was only about 15 min.
The hosts were excellent with their communication and instructions with check-in et cetera.
All in all, I would most definitely stay here again on my next visit to Moab.

Great location. Close to restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to Arches National Park. Comfortable bed and great bathroom.

Location was excellent. Space was small, king bed was comfy but took up most of the space. Bathroom was huge. There is not really any cabinet space to prepare anything to eat. Only microwave and coffee pot. Unit is in need of a good cleaning. Light fixtures and ceiling fan was very dirty. We stayed for 5 nights.

The location was great. Very centrally located and easy to find. I was happy they had a coffee maker and microwave. They definitely have an ant problem. Not an insane amount but I saw probably 20 ants during my stay squishing a few. The bathroom is not heated no matter how much you turn the heater up it never gets warm! There were plenty of towels and I felt safe as a single woman. I’d recommend getting ice cube trays for the freezer! Definitely not a value at almost $240 dollars for 2 nights but I was satisfied

We love the setting overlooking the creek, It was a great location, easy access to town, very quiet. The laundry room was a bonus! There were of course mosquitoes next to the creek so make sure to bring bug spray.

This was the perfect property for a quick stop in Moab. Right in town, can walk to shops and restaurants and short drive to Arches National Park. The creek next to the patio is lovely and the bathroom is awesome. The large soaking tub was perfect after a long day of hiking! If you are looking to eat in, this is probably not the best place as this is a studio and cooking options are limited. But if you are not, this is a fantastic alternative to a hotel!

Walking distance to shopping. Great little room for a few nights. Gave a 4 star needed a deep clean maybe new bedding. Additional little table to prepare food? like a rolling butcher block. Location is next to a river so trees create a mess outside. Needs moping especially under the Bed was kind of gross. Dust from spring pollen there are a lot of trees which we liked. Bathroom is spacious and the tub is nice. Biggest point of feedback would be a deep clean of window screens. Cobwebs outside patio. All and all we would stay again:)

Great little place for a couple. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. A couple downfalls was the creek in the back was a let down. And there was little black bugs everywhere. There was no way to get rid of them and kept getting in our bed. Other than that it’s a great space for 2 people

Quirky property
Two room rental with a spacious modern bathroom and a very cramped bedroom/living area. Unreliable WiFi with very low bandwidth when working, which was rarely. No local contact info for addressing issues.

Great time and great stay in Moab, UT!
We stayed at the Creekside Cowa-Bungalow on our recent trip to Moab. The unit itself was clean and cozy. It was conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and within walking distances to the locations for starting our excursions to the nearby national parks. The Cows-Bungalow overlooks the local walking/jogging/biking trail and has an exceptional back patio, perfect for reading. We will definitely be back for another stay.
