Fabulous screened-in gazebo and large deck for eating or just hanging out and overlooking a huge fire pit! With many trees all around, yet with enough open areas, this home offers privacy and space for your family or group. Perfect for an extended family or multiple family groups when getting together to support the Irish or a family reunion this summer. New for football season 2024 - Hulu Live, which includes ESPN and all the sports channels. Since 2019, in addition to the third full bath, there are new appliances, new upholstered furniture and upgraded WiFi! We had a family group of 9 people, all age groups (except infants and toddlers) and we loved staying at this historic property. We used the outdoor entertaining area a lot. Theron was a super host, too. Very responsive and informative.we had a great stay.

Great stay, great communication! We were super busy so we didn't get to spend enough time and enjoy the house as much as we would've liked but we were able to get some good rest and we enjoyed the time we did spend there.
Great Host!!

My group had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming historic property. The owner could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Everything we could have needed was waiting for us, and the entire process from start to finish was a pleasure. I look forward to returning in the future.

This is a wonderful property for two families wanting to vacation together, but need space. Theron was a lovely host and the location is terrific. There are two master suites and two bedrooms. There is enough bathroom space for everyone. It is close to amenities, but the landscaping provides a secluded yard for guests to relax and catch up. Even though it is on a four land highway, it was very quiet, so don't let that deter you. I would recommend this property.

What a fantastic place to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Family Medicine Residency at South Bend Memorial Hospital! From the moment we pulled up to this incredibly beautiful and charming historic home, we knew this was going to be a very special weekend. In addition to the 6 of us who stayed on site, about 12 relatives from nearby states came to visit and I can't imagine a better venue than relaxing under the stately trees of this gorgeous property. If it starts to rain, duck into the gazebo for a bit! which is fitted with lights and a ceiling fan! Our host Theron welcomes his guests with a homemade breakfast casserole, a refrigerator stocked with all the basics, snacks, and all the makings for S'mores - and even a 'congratulations' card for our daughter. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for helping to make this such a special event for our family!

Very cold for the game the the house was nice and warm. Plenty of space and amazing hospitality from the owner. Had a hand-made breakfast casserole waiting for us in the fridge. Highly recommend.

Felt like home. Theron was so gracious and the breakfast casserole was outstanding. We enjoyed making a bonfire and loved how pretty the yard was, especially with the leaves in full color!!!!

This is an immaculate, terrific, well-appointed and roomy house, especially for anyone visiting Notre Dame! We were four couples in town for a football game. We loved the enclosed gazebo area for our after game dinner. Our host was super helpful with helpful tips about where to eat, park for the game, and other activities. Thank you, Theron, for a wonderful stay! Can't wait to return!

We stayed at this house for our son's wedding. It was close to St. Joe's Farm and hotels where other guests were staying. Our host, Theron, provided us with anything we asked, such as buckets that we used to prepare the floral decorations for the reception. The extra space allowed groomsmen to stay with us. We had 4-10 people on various nights and always had plenty of space. He also provided many snacks and food that saved us time as we were running to get tuxes and shuttle people to/from wedding activities. The gazebo allowed extra space for visiting with friends. We would definitely stay here again.

This wonderful historic home was the perfect location to celebrate our daughters graduation. With our family spread out across the midwest, the Northern Indiana location and property accommodations were just right for our gathering.
Kitchen offered what we needed to prepare food and lay out a buffet style meal. The Deck and gazebo offered plenty of space for our party of 20 to enjoy one another's company. A family of deer even joined in just long enough for us to marvel at their beauty before they continued on with their afternoon stroll through the back yard.
Bedrooms and baths were super. Our overnight guests reported to have slept well, and with plenty of bathrooms in the house there was no waiting to take care of one's needs.
Host was amazing. Responsive to our inquiries and generous in making sure we arrived to a well stocked kitchen.
The home was easy to find and is conveniently located near many retail and restaurant accommodations.
We look forward to staying again and repeating our happy experience when our eldest son graduates in two years.

Words cannot describe how wonderfully this property worked for our extended family’s stay for ND grad ‘21. Location was great! Just barely beyond the the hotel spots in Mishawaka we normally stayed during prior visits, getting back and forth to campus was fast and easy. House was plenty big enough for our party of six and easily hosted a larger gathering of friends where we took full advantage of gazebo and fire pit. House is historic but updated so we had all amenities we needed. What truly makes this property special, though, is the host. From the booking to even past our departure we found Theron’s hospitality and communication superior to anything we have encountered when renting properties. We own a vacation rental property and can tell you I feel like I really need to up my game! Thank you Theron for contributing to such a special weekend! We will return!

I’ve used this app multiple times and stayed at other places. This one was by far the best. My group and I loved every minute. I will 100% book again in the future. The owner was awesome and easy to contact. Thanks again for the great stay Theron.

We had a great time on the property, it was close enough to the blueberry farm and beaches for a quick day trip and had enough space and outdoor options to keep 7 kids entertained. Host was very hospitable, left us breakfast and a lot of other extras that went above the norm. Outdoor space included a fire pit which we used as well as a screened in gazebo which we enjoyed late into the evening. Host was also very quick to respond to any questions we had about the house!Looking for a big house with a lot of space, look no further.
