All rooms of the house have stunning views of the ocean.
The house was built 10 years ago on a hillside on the front lines, facing the sea. Nestled in a quiet gated resort, it is located 5mn from the village center and 800 mts from the beautiful beach of Cosson.

Very cute house, great location and the most amazing view. The pool is great. The team caring for the house were very attentive. It was a short and sweet stay for us this time. We will be back !

The open space in this property and view was amazing, being able to sit in the living room area and looking over the pool and seeing the beautiful sunrise and sunsets was my favorite part. Lovely hosts not too far when needed very kind and humble. Accommodated us when ever needed.

The house had great views but driving up the steep hills to get to it was a bit of a scary experience. A few downsides were there isn't a microwave and electricity should be included. There were also cats and dogs coming in at night or when we weren't around to eat our food in the kitchen. The entry way needs some repairs, cars can get damaged coming in and out. It's definitely a relaxing place to stay and I recommend it for its great views.

From the moment I walked in and took a glance at the breath taking view over the pool to my last moring sipping coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean in the master bedroom balcony I was in love with this villa. I had booked last minut and was lucky enough to get in for a few nights. The owner was so responsive and kund and the care taker could not have been more pleasant. Close to shopping ,restaurants and the beach. And just enough away to feel your in a world or your own. Me and my family will definitely be returning.

The stay was a dream. It really is even more incredible in reality. It's like diving into another universe. The pool with spillway and the view over the landscape to the sea at sunset is breathtaking. The rooms and the whole property were very nice. Joseph, our property manager was top notch. Very nice and accommodating. If there was a problem, e.g. the gas was empty, he immediately provided a replacement. Absolutely top, thank you for that. It was an unforgettable experience and we hope that we can repeat it soon.

Imóvel estava sujo e não tinha material de limpeza adequado . Também tinha cheiro ruim e insetos como baratas . Tivemos que acionar o Sr Joseph para enviar pessoa para limpeza que nos atendeu prontamente . Também tivemos falta de gás que o Sr Joseph solucionou , pois não havia botijão de reserva . A internet e limitada . Como estamos a trabalho tivemos que iria uma lan house para poder trabalhar . A dona da casa não permite lavar o chão com cloro , que vai contra os protocolos do covid . A única coisa positiva e a vista . Se você se satisfaz somente com vista , estará bem aí . Nunca mais voltaremos . E uma armadilha .

Super séjour, la maison est exactement comme sur les photos avec en plus une vue merveilleuse sur une étendue de palmiers et à l'horizon une eau bleue turquoise. Cet endroit est un havre de paix loin du tumulte des villes de la république dominicaine. Joseph est dispo h24 pour régler les petits soucis inhérents au pays. Logement à recommander sans hésitation. Superbe région.

Belle maison, bien entretenue, dans un quartier calme, avec une super piscine. Las Terrenas est un village le fun a visiter, plein de restos, super plages (malgré les détritus ici et là...). Je vais sûrement y retourner :)

La maison, située sur une colline surplombe la végétation et au loin l’océan. Vue magnifique , avec piscine à débordement. Nous n’avons pas été déçus !! La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée. Très agréable. Nous avons été accueillis par Michel et Joseph , charmants, qui ont toujours été très réactifs à nos demandes. Nous avions loué une voiture SUV qui nous a permis d’accéder à la maison par la petite route qui a une pente très forte !! ,mais Insister peut être plus sur le fait qu’il faut un 4x4 pour être sûr d’accéder sans problème. Quand la route est mouillée, le sol est très glissant , les roues patinent et la voiture dérape !! Un séjour très agréable. A recommander !!

Belle villa avec une vue magnifique. Située sur une loma il est dommage de ne pas préciser dans l’annonce qu un 4x4 est nécessaire pour accéder à la villa. Les pluies tropicales rendent la chaussée très s glissante et une voiture ordinaire ne monte pas. Manque de transat autour de la piscine : seulement 2 pour une villa donnée pour 6 personnes. Linge de toilette très usé et vieillissant, problème d’ eau chaude. Sinon la villa est très bien située , au calme loin du bruit des mobylettes et près de la magnifique plage de coson Bon séjour

Merci infiniment, ce fut un moment parfait, la villa est parfaitement identique aux photos, confortable et Joseph et Michel sont adorables serviables, vraiment je recommande à toutes personnes qui hésites à ne pas passer à coté de cette belle opportunité, un scooter est nécessaire pour se rendre à la plage et au village, la vue est imprenable, sur la mer, le VERT et les oiseaux qui chantent, comment vous dire que nous avons envie de vite revenir dans votre villa. Le calme est présent et presque aucun vis à vis, l'équipement d'un barbecue rend aussi les repas au top, tout y est pour être loin du bruit et proche de la fête, des resto bref, moi qui suis habituée à réserver des villas ou appart pour le coup c'est un vrai coup de coeur Merci Joel, pour le taxi et toutes les questions que je vous ai posé, vous avez été au top et vous avez rendu nos vacances magiques :) bien à vous et pour les lecteurs j'ai juste envie de vous dire que c'est une belle occasion de ne pas se soucier de quoi que ce soit, tout est exactement comme sur les descriptions

Maison située sur une hauteur à seulement 900 mètres d'une des plus belles plages de Las Terrenas. Entourée de 6 autres villas, il n'y a aucun vis à vis et l'endroit est très calme tout en étant proche du centre agité et festif de Las Terrenas. La maison est propre et toutes les pièces sont dirigées vers la piscine et la mer. Elle est bien ventilée et nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Derrière la maison, il y a une terrasse couverte très reposante pour les jours de grosse chaleur. La piscine à débordement est de belle taille et a une très belle vue sur l'océan et la campagne. Les chambres et les lits sont de grandes taille. Nous avons été reçus par le voisin très sympathique. Joseph le jardinier et picciniste très discret passe le matin pour donner un petit nettoyage à la piscine toujours impeccable. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous vous conseillons cette villa sans hésitation. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable, nous y reviendrons.

La villa correspond aux photos, elle est très bien placée (proche des commerces de Las Terrenas et des très jolies plages du nord.) La vue imprenable sur la forêt tropicale et la mer donne lieu à une montée très ripide pour accéder à la maison (par temps de pluie il est mieux si possible d'avoir une voiture avec 4 roues motrices.) Nous sommes très satisfaites de notre séjour à la villa, elle est propre, pratique et bien agencée. Par ailleurs le voisin qui gère la location de la villa sur place est très gentil et disponible. Nous conseillons cette location. Monsieur Salles, le prioritaire est tres disponible et méticuleux dans la mise en location de sa villa.
