We had a really good time in that apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern and very well equipped. There was plenty of written information given on the equipment, on the city and the surroundings. The welcome was very friendly and uncomplicated. We also appreciated the parking facilities. When we had a little problem on the balcony, somebody immediately arrived and solved the problem. Communication was always quick and friendly. We highly recommend this beautiful and calm apartment. Thanks a lot for everything !

We enjoyed our stay very much except for the fact that the host only provided 1 small fan in the 2BR apartment. We knew that the apartment did not have air conditioning, but we did anticipate either ceiling fans, floor fans or table fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Our world including Annecy is getting much hotter. Therefore, if owners want to rent their apartments without AC, they should provide fans for guest comfort. It’s a minimal investment that means a lot to their paying guests. Lesson learned. I will not rent an apartment again without AC unless I can confirm there will be enough fans to provide some cooling on hot days and nights. Once again though, we enjoyed everything else regarding our 6 night stay.

La location est propre avec tous les équipements et même tout le nécessaire de nettoyage.
La location est très bien situé,au calme de la ville et en même temps juste à côté du centre et de la gare.
Annecy est juste magnifique.
On reviendra surment.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est propre et comprend tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Accueil très sympathique par la conciergerie

Située un peu à l'écart du centre ville mais très tranquille, bien équipée, parking privé et sécurisé. Rien ne manque et Chantal est admirable pour l'accueil

Excellent séjour
L’appartement est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds où à vélo du centre ville. Le quartier est calme, l’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, propre et bien équipé. Le parking en sous-sol est un plus indéniable et le balcon terrasse avec vue sur les arbres et le ruisseau est un plaisir. La remise des clés c’est très bien passée.
Je recommande sans hésiter cette location.

Calme, spacieux, bien équipé
Tout est dans le titre. Voiture dans le parking (place indispensable !), il est possible de se rendre en ville à pied ou à vélo. En longeant le Thiou que l'on voit depuis le balcon de l'appartement. La vue est très agréable. L'ensoleillement aussi. A 150m arrêt de car pour monter à la station de ski du Semnoz (navette été et hiver).
L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre : suffisamment de vaisselle, électroménager, produits ménagers à disposition, la literie est excellente, couette OK, oreillers OK. Chaque pièce est spacieuse (chambres, sdb, séjour). Une porte sépare l'espace nuit : parfait pour les enfants en bas âge.
Et enfin on n'entend n'y les voisins ni les voitures, juste les petits oiseaux le matin :-)

Nous recherchions le calme et la tranquillité....Nous avons trouvé !!! Aucun bruit. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la voiture n'a pas quitté le garage...Parfait de pouvoir flâner à pieds jusqu'au lac et à la vieille ville.
Appartement très confortable et lumineux (équipement, chauffage, literie). Nous reviendrons certainement.

A proximité de la ville a pieds, pas besoin de prendre sa voiture et perdre du temps a trouver une place pour se garer.
le parking sous terrain est top aucun soucis pour laisser sa voiture.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location vaste et bien équipée. Rien ne manquait et tout était en bon état. L'endroit est calme, bien situé, parfait pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants. Des aires de jeux au pied de la résidence en font un plus. Nous recommandons vivement !

Excellente situation
Appartement très bien situé et sécurisé. Confortable et bien agencé il a répondu à toutes nos exigences avec en prime un parking sous terrain très appréciable. Sa situation géographique proche de tout est un bel atout également. S'il nous arrivait de vouloir revenir dans la région nous le reprendrions.

L'appartement est bien situé : proche de l'autoroute sans l'entendre, proche du vieux Annecy sans trop. Tout est possible a pied même avec des enfants (mon fils a 2 2/1 ans).
Le cadre fasse au Thiou est très agréable et appréciable 😊

Appartement très propre et tout est bien pensé, on perçoit l’effort fait par les propriétaires pour que tout soit fonctionnel et à disposition pour les locataires. Proche du lac, du vieil Annecy, plein de choses peuvent se faire à pied. Bel appartement et intéressant d’avoir un stationnement en sous sol car il semble compliqué de se garer dans les rues.
La personne de la conciergerie pour l’accueil est agréable et de bon conseil, dommage qu’il soit débordé, en retard à l’arrivée et absent le jour du départ, tout c’est très quand même très bien passé! A recommander, très bien.

Comme à la maison
Cette location est très bien situé dans Annecy dans un quartier et une résidence calme au bord du Thiou qui mène tout droit à la vieille ville en seulement 10 minutes. Une boulangerie ouverte dès 6h00 du matin a à peine 2 minutes à pied. Le lac est également tout proche, à 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est totalement équipé, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

appartement très bien situé tout peut se faire à pied. L’accueil est très bien organisé, nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaise surprise, tout était parfait.
On ne se lasse pas des balades autour du lac et de la vieille ville. Nous avons apprécié le marché du vendredi qui est dédié aux produits de la région .

Enjoyable stay
A well set up apartment with everything you need. Close to the old town with a pleasant walk along the river. Peaceful at night time. A nice collection of books and toys to keep the kids happy, and plenty of tourist information as well. Good communication by the owners. We hope to return one day!

Very nice, modern aparment. All conveniances were availble. 15 minutes walk to the old town along a charming river.
Excellent with parking garage where the car was cool on hot days.
Missed that all information in the apartment was only avalable in french.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

Très bel appartement , très lumineux bien situé au bord de la rivière THIOU nous avons passé une agréable semaine ensoleillée belle balade autour du lac qui se situe à 20 mn à pied en longeant la rivière

Günstig gelegene und gut ausgestattete Wohnung für Erkundungen in Annecy und Umgebung
Die Wohnung ist etwas mehr als einen Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt, zu erreichen auf schönem Fußweg. Der Balkon ist großzügig, auch mit Möbeln ausgestattet, man blickt ins Grüne. Kein Autolärm! Die Betten sind gut, es gibt genügend Schrankraum. Das Bad bietet normalen Komfort und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist gut bestückt fürs Kochen, allerdings befindet sich das Essgeschirr im Wohnzimmer. Ein Bäcker ist in 100m Entfernung. Sehr angenehm ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, auch für unsere Fahrräder gab es dort eine Abstellmöglichkeit.
