We loved our stay here in Estes Park! We would recommend this location to anyone who wants to spend time here and use as a house for Rocky Mountain National Park hiking.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Easy walk downtown, WiFi was solid, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Communication with host was as expected.

Property was as advertised and in a good location since we were visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The upstairs was VERY hot and musty when we checked in and we had to look around for fans to help. The info book didn’t have much about the actual property in it. Overall the property seemed just a little run down but served its purpose and we had no major issues.

This place was the perfect stay in Estes Park. I traveled with my mom and 2 adult sisters, there were more than enough comfy places to sleep, we had everything we needed for an easy stay, and there was plenty of room. Host was great, made sure we had all the information needed for our stay and check-in/check-out was a breeze! The location was perfect, only a couple minute walk to downtown shops and a short drive to RMNP. Although we did not get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, it had a beautiful view and we liked knowing we had the option to use it if we wanted. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely look here first if I travel back to Estes Park!

My 3 friends and I came up for a few days. We loved the location of the cottage being so close to main street, but yet away from the noise and crowds. It was cute and quaint! My only small complaint was it wasn't as clean as it could be (dead bugs and dust in the window sills, the shower liner was sooo dirty and ripped, and there were black marks on the back of the bathroom door). They left a bottle of red wine which was so thoughtful! We happen to drink white, so left it for the next people.

This cabin was close to town but had wildlife every minute. Best location!
We saw elk and their babies constantly. From afar of course (they are still wild animals) but beautiful nonethe less.
4.7
The property was everything we expected and more. Had elk walk through the property which was very excited for the boys in our group
4.7
Location is easy walking access into downtown. Quiet area to sleep. Had a cow elk and calf browsing in the backyard while we sat and watched from the hot tub.
4.7
We were only there for one night, and it was a fabulous place to be. You can’t beat the location
4.7
The house was nice and in a good location.
But if you are hoping to use the hot tub, I would avoid it. The hot tub was dirty. We went in the first night, and it caused skin issues for several people in our group.

My family and I spent a wonderful week in Estes Park during Christmas! This cabin was cozy, but it worked out fine for 6 people. The furnace did struggle a bit to keep up, but it was very cold while we were there though. The kitchen was easy to cook in and seating for 6 around the table was nice. The number 1 thing I searched for when booking this trip was the location to town. This cabin is in a prime location! It was so easy for us to walk to town and we loved that. Thanks for much for a great stay!

One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because of the hot tub. So it was disappointing when it never got hot enough to use. Other than that the place was great.
4.7
This was a great spot for a long weekend retreat to combine work and play with a colleague. A cozy cabin close to all the town activities was just what we wanted. It was a very cold weekend and the furnace struggled to keep up, but the property manager was responsive and we were prepared with cozy socks, sweaters, and tea, so it worked out fine!

The kids had fun in the hot tub. The boys and I walked down to Penelope's to get burgers (awesome). Nice quiet and cooled off after a while.
On another note, the cleaning fee was fairly high, we were asked to strip the beds, and to pile on that asked for a tip for cleaning! Come on......
4.7
A wonderful location and a great combo of a cozy cabin with a large master bedroom.
4.7
We Loved our stay! Your home is so cozy & had great views! It had everything that we needed & was in a great location. We hope to be able to visit your home when we return again with friends!

Cosy, clean, extremely well located cabin with a hot tub to view the stars from (in a messy garden).
4.7
Fabulous location and perfect for our family of 4. Loved being able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Felt great to soak in the hot tub after long hikes. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the home!
4.7
Great place, had everything we needed and more. Perfect location to walk to town. Great trip!!
4.7
Beautiful wood ceiling in dining, kitchen area. Rooms are small, but nicely appointed. Actually one bedroom is large. Nice neighborhood.

I just wanted to thank the hosts of this adorable property! It was everything we could imagine and more! Great location near downtown estes. The hot tub was lovely and clean. It was perfect for our group!

I had no idea where this was actually located when I booked it, I just thought it would be a good choice for oir family to vacation together. It is just a short walk to the main street with all the shops. You can actually see the street from the house, so no reason to have to look for parking!
The view from the backyard was nice too. You can sit at the table, or even the hottub and see the the snow on the peak of the mountain.
The rooms were nice. I just wish more windows opened to get a good air flow, but that isnt anything to really complain about.
If there is going to be more than 4 adults bring an air mattress, the beds upstairs are definitely for children. That is just a tip not a complaint, the pictures show 2 single beds.
We had great communication with the host too.
Overall, it is all about location and you just cant beat it!! Oh, and the hot tub was an extra perk that was nice!!
4.7
We enjoyed our stay here! Located close to the shops downtown. When we arrived there was no, uh, TP, but a call to the manager solved that and it arrived within 20 minutes. Hot tub has a decent view of the mountains. They allowed us to stop in early before official check-in and drop some groceries off in the fridge.
4.7
The cabin was just wonderful! The kids loved the room upstairs and the adults enjoyed the rest of the cabin! The hot tub was a very nice place to relax under the stars and the walk to downtown was so easy! Would stay again!
4.7
Perfect setting and proximity to downtown Estes and RMNP. Property owner/ manager is very responsive and we appreciated everything about our stay.
4.7
This house was adorable, and the location could not be beat! We loved the hot tub, and even had a visit from a herd of deer one afternoon. The beds were comfortable, and the house was equipped with anything we could possibly have needed. We had one minor issue that the host responded to and resolved immediately. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Estes Park!
4.7
Beautiful property and close to downtown without the downtown feel
4.7
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cabin is adorable and just as described, with a location that can not be beat. The hot tub was fantastic and sparkling clean. We couldn’t seem to figure out how to work the heater inside the cabin, and the cleaning job left a bit to be desired. However, for the price and location we would absolutely return!

We went on this getaway bc of a tragic loss in our family. The place was great! The only thing we could have asked for was floor-length mirrors, better cable tv, and a tv in the middle room. We couldn't ever get our Netflix account to work and everyone likes to watch TV to go to sleep. We loved our time there.
Thanks for having us!

We had a lovely time celebrating Thanksgiving and walking to see the famous light parade the day following! A nice little get-away.
4.7
Close to town and had everything we needed. Looked forward to using the hot tub more but it was dirty and murky. May consider bringing your own pillows. Never did receive keys but was able to use keypad.
4.7
The location is great, nice hot tub with beautiful view. The cabin is updated and decorated very cute. The owner responded immediately with a question I had about the rental. Only reason not 5 star is the yard area by the hot tub could use more patio bricks instead of stones and grass. Otherwise, great rental.
4.7
This cabin was in a great location for what I was looking for. I could walk to everything I needed to go to. Downtown, the festival, the store, and anywhere I wanted to hike. It was clean and we really enjoyed are stay. Thanks you!

The home is very quaint and located perfectly to walk and experience downtown Estes Park!
4.7
Great location and proximity to downtown. Very walkable. Great access to RMNP via either Eastern entrance gates.
Elk strolled through several time in our 5 night stay.
Home needs some basic refreshing, TLC, attention, and maint. Light bulbs, door handles, kitchen items (more forks, please).
Had a small issue with kitchen sink drain. Didn't get addressed by owner and it became a bigger issue that I had to solve.
Living area is small for a family of 5. Outside patio space was nice. We ate outside 1 night.
No AC, which is not unusual. Was warm during our mid-July stay.
Overall 3 star. Very basic attention would make it a 4 or 4+.

Great spot!
It was such an easy walk downtown, and a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to sit out in the hot tub and look at the stars. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Hot tub amazing. Saw elk and deer. Lots of chipmunks and bunnies. Perfect place for our small group.
