Everything was fine
The front desk guy, treated us like stupid because we came for the check in at 3 am and he told us that he was coito give our room to someone else because the time!! 🤣 like our dad, you know?
I fly around world and I know how Booking.com works. The room is mine and they gets the money even if I’m not appeared until the next day. Is unrespectful treat clients like that but because we’re canarians and women… 🤦🏼♀️ very bad!!!
All clients has to be treat at the same way, all money that gets the hotel has the same value, please control that kind of clowns, is 2024!!!!!

Llegamos tarde y no tenían parking.

No pude dormir.

Alles in Ordnung

The staff during the breakfast service and the cleaning staff were extremely hard working and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and clean.
The roof terrace offers good views.
The hotel rooms that don’t face the front or back are very dark. The hotel is still advertised as being new, but some of the communal areas are beginning to look a bit shabby. This is not helped by the fact that furniture and walls are dark.

Don’t have swimming pool
The restaurant space is not big and the food options are not too much

The modern and sleek-looking hotel is located just outside of the hustle and bustle of Las Palmas main city centre, but is only a very short distance away. Breakfast is decent, with what I would call a 'lean' selection that covers all of the bases you would expect of a cooked buffet alongside the usual cereal, yoghurt, pastry etc. The rooms are a bit aesthetically 'cold' due to their mostly black design choice, but are pretty comfortable with a nice big shower and extra digital room controls to play with. Staff were very kind and professional. We went for my girlfriend's birthday and I purchased a couple of extras for the room on arrival, this was really nicely laid out and the roses were beautiful.
Our shower was blocked initially and did start spilling over into the rest of the bathroom, but this was quickly fixed within 2 days. I would suggest a better blind for the window facing to the inner atrium area. As the lift is all glass and the blinds are almost see-through, I would imagine people could see you leaving the shower nude... Oops.

There wasn’t much to like apart from the friendly staff
The dark corridors . The dark clunky furniture . The lighting controls that were as dark as the wall and difficult to find in the dark. The awkward layout of the rooms (I saw four different ones, all equally as awkward). The road noise. The fact it was advertised as disability friendly yet there were stairs to the restaurant that had no lift access and it was impossible for a wheelchair user to open the sensor door without help.

good location near beach and shops. nice views. staff were friendly.
room was very small. got a twin bed when we asked for a double bed and wasn’t a lot of room to move about inside. furnishings were worn and damaged and floors were quite dirty with dirt and hair. felt quite tired and balcony was very small. rooftop doesn’t open until 6pm and small pool was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned when we went to use it.

Great room/decor and excellent shower.
Locating the hotel was difficult (even using google maps) and the hotel not having own parking spaces.
Having to park in very tight multi-storey car park. 12 euros per 24 hours.

Clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff, extra services with baggage deposit
I desired a room with balcony and did not get a feedback, upgrade was not possible after I've seen the room, which directed towards the elevator. So no sea sight and not even sight outside, only the elevator. I'd recommend this hotel or at least our room more for business trips. WI-FI limited to 2 devices (mobile phone of me and my gf, so no Netflix possible on our notebook possible due to the limited choose of TV channels. We ordered 1 queen bed and did get 2 small beds which where put together (on wheels), so the beds are going to move themselves out of each one if you do not sleep silent like in a tomb

the bed was super comfy and the shower was huge.
the hotel is super dark. the lighting is probably the worst part of the hotel and they also don’t have parking, we ended up paying for parking at a parking lot near by.

We had a wonderful stay at Silken Saaj Las Palmas. Great location and beautiful hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is modern with digital touchscreen to manage heat/air. We had a great view from our balcony. Bathroom was spacious. Bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel staff where nice and polite. The room was lovely, with blackout curtains and the bed was very comfortable, one of the best nights sleep I've had.
There was no water at the hotel.
After 12 hours of travelling on arrival at the hotel I wanted a shower, to clean my teeth, use the tea making facilties and relax. I wasn't able to do this, i wasnt even able to flush the toilet, not a relaxing start to a holiday. It was 24 hours before the water came back on. The hotel did not provide any bottles of water which would of the been the basic expectatio - to allow guests to at least make drinks in their room.
