About this apartment rental

This two-room apartment of 41 m2, comfortable and air conditioned, in a recent luxury residence (2010), has a furnished terrace of 11 m2. It is offered for rental for a maximum of 4 people, children under the age of five not being counted. Sheets are provided.
It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. A private box is available in the basement for vehicles. The air conditioning is reversible (heating), the steering wheels are remote controlled. Wifi available.
Long term rentals are possible.

The terrace overlooks a patio, with collective garden and offers a glimpse of the sea on its right.
In summer, a night market is held every evening on the port.
Departures by boat to the creeks and the green island are organized from the Easter holidays, they are 5 and 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The city organizes numerous events for its inhabitants and summer visitors.
The Provencal markets are held every Tuesday and Sunday morning 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

The perfect apartment in La Ciotat

We had a wonderful stay in La Ciotat. The apartment was perfect in every way. It was very central and well equipped. We used the kitchen and had lunch in the terrasse which was fresh even during hot days. Sylvie was extremely kind and even gave us lifts to the train station. Thanks again Sylvie 🙏🏻. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.

Bel appartement bien entretenu dans une copropriété qui l'est tout autant. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour des vacances réussies ainsi qu'un box privé pour la voiture. Superficie satisfaisante, balcon spacieux et situation géographique parfaite. Enfin, Sylvie, la propriétaire assure un excellent accueil donc à recommander sans hésiter.

Un logement de vacances qui correspond totalement à l'annonce qui en vante ses mérites. Ce n'est pas si courant. Nous avons passé 10 jours à la Ciotat dans cet appartement situé près du port et à deux pas des calanques et du parc naturel du Mugel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le confort de l'appartement y a contribué. Nous sommes un couple et le logement est très spacieux pour deux personnes. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir un garage alors qu'il est quasi impossible de se garer dans le quartier. Les places de parking sont rares et toutes payantes. D'autre part, la climatisation nous a permis de dormir sans souci à une période de l'année où il fait très chaud dans le Sud de la France. L'immeuble, de standing, s'est révélé très silencieux bien que situé près des bars et des restaurants du port. Nous avons beaucoup investi la terrasse dès le petit-déjeuner. Enfin l'appartement est très bien équipé et rien ne manque. La propriétaire est agréable, réactive et disponible. Yvonne A.

L'appartement est agréable, bien équipé, confortable et très calme, avec la grande terrasse qui donne sur le jardin intérieur. Le port , le centre et la gare routière sont tout près et la propriétaire, très accueillante, est venue nous chercher à la gare. A deux, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Die Wohnung ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die man brauchen könnte. Die Wohnanlage eignet sich für Menschen mit großem Sicherheitsbedarf: überall Codes, um durch Tore und Türen zu gelangen. Es gibt einen Aufzug, eine Tiefgarage und abgeschlossene Mülleimer. Trotzdem klingelten zwei Bettler erst an der videoüberwachten Haustür, als wir nicht öffneten dennoch kurz darauf an der Wohnungstür. Für Ferienwohnungen in Frankreich typisch ist keinerlei Grundausstattung für den ersten Tag vorhanden, sodass sie sich für Kurzzeitgäste mit Handgepäck wie uns nicht gut eignet. Man müsste alles neu besorgen oder Mitbringen (Geschirrhandtücher, Kaffee, Öl, Gewürze etc.). Handtücher kosten extra. Die Wohnung ist modern und schwankt zwischen steril, praktisch und mit Nippes dekoriert. Auf dem großen Doppelbett kann man gut schlafen. Der Balkon (weitgehend im Schatten) weist zum Innenhof der Wohnanlage. Von dem französischen Flair des Hafens mit seiner Gründerzeitbebauung ist hier wenig zu spüren, uns trieb es deshalb schnell wieder raus und in das lebendige Hafenviertel. Kommunikation: Die Eigentümerin teilte uns mit, dass sie uns erst ab 17:30 in die Wohnung lassen könnte, da sie den Schlüssel vergaß (kann jedem passieren), wurde es nach 20:00. Wir warteten an einem Eingang zum Hafen, es gab aber mehrere, es wurde nicht klar kommuniziert, wo wir warten sollten. Wir erhielten eine fast 90 minütige Einweisung in Anlage, Wohnung und Geräte. Das zeigt auch, dass viel Ausstattung und Absicherung auch viel "Bedenken" bedarf. Viel Spiegel und Marmor im glitzernden Treppenhaus ersetzten uns nicht den Charme einer persönlicheren Unterkunft, aber das ist ganz sicher Geschmackssache. Uns war es einfach etwas zu sehr anonymer Hochsicherheitstrack.

Appartement au top, très bien aménagé avec tout le confort, une belle terrasse, au calme,et avec un garage qui est la cerise sur le gâteau! À deux pas du port et des restaurants, et à 10min à pied du parc du Mugel et du départ de la rando pour le sémaphore. Bref, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Je l'ai conseillé à plein de monde.!! Et en plus la propriétaire est très sympa. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passez, moi et ma compagne, d'excellente vacance dans ce trés belle appartement au calme, hyper complet et trés bien placé. Le balcon est trés sympatrique et trés beau avec le petit salon de jardin. Le garage est vraiment un plus non négligeable. Bref un appartement à louer sens hésitation... J'avais une petite crainte au début pour l'emplacement mais elle fut trés vite oublié. Il suffit de passer une petite ruelle de 20m maxi et vous vous trouvez au port où vous trouverez pleins de restos, de cafés ou de marchands de glaces. La place piétonne pour les boutiques n'est pas loin non plus ainsi que les trés belles calanques. On avait peur que les plages soient loin et qu'il faille prendre le bus et bien pas du tout, nous y somme allé à pied tout le temps car la ville à tres bien aménagé son littorale qui est trés beau. Petit mot de la fin pour remercier Mme Rouvet pour tout et qui est vraiment trés gentil.

Travelled as a couple and booked this apartment for a long-weekend getaway; couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome from Sylvie, or better accommodation. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, spacious, and clean. Situated in a quite block a stone's throw away from the old port, you are guaranteed privacy and relaxation, whilst being close to the centre of town. Highly recommend taking the ferry to the Île Verte, and the Calanque de Figurolles (which is further then Mugel, but worth the slightly longer walk - approx 15 mins).

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 3 jours. Nous avons été enchantés de cette location et nous la recommandons à tout le monde! L'appartement est trés bien équipé,trés confortable,très lumineux dans une résidence calme à 2 pas du port ! Les calanques sont à 5 min à pied ! Que dire de plus, Le TOP pour découvrir une région magnifique ! Et cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire est très sympathique ! A bientôt pour un séjour un peu plus long !

nous avons loué cet appartement début mai, cet appartement correspond au descriptif, il est très propre; bien équipé et très bien placé pour visiter cette belle région qu'est la provence, 2 belles calanques à proximité de l'appart, le port sur place, de bons petits restos...La propriétaire est très sympathique. nous recommandons cet appartement à tout le monde, c'est rare de trouver une location qui correspond à 100 au descriptif. Ce qui m'a un peu manqué c'est un lave linge, mais on peut s'en passer....pour quelques jours. SEJOUR A RECOMMANDER

Un trop court séjour surement pour en trouver de subtil défauts ou points d’amélioration… de la localisation, à la terrasse sans parler de l’accueil de la propriétaire vous serez surement séduit par cette location. Que recherche un vacancier quand il rentre (à fortiori sur un court séjour) dans sa location, se sentir comme chez soit… et bien voilà le sentiment que nous avons partagés sur ces 3 jours. Propre, pratique, bien équipé, lumineux, idéal pour tout public car desservi par un ascenseur et loué avec un immense garage.
