großzügige Wohnung mit super Ausstattung
Die Wohnung kam uns aufgrund des cleveren Grundrisses "gefühlt" wirklich größer vor, als es die reine Quadratmeterangabe vermuten ließ. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl darin. Auch die große Terrasse darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben, welche am Nachmittag mit der elektrisch bedienbaren Markise beschattet werden kann.
Beeindruckt hat uns vor allem die reichhaltige Ausstattung der Wohnung. Es ist wirklich alles da, sogar für Kleinkinder.
Genial ist natürlich auch, dass man von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß zum Strand gehen kann (wenn man gemütlich geht, vielleicht 10 Gehminuten). Und der Strand dort ist wirklich super. Sauber, sehr sehr flach abfallend, (das dürfte vor allem für kleinere Kinder von Vorteil sein). Als wir da waren (Juni) war das Wasser sowas von klar und sauber, das habe ich bisher allenfalls in kühlen Gewässern der Ostsee so erleben dürfen).
Also wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Top ausgestattete, schöne grosse Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, sauber und super ausgestattet in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Ferienanlage. Es wird in der Umgebung viel gebaut, wodurch es etwas Baulärm gab, der sich aber zum Glück in Grenzen hielt. Der nahegelegene Strand ist wunderschön, lang, breit und das Wasser ist lang flach, ideal für kleine Kinder. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen.

Agréable séjour en février
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Fabien. On s'y est sentis comme à la maison. Le logement est très bien équipé. Une très bonne literie. La climatisation réversible très efficace. Le calme avec la plage de pinarello accessible à pied en moins de 10mn . Une plage toujours aussi magnifique.

La localisation de l'appartement est vraiment exceptionnelle, à peine 10 minutes à pieds de la sublime plage de Pinarello, 15 minutes de Porto Vecchio (en voiture bien sûr 😉) et proche de très beaux sentiers de randonnée.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La terrasse est sans vis à vis et très bien exposée, on peut bronzer tranquillement !
Résidence très calme, propice au repos avec en bonus une piscine chauffée !
L'accueil qui nous a été réservé fut très chaleureux, et l'organisation de l'arrivée et du départ a été très arrangeante !
En un mot, si vous voulez passer des vacances de rêve en Corse, c'est l'endroit idéal ! 😍

Superbe location
superbe appartement, très bien amménagé, tout le confort y est.Superbe térrasse ou nous avons déjeuné tous les matin, très bien exposée. Juste un petit défaut manque la pancarte pour signaler la direction de la résidense lors de notre arrivé. difficile à trouver. très belle région avec de superbes plages. a voir et revoir. Pinarellu est un coin magnifique et je recommande le restaurant chez Fred ou nous sommes très bien acceuilli et ou on mange très très bien. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT CETTE LOCATION.

Vavances au domaine de Pinarellu
Nous comprenons le but de la deuxieme chambre avec des lits superposes pour accueillir des enfants mais le lit de cette deuxieme chambre pour un couple de retraites qui recherche un certain confort est un peu petit. Donc nous avons utilise aussi le lit superpose pour la deuxieme personne. "Pas facile a 80 ans" si nous ne voulons pas utiliser le canape convertible du Salon.
Par aiileurs pas de viennoiseries livrees par Stephane ni petits plats cuisines car ce n est plus la saison en Septembre.
En dehors de cela cette maison est tres fonctionnelle et elle merite 5 etoiles

Einfach wunderbar
Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist alles vorhanden, um einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu verleben. Extra Highlight ist der gut gefüllte Weinkühlschrank. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartement est parfait. Nous étions 3 amies et mon petit garçon de 2 ans. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Les lits sont confortables, la literie de bonne qualité. La cuisine comporte tout ce qu'il faut ! Tout était très propre et les personnes qui nous ont accueillies étaient au petit soin et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet appartement vivement.

Vielen Dank, Madam Desrousseaux und Danke Marilys, für diesen tollen Urlaub! Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse aufs Meer ist herrlich, in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und der Pool ist fantastisch. Ganz tolle Anlage! Und bei Fragen hilft Marilys - danke für eine tolle Urlaubswoche! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Une excellente adresse
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans l'appartement de Fabien. Le logement est idéalement situé pour profiter de tous les points d'intérêt de la région. Les plages de Saint Cyprien et Santa Giulia nous ont particulièrement charmés, les baignades dans les piscines du Cavu étaient très agréables et nous avons aussi profité de randonnée (Piscia de Gallo) et de la jolie vue des aiguilles de Bavella.
L'appartement est très bien équipé, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, voyageant avec un bébé : poussette, jeux de plage, baignoire, vaisselle bébé, lit parapluie avec matelas confortable, petite chaise de jardin sur la terrasse, on était comme à la maison sans avoir eu besoin de se surcharger. Beaucoup de soin semble avoir été apporté au choix du mobilier et des équipements, l'appartement était vraiment agréable à vivre. Un grand merci à Fabien pour cet excellent séjour, et c'est sûr, à une prochaine fois!

Wir waren fuer 10 Naechte in Piranellu und es war wirklich super. Die Anlage und die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden sogar ein Weinkuehlschrank. Trotz Sprachproblemen sind wir sehr nett empfangen worden und die Abwicklung war super problemlos. Wir werden das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub !!

Tolle Wohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung!
Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der Nähe vom Strand von Pinarello (ca. 3 Fahrminuten).
Der Pool ist ebenfalls ideal, lediglich der Sonnenschutz fehlt dort etwas...
Die Wohnung eignet sich auch super für Familien mit kleinen Kinder.
In der näheren Umgebung (bis ca. 30 Fahrminuten) gibt es weitere Traumstrände - einfach eine wunderschöne Region.
Aufenthalt war perfekt und die Organisation (auch vor Ort) völlig unkompliziert!

A great property in a wonderful location
We were both really pleased with the apartment it fitted the owners description accurately and we found driving directions from the airport really good.
The area has lovely sandy beaches backed by shady pine trees and we particularly enjoyed having a choice of good restaurants in Pinarello within walking distance / short drive away
We visited in September, enjoyed the communal pool, Pinarello beach and swimming in the warm clear sea.
We also visited Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio (amazing place) and took a day to drive over Col de Bavella (also amazing)
We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the apartment for anyone looking for beautiful beaches, good restaurants and within driving distance of Bonifacio and
beautiful mountain scenery.

Une journée au paradis
Le jour se lève, on ouvre les yeux dans ce logement aux prestations haut de gamme.
Quelques pas dans la résidence silencieuse pour plonger dans la piscine bordée de végétation.
On remonte à l’appartement, le pain est livré pour le petit-déjeuner.
Direction la plage, par un agréable sentier pédestre, pour une petite virée en kayak jusqu’à la tour génoise.
On déguste la pêche du jour dans ce superbe restaurant offrant vue imprenable sur la baie de Pinarellu.
Petite balade digestive, les pieds dans l’eau cristalline, jusqu’à l’une des nombreuses plages pour une sieste bien méritée.
Le soleil brille, la peau dore, l’esprit se repose.
On rentre profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée et d’un bon verre de vin blanc.
La nuit tombe, le feu crépite, les grillades sentent bon.
Confortablement installés sur les chaises longues, autour d’une liqueur de myrte et la tête dans les étoiles, on se remémore cette superbe journée et on pense déjà à la suivante.

Sehr schöne und geschackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, fußläufig vom Strand und einigen netten Restaurants entfernt. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Es fehlt in der Wohnung wirklich an nichts. Alles ist super in Schuss. Die Organisation hat bestens geklappt, vor Ort kümmert sich die sehr freundliche Mme Orsini bei Bedarf. Rundum weiterzuempfehlen! Merci beaucoup à M. Desrousseaux!!!

Des vacances de Toussaint magiques
L'appartement est extrêmement bien aménagé et remarquablement situé.
L'accès à la plage se fait en à peine 10 minutes à pied, par un agréable sentier pédestre.
Beaucoup d'activités à proximité, sans nécessairement faire beaucoup de route, dont j'ai pu bénéficier même fin octobre : parcours aventure, kanoé kayak, randonnée aux aiguilles de Bavella, ballades dans porto vecchio...sans oublier les plages remarquables à proximité (Pallombaggia, ...) ou même sur place (Pinarello).
Bref, un séjour idyllique, aider en cela par un appartement très agréable, une situation géographique privilégiée, et une météo très agréable.

Appartement moderne et très bien équipé, tout à fait conforme à la description. Résidence haut de gamme calme et sécurisée, avec une piscine bien agréable. A 10 min à pied d'une des plus belles plages de Corse. Proximité de commerces et restaurants. Propriétaires à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Bref, un séjour parfait, à refaire sans hésitation !

l appt est parfaitement équipé, un petit sentier piétonnier qui sent bon le pin permet l accès à la plage de pinarello ( 5-10 min )( petit village situé à 20 min au nord de porto vecchio) pour ce premier séjour en corse nous sommes sous le charme!

Super nice, fully-equipped modern apartment (with airco), in a quiet residential area. Big terrace with nice chairs, table and sun beds. Sun from morning until evening, but if needed you always find a spot in the shade. Residential area (like the house) very clean, nice pool & in walking distance to the beach. As the residence is closed off with a gate, you're always sure to have a safe & good parking space for the car. Shops and restaurants nearby.
Very good location for trips to the beach, the mountains or visits to Porto Vecchio or Bonifacio. And only 40 minutes away from Figari airport.
For people who love nature at it's best and who want to escape from noice & stress, it's a perfect place to relax ! We definitely recommend it & hope to return in future.

Séjour paradisiaque
Séjour parfait, l' appartement est très agréable, parfaitement agencé et installé avec Goût. La résidence est calme au milieu du maquis , la piscine est très belle et il y a très peu de monde ... le petit chemin pour rejoindre la plage à pied est une petite ballade bien agréable, on passe de la garrigue à la forêt de pins avant d'arriver à la magnifique baie de Pinarello . Les magnifiques plages de Palombaggia et Santa Giulia aux eaux cristallines ne sont pas très loin et offrent de belles journées ! Vacances idéales mêlant calme, farniente et standing dans un des plus beaux coins de corse !!!!!!

L'appartement est très propre, lumineux, et bien équipée. La terrasse est TOP ! Car elle est grande, le salon de jardin est confortable, et le barbecue est de qualité.
La résidence est très calme et la literie est confortable donc on y dort très bien.
J'ai vraiment apprécié pouvoir aller à la mer à pied, grâce au chemin pédestre.
La piscine est bien agréable aussi. A cette époque de l'année, il n'y a pas trop de monde, c'est vraiment agréable. Je recommande !

Traumurlaub in Pinarello
Der perfekte Urlaub! Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Ausstattung und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben super schöne Tage am Stand/ Pool und mit diversen Ausflügen verbracht. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten und wenn man sich ein wenig rechts hält, hat man auch nicht direkt die Boote vor der Nase und kann pures Badevergnügen genießen. Für Kinder ist der Strand von Pinarello sehr gut geeignet, da es schön flach rein geht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Tout est neuf, bien pensé et surtout la vue mer et l'accès mer à pied sont vraiment appréciable. La résidence est calme, et vraiment le sud de la corse c'est vraiment comme sur les cartes postales (mer de rêves, bateau, montagne, rando, cheval, ...)
