New villa for 12 people whose contemporary architecture offers clear, refined volumes.
It consists of two houses joined by a suspended walkway.
Very large living room with cathedral ceiling comprising living room, dining room and fully equipped American kitchen, all overlooking a large terrace facing the sea, partly covered with summer dining room with outdoor heating and plancha corner.
Very bright villa with sun crossing all day.
6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom or shower room and its private wc.
Guest toilet
Return from the beach with outdoor shower (hot water), wooden ladders for beach towels.
Garage for one car, large laundry.
Internet and wifi connection, usb sockets in each room, printer, three televisions, Freebox with Blu-ray player, DVD player, many DVDs, Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth, board games,

Une maison magnifique, à la situation idéale. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Chacun a son espace et les pièces de vie sont parfaites. La vue est très belle et la mer à 2 minutes à pied . Bref nous reviendrons !

Cette villa est magnifique. Tout est très bien pensé, bien equipé et installé avec beaucoup de goût. Son emplacement est parfait à deux pas de la plage avec une très belle vue sur le bassin.

Fabulous house and fabulous location!

I spent an unforgettable weekend with 7 friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful time (in spite of the slightly rainy weather) because the house was so absolutely perfect! First, the house is incredible both outside and in - beautifully designed interior, exactly as shown in the pictures. It has lots of different areas where people can congregate, either all together or in smaller groups. And lots of space, every little detail really thought through (baskets on shelves for toiletries in the bathroom, everything you could wish for in the kitchen, safe in the main room - the list is endless). And the location - a few steps away from the beach, near to bars and restaurants (and - most important in France - a superb boulangerie/patisserie). Marie the housekeeper was charming and helpful and her brother Michael who cooked for us was equally great. Frederique (the owner) was also incredibly helpful, with lots of good tips on things to do. Altogether a fantastic place to stay which I would highly recommend. Can't wait to have a good reason to go back there!

L’espace de cette maison est un réel atout luxe, la décoration y est raffinée et tendance, la cuisine et ses accessoires y’a pas mieux et les chambres et leur SDB privée sont aussi réussies. Les pieds dans le bassin face au ferret fait partie de l’enchantement. On s’y sent bien, dommage qu’à un moment faut faire ses valises. N'hésitez pas un seul instant !

Que dire si ce n'est que tout fut parfait ... style ,espace , aménagement et décoration, équipement plus que complet ( y compris une superbe plancha sur la terrasse chauffée , jeux divers , ... ) , localisation au plus proche de la plage , accueil très très chaleureux et " bons tuyaux " pour les bonnes adresses de cette splendide région .... nous reviendrons très très vite 😀

I hired this villa for my friends and family over my wedding in Arcachon and I couldn't think of a more perfect place to get ready the morning of my wedding. The surroundings are stunning and the villa immaculate, with everything that you could possibly need. Everybody loved the fact that it was so close to the beach and Le Moulleau, and the villa has fantastic communal space for everyone to enjoy. I was also so well looked after throughout the booking of this villa, the owner couldn't do enough, she is a wonderful woman with great taste! I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone wanting to have a special stay in a beautiful part of the world. Thank-you so much! Claire.

Un week end inoubliable dans une maison de rêve sur le Bassin d'Arcachon

Le week end de l'Ascension avec des amis et tous nos enfants dans une maison de rêve... Même quand cette maison est pleine, elle est tellement pensé intelligemment que personne ne se gêne, chacun arrive à garder son intimité et les moments tous ensemble sont hyper conviviaux... En plus, la maison est tellement belle, les matériaux, les meubles et les détails sont tellement aboutis, qu'on a l'impression qu'elle pourrait faire la couverture des plus beaux magazines de décoration. On s'y est senti, tous, tellement bien, qu'on n'est pas sorti les soirs et on a profité de la terrasse extérieure avec son abri chauffé. Bref, c'était top!! Un merci très sincère à la propriétaire des lieux qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes et un grand merci aussi à Marie qui nous a si gentillement accueilli.

Nous avons organisé le mariage de mon fils au Pyla et nous avons eu la chance de louer cette maison sublimement décorée et très bien située pour loger toute notre famille.. Accueil de Marie charmant et plein d'attention.. Tout est prévu et merveilleusement confortable Toutes les chambres sont superbes et il ne manque rien .. Un bémol ???? Les aiguilles de pin sur la terrasse après un coup de vent .. À recommander sans hésiter

La villa est tout simplement formidable, spacieuse, lumineuse, meublée et décorée tel un hôtel haut de gamme, tout en raffinement. Les équipements sont remarquables. La localisation, à quelques pas de la plages et a 5 minutes à pieds des commerces permet des vacances sans voiture. Le ponton a quelques minutes a pied permet de profiter des balades en bateau sur le bassin. Et l'accueil a été parfait. Magnifique d'un bout à l'autre !

Cette maison, flambant neuve, est extraordinaire, tant par sa situation (a deux pas de la plage, deux pas du Moulleau, calme et vue sur la mer) que par la très grande qualité des prestations (décoration, équipements high tech). La propriétaire, charmante, se soucie réellement du bien être de ses locataires. Je ne peux que recommander vivement cette maison, ou nous avons passé des moments magiques en famille.
