Built on a large plot (700m2) in a sunny situation on various terraces following the slope of hillside, each storey connected by interior and exterior stairs and steps. The remaining garden is the natural hillside.
Tastefully decorated and very spacious, with many original features. Perfect for couples with or without kids, or for a big family who want to get together for a family holiday in the sun.
Up to 8 adults accepted.
Air conditioning in some rooms and satelite TV, garage + 1 parking space incuded.
WiFI: Free.

The accommodation comprises:
Main floor:
- Access down 10 steps: Spacious sunny lounge with large picture windows, large white leather sofas and recliners, satelite TV, leading through to luminous dining room with table and 8 chairs, day lounging area and door opening onto good sized balcony with tables and chairs, all with views directly over the pool and the Mediterranean. An alcove with a day bed (160 x 200 cm)
- Separate kitchen with American fridge/freezer, 4 hot plates, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee percolator, toaster and high and low level cupboards.
- 1 bedroom with twin beds
- 1 washroom with WC.
Lower floor (with access from interior and exterior)
- 1 main bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, side tables
- en suite bathroom, with bath and separate shower, basin & WC
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (150x200 cm), wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps.
- 1 large bedroom with double bed (150x200 cm), wardrobes and bedside tables.
- 2 bathrooms with Italian shower, wash basin, WC
- Washing machine and dryer; iron and ironing board; hoover.
Terrace level:
- Very spacious terrace (100m2 aprox.) with breathtaking views in a peaceful tranquil position, with a turquoise natural infinity pool, colour which blends in with the colours of the Mediterranean Sea. Furnished with a large table and chairs, parasol, sun beds around the palm tree, and outside grill area.
- Large fully fitted modern summer kitchen with work island, induction cooker, micro-wave oven, dish washer, fridge/freezer, coffee percolator and toaster.
Separate toilet.
- Attractive summer chill-out area, with built-in seating, centre table for relaxing evenings.
