3 new house with swimming pool heated to 30 ° (except off season)

- Room 14 m2 "Mario" on the floor with a bed 120 + possibility of a real mattress on the floor (or extra bed being acquired) + Freeview TV + wardrobe and shelf.
- 17m2 room "Purple Romantic" with a bed 140+ possibility of a real mattress on the floor (or extra bed being acquired) + Freeview TV and DVD player + wardrobe and shelf and a washbasin in the room more.
Upstairs Bathroom with shower extra flat tray + basin / mirror and toilet.
Living room with couch and TV Canal + and Orange. Kitchen with induction hob, convection oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, Steamer, pastry robot are available.
Pantry with a second refrigerator and freezer with washing machine and dryer.
At the entrance WC Closet for your jackets and shoes.
Recent house with many works done by us, we are quite like handymen and do the work and improvements in our little nest, the house continues throughout the year to be improved following our spare time, we hope that you will feel as good as us!

Trade with travelers
We will be on vacation three weeks during the summer and some other days in the year. During your stay we are available if needed when we will not be on holiday.
During our holiday trusted friend will welcome you and will be present every 2 days to clean the pool and respond to potential technical issues or problems.

You will be in a quiet residential area, surrounded by our charming neighbors. You will find 300 meters a butcher, a gardener, a press and a pharmacy.

You have a city bus stop to Bordeaux is 300 meters from the house or the TRAM 3 km to visit Bordeaux.

The pool will be cleaned every 2 days by us or a person during our holiday.
