- 2 rooms with bed in 160 and 140
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer

- A living room comfortable, air conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen
- A terrace of 10 m2 covered and equipped with a table for 4 people, 4 chairs and a plancha. Without vis-à-vis, with a superb view on the green hills

Séjour parfait ! L'appartement de Fabrice est très agréable. Spacieux et fonctionnel, tout y est !! Jolie terrasse panoramique (dernier étage). Notre hôte est accueillant et très sympathique. Très bon point de chute pour visiter la Corse du sud. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Magnifique logement, bien entretenu, situé au 3° étage avec ascenseur, très bien équipé avec tout le matériel souhaitable et jouissant d'une belle vue sur les montagnes. La place de parking réservée au pied de l'immeuble, situé en dehors de la ville, donc très calme, mais à 15 mn à pieds des commerces est un plus. Accès internet de bonne qualité par adresse Wifi sécurisée. Enfin le propriétaire, Monsieur Fabrice Michelozzi, est très symathique et arrangeant.

Location très agréable spacieuse confortable très bien équipée calme et propre. L’appartement est bien situé à proximité de très belles plages et du massif de l’Ospédale, des aiguilles de Bavella pour faire de la randonnée. Proche également de la vieille ville de Porto Vecchio (10 min à pied). Une place de parking est mise à disposition dans la résidence. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, facilement joignable. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter.

Die Ferienwohnung hält alles, was die Angaben versprechen. Sie liegt am Stadtrand mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Objekt bietet mehr Platz, als die Fotos versprechen. Ein großer Dachüberstand sorgt dafür, dass tagsüber und abends keine Sonne auf den Balkon fällt, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist etwas holprig, wenn man weder französisch noch italienisch spricht, aber mit Händen, Füßen und einer Übersetzungsapp geht das schon. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!

Appartement idéalement situé à 15min à pied du centre ville. Une place de parking numéroté est présent avec l'appartement qui présente un vrai plus. L'appartement est spacieux calme profitant d'une terasse avec une très belle vue. Je recommande à 100% surtout que le propriétaire est très arrangeant et disponible. Les vacances était parfaite.

Accueil très chaleureux de Fabrice. Il a tjs été disponible par téléphone ou sms pendant notre séjour et il nous a conseillé qqs restos super sympas. Ce fut un réel plaisir de séjourner dans son appartement, spacieux, fonctionnel et à 8 minutes à pieds du centre ville, emplacement parfait. Nous gardons cette précieuse adresse pour notre prochain séjour :-) Encore merci pour tout !

We had a very nice holiday. The appartment has everything you need. It is really usefull to rent a car, without you get nowhere. Especially in the low season. The communication with the house owner was a little hard sometimes because he doesn’t speak any English. He solves it with a translation app, this is okay to work with. He was very kind and helped us during our stay. We would really recommend it!

Bel appartement, très propre, spacieux, très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Terrasse sans vis à vis avec une vue dégagée. Très bon accueil de Fabrice et disponibilité. Situation de l'appartement idéal pour visiter le Sud de la CORSE qui est magnifique, et à 15 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville et du port de Porto Vecchio. Nous conseillons cet appartement sans hésitation.

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement dans son ensemble. L'emplacement est parfait pour avoir accès à Porto-Vecchio et à ses alentours. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et agréablement agencé, nous avons profité d'une très bonne semaine avec notre fils de 2 ans. Fabrice nous a très bien accueilli.

Superbe location sur Porto Vecchio, à 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et du port, 10 à 20 minutes des belles plages de la région.(palombaggia, tamaricciu ou Santa Giulia). Excellent accueil de M Michelozzi , appartement aménagé avec goût, fonctionnel et très bien équipé . Nous avons apprécié sans modération le calme des lieux. En clair semaine très agréable .

Ce beau séjour aura été en tout point fantastique. Ce charmant petit appartement nous a permis de nous reposer de nos promenades dépaysantes sur l’île de Beauté. Le confort des lits nous a permis de passer de paisibles et réparatrices nuits. Le salon avec son canapé au confort voluptueux nous a donné l'impression d'être des pachas à chaque soirée passée devant la télé. La cuisine était très bien équipée et la table de salle à manger offrait beaucoup de place à n'en point douter. Enfin, la salle de bain présentait l'avantage d'être bien chauffée tout comme toutes les autres pièces qui étaient climatisées. En bref, un appartement que nous avons tous plébiscité.

De los mejores apartamentos donde me he alojado!!! Es tal como se ve en las fotos, un apartamento amplio, nuevo, con todos lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Está muy cerca del pueblo, así que puedes dejar el coche e ir caminando hasta alli. Volvería sin pensármelo!!!
