El apartamento está muy bien. Perfectamente situado para ir a todas partes andando. Es muy cómodo y calentito para el invierno.
El precio es caro si no se llena el apartamento.

Very nice, cosy and clean apartment in the heart of Chamonix- opposite the station, very close to ski bus stops, local shops and restaurants. The apartment was peffect for our family of 4. It has a fully equiped kitchen (convenient if you like to cook your own meals), comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, allocated parking space. Our car is high and we had to take off a roof box before parking and then put it back on - but it was not a problem for us cos we didn't have to drive anywhere- local transport and apartment location is perfect. The swimming pool was nice and clean and you can book sauna or hammam for free as well.
The host was very nice, helpful and a communication was super easy.
nothing, everything was perfect

2 mountain view bedrooms, incl 1 with a shower/sink ensuite and on top of the larger shower/tub and sink bathroom + separate toilet room, pull out sofa, compact kitchen with full fridge and dining table that seats 4, balcony with table faces downtown (Tip - See Photo: Balcony directly faces a ski shop building with bakery on other side), and main floor has a lockable main floor ski locker.
Very close to lots of restaurants and several small/medium grocery stores. Short walk to key shuttle bus stops (Place Mont Blanc and Savoy/Mummery) and directly across from the train station. Best part, the host is quick to offer good advice and help as needed but allows you privacy throughout the trip, with the front desk willing to answer questions.
While it’s amazing to have an assigned underground parking spot, the allocated spot is under a low hanging beam. If you have a box on top of your vehicle suggest you empty it, remove box, park and then put the box back on the roof. Small Stuff given convenient location.

great location in the city centre, apartment was clean. The bakery around the corner is worth visiting, great for breakfast.
the apartment is really small, there is not enough room for luggage for 4 people.
Yes, there is a spa - a swimming pool and one Finish sauna and one Hamman, but you have to have a reservation and they’re not really nice. The ski room is just a miniature locker, no heating.
There is a garage for parking, but only for vehicles below 1,9m, just be aware

Location was absolutely fantastic. Everything you meed on your doorstep. Beautiful views. Though Chamonix is fantastic anyway.
Pool was great.
Very tired decor and furnishings. Towels small and old. Bedding likewise. The beds were comfy, though.
Curtains out to the balcony were very dirty inside. In fact, the curtains, in general, need replacing.
The extraction fans in the bathrooms were not working and had bits missing. The whole place just needs sprucing up. It wouldn't cost that much either to replace these things, but it would make a huge difference. It just felt a bit tired and old.

The host was very helpful and communicative. The apartment had very cosy furnishing. My partner who grew up in the region especially liked how it was furnished as it reminded him of his childhood. It was very useful to have 1 bath plus shower and an ensuite with shower, as 2 persons could shower at the same time after swimming. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of the town and close to attractions, and yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment is perfect for parents with 1 or 2 kids. We could walk everywhere or catch the local bus to summer attractions for kids.
The pool got quite crowded as it was a long weekend.

The apartment building is located in the centre of the town. It is very close to the ski lift, ski rentals, restaurants and shops. There is a great bakery in the next building.
Apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival. Equipment in the kitchen was enough for a family to spend a week.
Building for sure needs renovation. Elevator almost always seems to be out of order. Ski room- without any standard equipment like boot driers, only wooden lockers, so your equipment is wet and cold the day after. You may see a pool and a wellness area available in the venue, which is probably true but we never tried them, because we would have had to go outside, to another building. The apartment is really small, especially the smaller bedroom, while sleeping you feel that your feet are almost in the wardrobe. There is no additional space for anything else (like baggage for instance). Bigger bedroom is a bit better. Kitchen is quite well equipped but it's tiny as well. The biggest negative surprise was something called by owner "free WIFI". In fact it was working only for two days, after contacting the owner about it it turned out it was because what was connected to the router, was not an unlimited cable internet ,but rather some kind of a mobile contract device with tiny limit of transfer, so it ran out (as you could have guessed) rather quickly and surprisingly. When it stopped working (after regular internet usage, e.g. some Netflix, Facebook) the owner was not able to solve the problem, so we had to use mobile LTE connection for the rest of our stay. I found the owners 20 euro compensation proposal laughable and pathetic.

There is a bakery 2 minutes outside the apartment complex with lovely fresh pastries/bread foodstuffs. There is a ski hire shop just outside and the town centre is a few minutes walk. Loads of nice restaurants nearby. There is a pool/spa attached to the complex which guest can use free of charge. Beds are comfortable and the apartment is very homely.
Nothing I can really complan about, if I was going back to Chamonix I would stay here again.
