This beautiful home sits in a quiet neighborhood near the quaint village of Cambria. Located on the west side of PCH, you will enjoy all the ocean breeze has to offer in addition to the endless views of the rolling hills that make this area special and unique. Newly renovated with an open floor plan and high ceilings, creating a wonderful space to gather with your friends and family. A large, well stocked kitchen to prepare meals for everybody. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms make this home a great choice for groups or large families. We allow dogs, so even your furry family can join you on your visit to the beautiful Central Coast. There was a bit of confusion with on-street parking, neighbor on Londonderry across from this property objected to our parking there despite the written instructions asking us to park there. We accommodated her and moved east about half a block.
Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Our stay here was very nice. Beautiful view and nice patio and yard — tho since it was winter we didn’t really use them. There was a fire out and fireplace that looked inviting but we never managed to try. Bathrooms nice and clean. Very well equipped. Only real complaint was the table only sat 6 but the rental sleeps/accommodates 8. Master bed mattress not the greatest, but not awful either. Overall, great!

Our stay in Cambria was marvelous. The house was very well kept with a well stocked kitchen, luxury linens, plenty of seating and perfectly located. The staff at Breen Vacation Station was very responsive to us and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!

The house is spacious, and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay there. The BBQ's ignition does not work nor does the temperature gage; it needs a new can opener in the kitchen; install a dimmer switch on the lights above the kitchen island. We had dinner one night at Indigo Moon which was fantastic and breakfast at the Creekside Garden Cafe which was also very good. We look forward to a return next year and would highly recommend Rolling Hills Vista Cottage. Thank you.

Great house for a girls trip. Enough room for everyone plus 3 bathrooms! Easy access to Hearst Castle, Paso Robles and even Big Sur. We would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We were a group of 5 adults, 3 teenagers, and a chihuahua. The house was clean upon our arrival and was bigger than we expected. We were impressed with how stocked the house was - there was plenty of everything! The beds were comfortable with ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, lots of kitchen supplies & dishware for a large group to make dinner, extra bedding and towels, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryers, cleaning supplies, an Aerobed - the list goes on. We stayed for 5 nights - wish we could have stayed longer! This was a great place to come "home" to after a day out at Moon Stone Beach or exploring the Central Coast. Breen Vacation Station manages the house and they made the check in/check out process super easy. They even gave us a bottle of wine. Highly recommend!

The house was super clean and up to date. The weather in early July felt like spring . The dart board was a fun extra. The house was close to town and the coast. We went to Hearst Castle, zip lining in Santa Margarita, walks along various parts of the coast, and a side trip to Morro Bay. Breen was friendly and helpful.Negatives? Master bed was waaay to soft for me. It didn’t bother my wife. The pet fee was $130 for 2 pups. Seems like a lot but I’m not sure about that.Would I stay there again? Absolutely

This home was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our family if 3 small children and 5 adults. The view is gorgeous. The patio dining was so much was story time on the front porch rockers. As the fog came in, we could watch the view of the hills disappear from sight....only to watch it re-appear each morning. The house is a bit away from town.....but is close enough to the main streets to get you there quickly. The rental company was pleasant and accommodating of our requests......overall it was a successful, fun, and pleasure able stay! We are planning to rent this again if we come back to this area for our annual trek.

Family beach trip
We stayed here for a long weekend as a launching point for exploring Cambria and the coast. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6, was dog friendly and had beautiful windows to enjoy the eastern views of the hills. We would absolutely stay again if in Cambria!

An okish property that needs more thought given to it
Starting with the yards, they are completely uncared for. In the house the stairs are uncarpeted making them very slippery. There is no light on the stairs at night, one of our friends fell on the bottom steps. The garage door opener doesn't work and it was difficult to manually operate.The lower bathroom has an old fashioned low toilet, hard for older folks to use. There are little complaints about the kitchen...no paper napkins, it's difficult to reach over the HUGE microwave to access the glassware/coffee mugs. Nice quiet neighborhood tho. This place isn't awful, just pretty marginal.

We also had everything we needed: cooking supplies, glassware, awesome living room TV, and restroom essentials (so nice not having to worry about shampoo, conditioner, body soap with rentals!). Lastly, just a 30-40 min drive away from the wineries and Paso. And plenty of cute restaurants and coffee shops in Cambria, too.

We loved the view, location to town and hiking trails in Harmony and Cayucos. The main disappointment was the mattress in the Master Bedroom which was sagging. A couple of lights in the bathroom and a bedroom were not working.

Wonderful, indulgent get-away
This house is beautiful, well cared for and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything needed for cooking family meals and baking. There are plenty of linens, especially cozy blankets. The open floor plan is perfect for family hangout time, and lots of lovely views of the nearby hillsides. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. This location has great access to Cambia, Morro Bay, San Simeon, and lots of stops up and down the coast. We hiked, biked, scrambled over rocks, visited beautiful beaches, saw otters and sea lions, and thoroughly enjoyed coming home each day to this lovely house. I highly recommend this property and the management team that so nicely cares for it.

The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the home. There was gunk on door handles and cabinet knobs. The doors clearly needed to be wiped down, as there were dried gunk of those as well. The fridge was empty but still dirty inside. I haven’t come to a rental home and felt the need to just clean it, but this home needed it. I spoke with the rental company and they are aware, I’m sure this issue will be resolved! Great home. I would recommend staying here.

Super cute and cozy dog friendly cottage
A perfect spot for a holiday family gathering. Super comfy beds and nice amenities. Beautiful kitchen and very nice appliances. Outside areas were a bit run down, but could be a very nice space to enjoy the crisp outdoor air. A nice long walk to the beach and very close driving distance to Main Street’s shops and restaurants. Had an overall lovely stay and made precious family memories to last a lifetime.
