2 bedroom, 2 bathroom , beautifully updated unit in Southpoint building with indoor parking and security code entry. Ski locker room next to entrance. Community laundry room is also available in parking garage. Complimentary wifi and cable tv. Lovely gas fireplace . This quaint 2 bedroom condo is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Aspen mountain is walking distance. Free shuttle service is one-half block away, which takes you to the surrounding ski areas of Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. All new furnishings. Humidifiers are available for all rooms. Ski locker room is readily available as soon as you enter the front door of building to store skis and boards. Ski boot dryer also included in condo.

My girlfriends and I come up to Aspen every summer. This was our second time staying at Linda’s condo. It’s the perfect location and having a spot in the garage is an added bonus. The condo has everything you need. Linda is a great host. We enjoyed or stay and will likely be back again next year!

My wife and I visited for 8 nights around 4th of July. The location is unbeatable. You are two short blocks from all of the restaurants and shops in Aspen Core, 1 block from a large park to read, play with your kids, etc. we spent most of our time hiking, running, listening to the free concerts around town and dining out at the local restaurants. You can also walk to the grocery store in town. The condo was clean, the parking in the garage was easy and we had everything we needed. Thanks for the great stay. We will likely be back.

Went to Aspen Food & Wine event. Location was really easy walk to the venue and peaceful once back at the unit after the event. Beds were good, felt like an upscale hotel with all the amenities. Has dedicated parking which is a must in downtown Aspen.

This property is everything you could want in downtown Aspen. It is within walking distance from the lifts, amazing restaurants, and a convenient bus stop. It comes with a ski locker and parking. Linda the host was an incredible communicator and I can be sure we will be back again in the futre.

This place was great. Everything was just as nice and clean as you see in the pics. What was amazing was how close it was to everything. Nothing was more than an 8-10 minute walk. The gondola was 5 minutes away from the apartment. Laundry in the garage was super helpful too (bring quarters if you plan on using them). Will definitely be back in touch to stay here again if we come back.

My sister and I rented this property for a weekend wedding in Aspen. So perfectly located we did not need a car - walked to everything in downtown Aspen. Three friends and I wanted to experience the Aspen Music Festival. The rental was a perfect place to stay: very close to restaurants, Aspen Mountain, and free bus service to Aspen Meadows. I parked my car on arrival and left it there until we had to leave. We hope to repeat the trip next year.

A beautiful location.

It was my first time in Aspen, so I decided to stay in town. The location was excellent. Central to everything minutes walk to everything. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything that you would need. We had a problem with the front door and I contacted the owner who immediately took care of everything. The communication was good and the action swift. I really liked the apartment and the location. The only downside was there was no view because it’s on the ground floor. But the minute you step outside you are surrounded by the views.
