We had a lovely time at this villa with our family including 6 adults, one 3 year old and one 3 month old. The set up with the lovely big terrace right beside the pool was perfect for small children because it is very safe with a fence around the pool but easily accessible to the terrace. We were able to find good take out food nearby and spent most of our time on the terrace enjoying that amazing view. We went to the beach which was fun but after the walk back up the hill we had to jump in the pool to cool off! Great spot for a family get together.

This is a nice house on a hill overlooking the beach in a very safe area, 300-400 m walk to the beach with a beautiful view of the beach. It has private swimming pool and a really great patio with big table and beach chairs but covered from sun or rain. Minimal amount of mosquitoes is also a plus.

La maison est très grande, bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. La grande terrasse et la piscine sont un réel atout, la vue est sublime. Excellent accueil de Jessica sur place. Il y a une plage privée accessible à 5min et pied, mais attention à la pente. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite il y a la possibilité de demander un accès pour se garer au parking à côté de la plage, c'est très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L’annonce et les photos sont conformes. Le propriétaire ainsi que Jessica et Jean-Francois sont aux petits soins. La vue est époustouflante depuis la cuisine, la terrasse et la piscine. L’accès à la plage privée est possible mais mieux vaut prévoir un véhicule de location pour visiter l’île. Un super séjour en famille.

Everything was great - spacious and comfy house, amazing view, great terrace and pool. Roger was responsive and gave us all the information before our arrival, and Jessica on site was really nice and helpful during our stay. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Saint Francois, and we couldn’t have been happier. We were spoiled by the amazing view and easy access to local beaches, shops and restaurants. The owner and manager are extremely thorough, helpful and responsive. The property has clearly been updated and was even better than the photos. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again on our next trip. Totally wonderful!

Venus en famille nous avons apprécié cette très jolie villa créole et surtout sa vue maginifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse , la piscine etc... Très bien équipée et entretenue , Jean François et Céline qui nous ont accueilli sont aux petits soins , bref vacances magnifiques on y retournera c'est sur C Duriez

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa bien située à proximité de St François et des plages, mais bien au calme. La vue est magnifique, la maison est agréable à vivre et bien équipée, la terrasse ombragée et le solarium bien exposé. L'accueil est très sympathique. Bref nous la recommandons à tous points de vue.

What a fantastic find here in St. Francois! One can’t overstate the view of the sea, as you sit on the veranda, sipping coffee, watching the sun come up. Lounging by the pool was super. The villa was clean, and we appreciated the extras: coffee filters, paper towel, extra kitchen towels. We had just a bit of trouble locating the villa, and the caretaker came right out to the road to meet us. Anse de Rocher is very easy to locate. The mistake we made was continuing right down to the gate. As you enter Anse de Rocher, one must turn right at the first (or 2nd?) street and head right to the end of the cul de sac. Despite my faltering French, we received all the information we needed. The surrounding town of St. Francois has many amenities, and one of the best patisseries I’ve visited outside mainland France! The only hitch was water cuts, which are a fact of life on Gaudeloupe. Happening on a long travel day was frustrating for us, but hardly the fault of the owner. Just be forewarned. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this villa again upon a return to Guadeloupe! Quelle trouvaille fantastique ici à Saint-François! On ne peut pas exagérer la vue sur la mer, comme vous êtes assis sur la véranda, en sirotant un café, en regardant le soleil se lever. Se prélasser au bord de la piscine était super. La villa était propre, et nous avons apprécié les extras: filtres à café, serviette en papier, serviettes de cuisine supplémentaires. Nous avons eu juste un peu de mal à trouver la villa, et le gardien est venu directement sur la route pour nous rencontrer. Anse de Rocher est très facile à localiser. L'erreur que nous avons commise se poursuivait jusqu'à la porte. En entrant dans l'Anse de Rocher, il faut tourner à droite dans la première (ou 2ème?) Rue et continuer tout droit jusqu'à la fin du cul-de-sac. Malgré mon français chancelant, nous avons reçu toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. La ville environnante de Saint-François a beaucoup de commodités, et l'une des meilleures pâtisseries que j'ai visité en dehors de la France métropolitaine! Le seul problème était les coupures d'eau, qui sont une réalité de Gaudeloupe. Se produire lors d'une longue journée de voyage était frustrant pour nous, mais pas vraiment la faute du propriétaire. Juste être prévenu. Je n'hésiterais pas à louer à nouveau cette villa lors d'un retour en Guadeloupe!

Our stay was amazing! The villa is beautiful and it has the most amazing ocean view. Everything was clean and working well. We were greeted my Renee and Nicole who were very nice and helpful. We got lost on our way to the villa and they came to meet us. They always made themselves available to us at all times with recommendations and just overall help since non of my friends and I speak French. I would definitely recommend staying at this home and I plan to return again! Thanks for everything Roger, Renee and Nicole!

A notre arrivée, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette villa qui a su rester créole, naturellement ventilée (la clim existante n'est même pas nécessaire). De la varangue face à la mer, nous avons pu admirer la vue sur la Désirade, Petite Terre, Marie Galante, les Saintes et même la Dominique. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa calme et confortable, hâte d'y retourner.
