About this villa rental

Luxurious villa located at the Cap de La Nao. First line sea view.

This house will offer you all the necessary comfort (LCD TV, Satellite, WIFI, secure access by a gate, swimming pool, ...).

Able to accommodate up to 10 people, the villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: terraces, living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms (one sea view, the other garden view)
Level -1: terraces, living room, second extra kitchen, 2 bedrooms with sea view
Level - 2: a large bedroom with sea view, access to the swimming pool (+/- 10m long by 5m wide).

Possibility of high chair, baby bed and bed rail on request.

One small or quiet dog accepted.

Close to all the facilities you might want, but still incredibly private, we enjoyed our stay from start to finish and have to thank Maria who helped us with the check in and check out for everything, she was wonderful. The only thing to mention is that the property has a lot of steps, so if you have people in your party that are less mobile, it might not be the property for you, but if that isn’t a concern, I don’t think you could choose much better!

Nathalie was very helpful in her communications and Maria, gave us a lovely greeting. The Villa is very well equipped and spacious and was perfect for our family of 6 adults, and has wonderful views of the beach and stunning coastline. The gardens are beautiful with vibrant flowers and scents, and with a relaxing warm pool. We hope to return!

This property was amazing and the perfect spot for our vacation. We were two families from the US looking forward to a long-anticipated holiday and this property did not disappoint. The house was in a perfect location for us. We could quickly get to the restaurants and big beaches when we wanted and had everything we needed with plenty of space to have a great time without leaving. Unfortunately for me, but fortunately for the kids, the WiFi was great. I was able to get all of my work emails and messages, but it is easy to read work emails with that incredible view.

WE had a great holiday ,lovely house spectacular location , we all enjoyed it very much . The only negative was the WI-Fi . Apart from that everything was very good all the people involved were very helpful . David Lloyd and family

The villa is suitable for one large or two families. There is private passage to the sea (for physically fit people, but our grandmother of 70 years passed it 1-2 times a day). The villa is located very privately, overlooking the sea and isolated from the views of other people or neighbours.

We were originally going to stay in Valencia but decided instead to stay in this stunning home In Xabia. The Home and the surrounding area is an absolute paradise. WiFi did not seem to work but it turned out to be exactly what we needed to unplug and unwind. We want to return to share the experience with friends and family. The hikes around the area are some of the most beautiful we’ve seen in our travels.

We'll appointed. Lovely gardens, pool and property. There are a lot of steps which could be difficult for anyone with some physical restrictions but otherwise we would recommend this property to anyone.

It doesn't get better than this. The Belgian owner is very responsive to email & is completely businesslike. His Spanish agent who greets you is charming. Maria had a large bowl of oranges & lemons from here garden awaiting us. In a conversation with my Dutch friends we thought that this villa could not be as good as the pictures. We agreed it is, in fact, better than the pictures. The villa was immaculately clean & all appliances worked well (we did not use the stereos or TV's) The internet connection is reliable & fast. Je suis enchanté de mon sejour dans cette belle maison, contact avec les proprietaires et avec la personne responsable sur place parfait. Prestations tout à fait à la hauteur , la maison est très confortable quasi neuve très bien équipée et dans un site extraordinaire, que demander de plus sinon d'y retourner !!!

Une villa vraiment superbe, un endroit calme tranquille et reposant, des terrasses aussi agréables les unes que les autres. Aucune surprise, les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité et c'est encore mieux lorsque l'on y est !!!

Les prestations offertes sont à la hauteur de la vue absolument exceptionnelle offerte dans cette location. On vit à trois familles sans aucun problème, les espaces communs sont nombreux et variés et on peut aussi préserver un peu d'intimité.
