About this house rental
On the heights of St Goustan, quiet and 3 minutes walk from the harbor. House 40 m² including the ground floor, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and upstairs a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed on one side and a space with 2 beds 90x190 each other.

Spend pleasant moments in the south of Brittany and enjoy the Gulf of Morbihan. Auray is ideally located near the beaches of Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer, the Bay of Quiberon but also from Vannes.

We enjoyed our stay at Emmanuelle’s cute house. While very compact, it worked perfectly for my husband and myself. Location was great and within a short walk of the port and lots of great restaurants. Parking was easy and free in a lot right by the house. Communication with Emmanuelle was smooth and she left clear instructions for accessing the house upon arrival. Auray was a great base from which to explore this region of Brittany and we would definitely stay here again.

The gite is relatively compact but there was plenty of space for two adults with two children (8 and 11yrs). It's been decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Saint Goustan was very pretty. The gite is located right beside the main car park for Saint Goustan, separated by a row of trees, so parking isn't normally an issue (unless there's an event on). We'd stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Immaculate, charming, fully stocked for cooking just about anything. The host was superb! She thought of everything, and was readily available for any questions.
This is a very small place, with unexpected luxuries… like a tiny dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The internet worked without issues. All of these things are not typical of most rentals.
The photos just don’t show how lovely it is! And the beautiful town of Auray is a short, pleasant walk away and has a great farmer’s market, and a fabulous shop for coffee and baked goods. ( The little Prince ) and much more.
This is a great choice to stay for exploring Southern Bretagne.

A very sweet little house with a small downstairs living room and tiny (but well equipped) kitchen, and a very large upstairs room with a queen bed and two singles tucked away in an alcove. Very nice, private outside spaces as well. 5 minute walk to the lovely little town (though steepish hill back). The toilet is downstairs.

The property was superb; better than the pictures and more than we expected. So quaint, roomy, comfortable beds, modern accommodations in the kitchen and bath; made for a very enjoyable stay. The outdoor patio was perfect for an early morning tea, dinner, and just to relax on the lounge and read a good book. The location is the best; 3-minute walk to the port, quiet, birds chirping, with beautiful trees surrounding the property. Our host was easy to communicate with and felt she was available if we needed her. We are traveling across France, and this place is top the list. We can only thank our host for the wonderful stay and if we are every in the area, we will make a return visit. Thank you!

Wunderbares Häuschen mit kleinem Garten
Das Häuschen ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der kleine Garten verfügt über verschiedene Sitz- und Liege-Gelegenheiten. Alles ist sehr gemütlich! Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es ist 5 Gehminuten vom Hafen Saint Goustan entfernt.
Emmanuelle ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie begrüßt einen persönlich und gibt gute Tipps zur Umgebung. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Wasser und Cidre zur Begrüßung.
Auch auf Anfragen reagiert sie immer sehr zeitnah, zuverlässig und freundlich.
Alles in allem: Wunderbar!

Excellent accueil d’Emmanuelle. Le logement est très bien situé et très agréable. Avons apprécié la literie de la grande chambre à l’étage et les repas sur la terrasse extérieure.

Glücksgriff Auray
Die Wahl des Hauses von Emannuelle und des Ortes waren ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Das kleine Steinhaus, im hinteren Gartenteil gelegen, entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Die liebevolle und komplette Einrichtung, die Lage abseits der Touristenströme und dennoch zentral, die freundliche und unklomplizierte Begrüßung und der hübsche kleine Ort mit allem was man braucht, haben unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très belle découverte, petite maison des plus agréable, décorée avec goût et très fonctionnelle (cuisine équipée, TV, Wifi, jeux enfants…). Chambres spacieuses avec espace de jeu pour les enfants. Petit bémol, la superbe terrasse n’est pas assez mise en valeur par l’annonce, mais quelle agréable surprise!
Au calme, séjour très reposant.
À 5min du port, 15/20min de Carnac, Trinité, parking à 20m!

Très bien situé mais on entend la voie rapide depuis la terrasse. Le gîte manque de lumière et d‘ouvertures. Bien décoré. Quant au fameux accueil d‘Emmanuelle, nous n‘en avons pas bénéficié.

Maison idéalement située à qq minutes de marche du Port de Saint Goustan, localité elle-même idéalement proche d'une multitude de sites à visiter.
La maison est cosy, chaleureuse, propre et parfaitement équipée. Nous recommanderons sans hésitation à nos proches !

Propriété super bien placé pour visiter le joli bassin du Morbihan... Gîte au calme malgré la proximité du port avec beaucoup de monde.. Pas de vis à vis et un extérieur très agréable.. Propriétaire charmant... Je recommande à 100/100 cette location

Nous avons passé un agréable moment . La maisonnette récemment rénovée est pleine de charme et fonctionnelle . Située à proximité du port, elle est dotée d’un très bel extérieur. L’hôte est charmante et disponible.

Un séjour très agréable de quelques jours dans cette douillette maisonnette idéalement placée pour découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan et ses alentours. Le descriptif est conforme à la réalité, rien ne manque et l'accueil est parfait. A recommander sans hésitation.

Propriété correspondant bien aux photos. Très jolie, parfaitement propre et agréable. On aime rentrer s’y reposer après de belles découvertes des environs. On apprécie également sa proximité du port saint Goustan où l’on peut aller à pieds déjeuner dans un des nombreux restaurants. Sans oublier un accueil chaleureux qui est bien agréable.

Location parfaite pour un couple avec 2 enfants. La petite maison est très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire (y compris pour un séjour en hiver) : le chauffage au sol dans le salon est très agréable ! A 5 min du port de St Goustan (à voir absolument) et à proximité de plusieurs lieux touristiques.
Emmanuelle et son fils, Etienne, qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée sont très sympatiques.
Nous gardons l'adresse pour un séjour plus long !
