Description of the rental
A fully renovated villa in a large garden for four people including children has a living room open to the roof frame, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and toilet, outdoor shower, barbecue.
The quiet villa, surrounded by terraces, overlooks the tree-lined garden and has a beautiful panoramic view over the Pampelonne bay and the coast towards Estérel.
Reversible air conditioning allows heating or cooling of the living room and bedrooms.
The house and the garage are protected by an alarm with secret code.
One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, the other 2 separate 90 cm beds (bultex bedding). A cot for young children is available on request. The furniture is in solid wood: oak in the living room, elm in the bedrooms, ash in the kitchen. Garden furniture and relax in pvc.
The kitchen, which is widely open on the terrace with many elements, includes a freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob. Ordinary dishes in kitchen elements, coffee makers, kettle, toaster. Iron and ironing board and hairdryer in a bedroom closet. Crockery and housewife Guy Degrenne in the sideboard.

The Pampelonne beach with its many restaurants and all its activities is located 500 m away and accessible by a footpath.
