Hossegor, a city resolutely turned towards the ocean, is a gem of the Landes coast.
Nestled between the Landes pine forest and the ocean so known for its beautiful waves, the city has known over the years how to create its microcosm, and an art of living around leisure such as Surfing, golf, Paddle, tourism etc etc You discover unique shops, local people and of course a very surfing, see Californian atmosphere.

We try to make ourselves available to the maximum to welcome you according to your schedules. However please note that for arrivals on weekdays (Monday to Friday) entry into the premises cannot be made before 6 p.m.

I stayed in the loft flat for one week at the end of the August. If you're a beach lover, the way that I am, this is a perfect place to stay - I loved going to sleep listening to the ocean and waking up to see the sea ❤️ Would also be perfect for surfers.
The hostess (and the local property manager) was extremely helpful and flexible, always responding in a timely personable manner - we had a small misunderstanding that was my error, and she was ver patient in resolving it with me 😊
The apartment is in good condition and accurately shown on the site. The kitchen was usable, but I didn't cook there. It was very convenient to have parking in the building.
The area is super - there's a great bakery located in the building, and many good cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Many amenities are located in the nearby town of Capbreton - 5 minutes by car.
I'm looking forward to returning next year!

Très belle vue appartement joliment décoré et fonctionnel
Idéalement situé, l’appartement a une vue exceptionnelle et il est très confortable. Seuls bémols : on aurait apprécié des rideaux occultant, la résidence a été bruyante toute les nuits des jeunes faisaient la fête jusqu’à 6h. la piscine était froide, pas d’ombre ni de transat il fallait poser sa serviette sur le béton.

L'appartement est situé directement au bord de la mer et offre une vue fantastique sur la mer, coucher de soleil inclus tous les soirs. Le fait qu'il se trouve au troisième étage permet ainsi assez d'intimité. L'appartement étant bien équipé, il ne manquait rien pour un excellent séjour (y compris le parking garanti au souterrain qui est bien nécessaire!). La communication facile avec la propriétaire est à soulignée. Notre séjour était parfait, mais il reste malheureusement le petit défaut du ménage qui aurait pu être plus approfondi. Sinon, très à recommander!

Beautiful View
Fabulous location overlooking the beach. The apartment was clean with facilities for cooking and underground parking. Parking is an issue in this area as it is popular with surfers. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pictures are a true reflection of the apartment.

Vue magique!
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé. C'est un bonheur de tout pouvoir faire à pied et de profiter du coucher de soleil et d'une magnifique luminosité tous les jours. La place de parking est un vrai plus, la literie est très confortable et l'appartement très bien équipé. Enfin, l'accueil par Éva est charmant! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Vue et emplacement exceptionnel mais le reste n’est pas de la même qualité
L’appartement est très bien placé et à une vue exceptionnelle, ce qui est plus qu’appréciable. Ce qui est dommage c’est que les propriétaires doivent savoir que quoiqu’il arrive il sera loué alors il n’y a pas d’effort de fait.
Propreté à revoir: poussière sur les meubles, vaisselles parfois pas propre, calcaire douche, vmc bouchée par la poussière donc la salle de bain toute embuée après même une courte douche, verrou de la porte d’entrée endommagée donc porte difficile à fermer à clé.
Il n’y a pas de petites touches d’attentions des propriétaires ou de décoration : coussins vieillissants, vaisselle dépareillée, placard mal rangé, fin de bougies etc.
C’est dommage car il manque peu de chose et un grand coup de Menage pour qu’il soit parfait.

Studio cabine avec mezzanine extrêmement lumineux et idéalement situé, sur une plage surveillée idéale pour les familles, avec parking souterrain et toutes les commodités accessibles à pied. Propriétaires très sympathiques ! Je recommande vivement

Une vue splendide dans un petit cocon!
Malgré une météo nuageuse et fraîche (en avril, on pouvait s'y attendre), nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos deux enfants (dont un bébé). Lit superposé très apprécié; grand lit double très confortable. Vue imprenable sur l'océan et immeuble dans un quartier très apprécié. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il manquait quelques zones de rangement dans le living vue la petite taille du loft mais tout était assez bien agencé pour se plaire dans ce petit cocon. Nous reviendrons!

Joli appartement fidèle à la description dont les incontestables points forts sont la vue et la proximité de l'océan. Bien agencé, finitions et matériaux de qualité.
Peut être un peu juste pour 4 personnes (ou alors 2 jeunes enfants dans les lits superposés).
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Une bien belle adresse, une vue splendide, une hôtesse charmante, que voulez vous de plus... Un petit coin de paradis hors saison, que l'on ne souhaite pas partager, il est tellement bien... Chuuut!! surtout ne le dites pas à tous le monde.

Propriétaires très agréables et super accueillants, appartement très cosy, literie confortable et moderne ! Rien à redire allez y les yeux fermer car la prestation en vaux le coup. La vue sur mer est vraiment magnifique :)
