Detailed description: You will access the whole house. She is made of :
* Four bedrooms: one on the ground floor and three upstairs with new and quality bedding.
- master bedroom 1 of 13 m² on the ground floor: 1 bed 160x200, with its adjoining bathroom.
- parental bedroom 2 of 13 m²: 1 bed 160x200 and its bathroom.
- bedroom 3 of 15 m²: 4 beds of 80x200.
-bedroom 4 of 10.5 m²: 2 beds of 80x200
* Bathroom (with bath and shower), a shower room (shower) and two separate WCs.
* A large living room / dining room / kitchen of about 70m², crossing, bright facing South-West-East and open to large bay windows on a terrace.
* Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster...
* Cellar with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products; possibility to store strollers and luggage and to extend beach towels and linen.
* Quality equipment and electric aluminum roller shutters.
* Two paved terraces: one facing south-west and the other of 20m² facing east, overlooking the garden at the back of the house.
* Interior equipment: table of 12 place settings, Bonzini table football, various board games, flat screen TV, Wifi access, baby bed.
* Outdoor equipment: Garden furniture, shade sail, deckchairs, Weber BBQ.
Or a maximum of 11 people.
2-3 cars can park in the garden
Additional information for tenants:
* 1st occupation: spring 2015
* Are made available to tenants:
- All the documentation presented to the tourist office is in the house, to discover the region easily.
- A guide to the manuals of household appliances.
Transport:
- 65 km by motorway from Bordeaux airport (Mérignac)
- Train Bordeaux-Arcachon every hour (duration: 50 minutes)
- Passage of the free shuttle within 200m from the house to the train station or the center of Arcachon, the beaches, and Moulleau.
- Departure of cycle paths less than 200 meters from the house and cycle paths to the beaches of the basin or ocean.
- Bikes for hire near the house.
Other remarks:
* We ask our tenants to have great respect for the rented property and to respect the tranquility of the neighbors. We will reciprocally ensure that our neighbors do not cause any nuisance (they are generally discreet or absent!)
* We ask tenants to notify us of items damaged during their stay, so that we can replace them as quickly as possible and ideally for the following tenants.
We are at your disposal to inform you and help you to prepare your stay since we are delighted when our tenants spend a very good relaxing or sporting holiday.

Internal regulations:
* Rental preferably biweekly or monthly during summer period.
* Decreasing price from 3 consecutive weeks.
* No rental on WE.
* Rental from Saturday 3:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m. Schedules and dates can be studied depending on the previous and next occupants...
* Weekly rate from € 1,200 to € 2,600, depending on the season (the calendar is given).
The price indicated includes the charges (water, gas and electricity, wifi).
* End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. Consequently, we ask our tenants, on the day of their departure, to leave the house in a state of cleanliness as impeccable as that in which they had the pleasure of finding it..
* 2 uncashed security deposit checks are requested upon arrival: one check for € 2,500 for possible damage and the other for € 170 for cleaning not carried out.
* Animals are not allowed.
* Smokers are not allowed to smoke inside the accommodation, equipped with smoke detectors.
