The owner is really easy to communicate with and very nice. The location is great, right off the beach and a couple of minutes by foot to the port center. The futon is more comfortable than I expected, but I was surprised that bedding and linens weren't included. Luckily, Luc offers them as a supplement. A real plus for summer months is his supplemental offer of a garage and use of bicycles. I wish there had been wifi. All in all, it's a deal.

La plage juste à côté
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en bord de mer dans ce joli studio où tout était parfait. N'oublions pas de remercier le propriétaire pour son très bel accueil.

Schönes kleines, sauberes 1 Zi. Appartment direkt am Strand
Das Objekt liegt direkt am Strand.
Es verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit einem Keramikkochfeld mit (nur) zwei Kochstellen und (echt Luxus) einer kleinen Geschirrspülmaschine. Das Bad verfügt über eine schöne Dusche, Waschbecken und WC und hat ein Fenster.
Die Schlafcouch geht in Ordnung. Eine Seite ist etwas härter als die andere.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu mieten, was ich dringend empfehle. Die Luft ist voll Salz und Sand (der Nachteil der Nähe des Meeres).
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Uns hat er sogar 2 Fahrräder geliehen (kostenlos). Die stehen allerdings in der Garage. Vielleicht muss man die Garage mieten, um die Fahrräder zu bekommen. Am Besten einfach freundlich danach fragen oder der Vermieter bietet es Euch von sich aus an.
Weiterer Nachteil der Nähe zum Meer ist, dass es überall sandig ist. Auch in der Wohnung. Da kann man putzen wie man will: eine Stunde später knirscht es wieder.
Insgesamt eine TOP-Unterkunkft, die ich empfehlen kann.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Luc le propriétaire du studio qui reste à notre écoute tout au long du séjour.
Le logement est excellent pour passer 2 ou 3 jours mais pour des vacances estivales une terrasse serait un plus.
La location est idéalement située au bord de la plage. De plus Luc peut nous proposer une place de parking ce qui n'est pas négligeable.

Tolle Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Der Hafen ist auch nicht weit weg und die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet und für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichen. Es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit eine Garage dazu zu mieten. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung

Mon agréable séjour au Grau du Roi
Je suis très contente de mon séjour chez Mr Luc . Il m'a très bien accueilli et de plus, gentiment il est venu me chercher à la gare et m'a raccompagnée le jour de mon départ. Son appartement est idéalement situé pour quelqu'un comme moi qui n'a pas de véhicule pour me déplacer. Très proche de la mer, c'est ce que je recherchais et de plus proche du centre-ville comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Studio idéal pour un couple. Je recommande. Merci Mr Luc j'ai passé une très bonne semaine.

Un appartement à deux pas de la plage. Ce dernier est conforme aux descriptions faites, un très bel appartement, pratique avec une superficie suffisante pour deux personnes. Tout est à proximité ce qui est très agréable.

It was very clean, modern and in an excellent location.
We decided to make up the futon as a bed during the duration of the stay to save sorting it out every night. It did mean we were restricted to sitting on the high chairs at the breakfast bar, but as we were out most of the time and really only intended to sleep in the accommodation this wasn't a problem to us. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, we were on bicycles and it was great to come back and go for a swim every day. We were also fortunate that the Arenes du Grau du Roi was being held and the horses and bulls were run through the town every day ending up on the beach right next to the property. This is a perfect base, there is so much to do locally. We can highly recommend it.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement in toller Lage - Appartement bien équipé et situé
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement und empfehlen es gerne weiter. Es ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Sowohl zum Strand als auch ins Zentrum von Grau-du-Roi sind es nur wenige Meter. Aufgrund der Parksituation empfiehlt sich die zusätzliche Anmietung des optionalen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatzes.

Nous étions très satisfaits et nous recommandons ce studio. Il est propre et entièrement équipé. Proche de centre ville et surtout très proche de la mer. Nous recommandons de prendre le garage en supplément.
