About this villa rental
This exceptionally private home is set outside the beautiful little town of Naoussa, offering a wonderful and cozy atmosphere. A large bright terrace with pergolas shelters the property, giving it seclusion and freshness, while colorful flowering plants add to the oasis-like atmosphere. Harmony Residence is located only 60 meters from the water and 180 meters from the closest sandy beach.
Offering an interior of 275 square meters, it is based on an original designed island home and was completely renovated in 2010. The elemental, unfussy Cycladic design features large spaces connected by high rounded arches. Rooms on the ground floor include a very spacious central salon and dining area, a deluxe kitchen, three colorful welcoming bedrooms with two bathrooms. On the first floor feature another three bedrooms with traditional stone -built beds as well as two more bathrooms and a sun bathed terrace made for relaxation.
Paros, is consistently among the top three destinations for Greece (for Greek tourists as well) because it is an island that offers everything you need: sun and sea, with its beautiful beaches, leisure and summer sports (windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, scuba etc..), restaurants and traditional Greek tavernas, shops and cafes, the flea markets and many nightclubs.
So it is for you to see what type of holiday you prefer and combine it according to your needs in order to make it your dream vacation...
The island of Paros is situated in the middle of the Cyclades island complex and between the islands of Naxos and Antiparos. It is among the major islands of the Aegean Sea (its surface is about 200 square km) in length with a coastline of 120 km of beaches
The capital of Paros is Parikia village which lies west from the island. It is also the village which is the main port of the island where all the ferries arrive from Athens. The second largest village, but after all, much more beautiful, colorful and vivid than Parikia, is Naoussa which is located in the northern part of the island (9km).Naoussa
The village of Naoussa is also a small port and it is considered as one of the most beautiful villages of the Cyclades. Naoussa is a traditional village that has all the traditional attributes of Greece: small white cubic houses, dazzling white churches, narrow streets adorned with bougainvillea and jasmine, a small port, lively terraces where people eat fish or octopus drizzled with ouzo...
The port of Naoussa makes you dream. Near the port there are also remains of a Venetian castle ... Although Naoussa is much calmer than Parikia, bars and nightclubs abound. Naoussa is also famous for its beautiful beaches; you can take the small boat from the harbor towards the many golden sand beaches of the bay of Kolimbithyres, Agios Ioannis, Santa Maria...
In most of the nearby beaches of Naoussa, it is possible to practice different water sports. Naoussa has also a large number of churches and chapels, the church Kimissis tis Theotokou (Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary) is located atop the highest hill in Naoussa and it offers a magnificent view over the bay.
The area which is undoubtedly the most beautiful, is the little port as there are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in the adjacent lanes. The port comes to life during the evening and offers a wide selection of bars where someone can enjoy a glass of wine at the seaside or dance to the beat of nightclubs that are located nearby…

Magda met us at the home late at night and was very helpful. We got lost on the way there and she was very helpful getting us to the location. The house was clean with plenty of room. Magda was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided us with great restaurant options and other useful info. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms and she had a plumber there in 30 min. To fix it. The pool was great for relaxing on hot afternoons. We all wanted to stay longer. Thank you Magda!

Perfect location. Great house for a large group. Highly recommend. Only issue was we lost wifi partway through our stay and there was only one key for both the upstairs and down stairs unit which auto lock. We did not lock ourselves out but we worried we would. Very well stocked kitchen (no dishwasher soap fyi) All of this worked out fine, and we loved our stay at Harmony Villa!

Harmony Villa was perfect for our big group. It has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a nice pool and a very lovely barbecue area. It's walking distance from Naoussa and quite easy to get to. Dimitris and Ilias were super friendly, checked us in early, conveniently messaged on Whatsapp, and provided really great recommendations for Paros. Really recommend it!

We stayed with three family’s with older teenage kids (16 persons in total) in the Harmony Villa. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very convenient en well supplied. Small patio with bbq place which we used several times. Space around swimmingpool was quite small but sufficient. Kids could go into town by themselves because of the proximity of Naoussa center which was great! Elias, the manager, was very helpful. Only comment is that we had just arrived and went into the pool and not such a friendly neighbor came to warn us right away to be quiet in the pool (at 4.30 pm!). We have been away most of the days so we did not see her again but that was not a very friendly welcome from the neighbors. Of course we are aware that the house is situated in a residential area and they do not want late night loud parties there!

We had the most glorious time at Harmony Villa, which is close enough to walk into the heart of Naoussa but also a tiny bit tucked away so it's quiet and peaceful. We were a big group and had plenty of space. Great courtyard for eating and gathering. Elias was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, including our rather annoying requests for more hangers! We love the aesthetics and charm of the villa too. Thank you for such a magical stay.

We are a family of 12 people and this property was very good for that group and even if there would have been more.
The property has a very nice outdoor area with possibilities of barbecue which we used on more than once. Very convenient to have so many bathrooms when you have a big family, Distance to town is not so much and one can walk easily.

The villa was amazing for our big group of friends with a great courtyard for dining together and a big pool. The location of the villa was great with its proximity to nice restaurants in town, supermarket and ATV hire places within walking distance. Host was amazing at communicating for check in and any questions we had! Thanks for a lovely stay in Paros.

We had an amazing visit to Paros. Harmony villa was perfect for our large family gathering. It was so nice to walk into town and enjoy the stores and restaurants, as well as staying home and grilling fresh fish and lamb burgers from the butchery. We recommend Harmony villa and would love to return!

Fantastic views
Incredible views on the quiet side of Oia. It was fantastic to be on terrace for sunset views, foot traffic was manageable during that time. The view was so good, we decided to do take away from the restaurants we researched. If you have a group of 4+ this place is a no Brainerd. People would ask us...how do I get up there. Note this is VERY quiet after sun sets, much quieter than other parts of Oia as we found from being out later one night.

Superbe !
Merci Dimitrios, merci Elias

villa Harmony

This was a perfect home for us - a family of 12!
We've just returned from a 10 day stay at Harmony Villa and could not have enjoyed it more. There was ample room and configurations for bedroom space, and more importantly enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 12 adults. All the bedrooms are also air conditioned - a must in the heat of summer. This home also afforded us much privacy. We were pleasantly surprised that the living space was larger than the pictures led us to believe, and that was also true of the pool. The location could not have been any better. Just a 10 minute walk to the center of Naoussa, where there are ample restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. There is also a short walk to a nearby beach, although there are nicer beaches a little further away. The management staff was very pleasant and responsive to any questions and recommendations. They even helped us out with a connection when we had a challenge at renting ATVs.
The island of Paros is charming and a picturesque "greek isle". The town of Naoussa is especially quaint - no big cruise ships dock here.
We would recommend Harmony Villa in a heart beat and hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay on this property. It is situated very near the ocean and a very short walk from gorgeous Naoussa. The home was beautifully appointed, was very clean and well organized. I did notice a faint musty smell in one of our rooms, which ended up being a leak which ultimately became a waterfall/slight flood situation. Having said that, the staff fixed the issue quickly and all was well. Also, there is an ant problem that just got worse but I think thats actually an issue all over the island. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially if you have a large group. Plenty of room to move around...oh! and the pool was amazing.

This villa is located on Paros, an island that seems to draw Greek locals more than the very touristic Mykonos or Santorini. While the house does not have a direct sea view from the ground floor, its location is excellent. Within a 2 minute walk are little shady, bougainvillea perfumed alleys that wind down into the heart of the charming town of Naoussa, to narrow pedestrian streets that offer tantalizing views out onto the aqua waters of the bay and the sound of waves. Dozens of restaurants, bars, and night clubs, as well as high-end boutique shopping and a town square and waterfront with an antique stone fortress, are all within an easy stroll. If one turns the other direction leaving the house, the beach is a five minute walk away, with a choice of golden sand or stone shingle, shade from pine trees or full sun and parasols. Naoussa is also a good jumping off point for the rest of the island. Dimitri was kind enough to provide us with an excellent guide to local restaurants, bars, and beaches that was accurate and well thought out.Prior to our arrive, Dimitri was extremely responsive and careful to make certain all details were attended to. We had some special requests, like needing three baby cribs and having groceries pre-purchased for our group's arrival, and he made certain that these requests were met precisely. The detail and promptness of his communication were excellent. When we arrived at the house, the hot-water heater was broken, but it was fixed within just a couple of hours of our arrival. The local staff were pleasant and effective. The house itself is lovely with a wonderful outdoor dining area, barbecue, and pool, and the bedrooms were large and had brand new linens and towels. The kitchen had many useful appliances such as toaster, blender, food processor, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge. It was well stocked with cooking ware and tableware. There were only a few small problems with the villa: one of the upstairs bedrooms only has a curtain for a door; some of the showers had a bit of mildew (this is not unexpected in a bathroom in a climate this hot); the hot water heater was a bit touchy even after it was repaired, and required being turned on and off for use. All in all these were minor issues and did not detract from the pleasure of the stay. Please be aware that there is a 90 euro cleaning fee at departure, which we hadn't realized was included.

We were a large group comprising 3 families with children. The villa was very homely and with easy access to the local beach and shop. The lady who met us with the keys etc was very welcoming and professional as was our correspondance with the owner. The outdoor garden had a lovely seating area with shade and barbeque area. The pool is great and though the seating area around it is limited, best use of space has been made. There was only one double bedroom and the rest comprised of twin or triple rooms. Bathrooms were clean and the entire house had a lovely character. Living area was very spacious but the kitchen area was very small. It overlooks the living area so it's quite sociable however it requires dexterity and cooperation to cook for a group there.Upstairs terrace area is lovely. The stairs area is open. Our children, bar one were older so were well able to manage it. We had one two year old, so during the day we blocked off that area for safety reasons. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. This villa is great for larger groups and if you just want to chill..you have everything that you need on your doorstep. The old town is within easy reach. No need to hire a car. We had a great time here.

The pool is great and though the seating area around it is limited, best use of space has been made. There was only one double bedroom and the rest comprised of twin or triple rooms. Bathrooms were clean and the entire house had a lovely character. Living area was very spacious but the kitchen area was very small. It overlooks the living area so its quite sociable however it requires dexterity and cooperation to cook for a group there.Upstairs terrace area is lovely.
