The house is located in a fishing community PENMARCH translates 'horse head', a step into the ocean. At the start of the house, hiking path either on foot or by bicycle which lead you to the Ster beach, followed by the small fishing and pleasure port of Kérity. Continuing along the seafront, you will discover the Eckmuhl 66 lighthouse. 48 m high, 307 steps where you have a panoramic view of the Bigouden region. You continue your discovery by the Chapel of Joy built in tribute to the sailors perished at sea, then comes the port of St Guénolé, landing of langoustines, fish, sardines ...
Then the ride continues with the discovery of magnificent rocks or in winter you can discover a storm, breaking waves crash there. For the discovery of the Penmarchaise coast, the superb beach of Pors Carn with fine sand which ends with the Pointe de la Torche, a paradise for surfers.

Jolie maison moderne, 700 mètres de la plage
Maison joliment décorée. La cuisine ouverte offre tous les appareils ménagers nécessaires. La literie est parfaite.
Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et l’emplacement pour 2 voitures.

Prachtig klein huisje
Dit huisje is zeker een aanrader als je een verblijf voor 2 personen zoekt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het huisje is gelegen aan een rustige weg vanaf waar je in ongeveer 10 minuten naar het strand loopt. Het enige dat wat tegenviel was het comfort van de bank en stoelen beneden. Verder zeker een aanrader!

Winterurlaub 2021-2022
Liebe Fam. Le Carre,
wir waren über den Jahreswechsel 2021-2022 für 2 Wochen in Penmarch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung im Haus war komplett und es an nichts gemangelt. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt war, dass die Internetverbindung W-LAN sehr langsam war und die Verbindung öfters zusammengebrochen ist. Aber wir waren ja nicht in der schönen Bretagne um die ganze Zeit im Internet zu surfen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Fam. Köthnig Hauser

nous avons séjourné à Penmarch pendant 2 semaines au tournant de l'année 2021-2022. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise, l'équipement de la maison était complet et il ne manquait rien. Le seul point de critique était que la connexion Internet W-LAN était très lente et la connexion plantait souvent. Mais nous n'étions pas dans la belle Bretagne pour surfer sur internet tout le temps. Nous pouvons certainement recommander la maison. Cordialement, la famille Koethnig Hauser

Herbstferien in Penmarch
Das Haus ist wunderbar und mit allem ausgestattet, das man benötigt. Auch, wenn es mal einen Tag lang regnet, kann man sich gemütlich drinnen aufhalten. Es liegt zentral und man kann viel mit dem Rad und zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent séjour !!!!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison lumineuse et décorée avec beaucoup de gout.
Grand merci à Madame Le Carre pour sons accueil chaleureux, et à son mari pour ses talents de pâtissier.
En effet un gâteau breton et une bouteille de cidre nous attendaient. Même le soleil était de la partie.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Très jolie maison,propre et très bien décorée, le jardin est superbe.
Malheureusement la météo était déplorable,le village de Penmarc'h en travaux, et tout fermé à cause du covid.Nous reviendrons volontiers dans de meilleures conditions.

Maison lumineuse et décorée avec soin. Jardin agréable et à l'abri des regards. Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée pour un séjour en famille. Environnement calme et naturel adapté pour des balades en vélo ou à pieds, à proximité des plages. Accueil sympathique et gourmand (merci pour le far et le cidre à l'arrivée). Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps !

Ein wunderschönes Haus, das sauberer sein könnte
Das Haus ist wunderschön aufgeteilt und bis ins Detail liebevoll ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Die Betten sind bequem und selbst unter dem Dach wird es kaum zu warm. Die beiden großzügigen Terrassen und der Garten erlauben es, mit Sonne und Schatten zu wandern, es findet sich immer ein Plätzchen, an dem man sich sonnen kann oder an dem ein kühlendes Lüftchen geht. Das Grundstück ist nahezu uneinsehbar und komplett umzäunt, kein Hund kann entwischen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten an fantastischen Stränden. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, vor allem Oberflächen und Schränke, Geschirr und Besteck sowie Küchengeräte und Kühlschrank waren alles andere als sauber. Und den Vermietern mangelt es an Großzügigkeit, das Bettzeug, Handtücher, Wasser und Strom sowie die Endreinigung sind extra zu bezahlen, und das, obwohl die Miete keineswegs niedrig ist. Nicht alle Extraleistungen sind in FeWo ausgewiesen, und die Vermieter setzen einen zusätzlichen Vertrag auf. Trotzdem: wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden auch wiederkommen.

bonne état général, très bonne construction, dommage d'arrivée dans une maison pas chauffée au moins 2 jours avant, nous avons eux froid la première nuit le temps que les murs s’imprègne des calories, pensée a remplacer le canapé, au moins les coussins qui on fait leur temps,
après réflexion, attention a la refacturation d'électricité, les heures creuses et les heures pleine sont au même tarif,
et pour moi la revente d’énergie est illégale,

Une très sympathique petite maison de vacances
La maison est décorée avec un gout parfait, tout est à l'état neuf, et d'une propreté méticuleuse. Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails et cela rend le séjour très plaisant.
la maison est très lumineuse, bien isolée et le jardin clos est une petite merveille.
la venelle est fréquentée surtout par des vélos et la mer est à moins de 10mn à pied.
j'ai beaucoup apprécié PenMarc'h et Kérity, les rochers de Saint Guénolé, le phare d'Eckmuhl et la très belle plage de Pors Arn, la pointe de la Torche aussi, le port du Guilvinec et je reviendrai avec plaisir.
Je vous conseille de venir avec des vélos, tous les alentours sont prévus pour de longues ballades cyclistes !

Quelles belles vacances !!!
Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren in die Bretagne, aber wir hatten noch nie ein so liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus gemietet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt, da es sehr komfortabel und gemütlich war. Wir haben es genossen, auf der uneinsehbaren Terrasse zu essen und zu lesen. Die beiden Terrassen ermöglichen einem je nach Bedarf, im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu sitzen. Der Garten mit seinen Palmen gibt einem das Gefühl, irgendwo in südlichen Gefilden zu sein, ohne unter den dort üblichen Temperaturen zu leiden. Unser Hund hat den abgezäunten Garten geliebt. Die Umgebung von Penmarc'h bietet alles für einen gelungenen Strandurlaub mit guter lokaler Gastronomie. Für die Kultur und zum Einkaufen bietet das nahe Quimper alle Möglichkeiten.

Die Gastgeber, Mireille und Thierry waren super freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Kuchen und Cidre als Willkommensgruß. Französisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil, wir hatten unsere Herausforderung bei der Verständigung, ging dann aber irgendwie doch :)
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet .
Die Gegend ist mit Fahrrad sehr schön zu erkunden.

Belle maison, bien meublée, tout dont on a besoin, à bord de la mer.
Nous avons été bien accueilli par Mireille. Les photos donnent un bel aperçu de la maison, et il nous manquait rien d'important. Trois belles chambres à coucher, salon, salle à manger et cuisine. Très propre. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Ein tolles Domizil
Wir wurden von der Vermieterin nach einer langen Anreise sehr nett begrüßt und haben eine tolle Führung durch das Haus bekommen, inklusive "Willkommens-Kuchen".
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei bestem Wetter verbracht und kommen gern wieder.

Gut gelegenes, sehr schönes, helles und geräumiges Ferienhaus
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie die Organisation der Buchung war unkompliziert, freundlich und direkt möglich.
Das Ferienhaus ist hell und schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Auch die um das Haus herum angelegte Terrasse sowie der mit südlichen Pflanzen versehene Garten tragen zum entspannten Gefühl bei. Die Pflanzen bieten guten Sichtschutz, so dass wir uns privat und ungestört fühlen konnten. Das Haus liegt zentral, so dass verschiedene Strände mit dem Auto schnell und gut zu erreichen sind (10 min.). Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Wir haben uns in diesem atmosphärisch sehr schönen Ferienhaus rundum wohl gefühlt und können es weiter empfehlen.

Une maison spacieuse , confortable , pleine de charme et décorée avec goût !
Tout d'abord , nous avons beaucoup apprécié l 'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire , madame Le Carre .Un grand merci également pour le far fait maison et la bouteille de cidre qui nous attendaient et auxquels nous avons fait honneur !
Une maison dans laquelle nous aurions bien aimé rester plus longtemps tant elle est agréable , pratique , propre et décorée avec goût .
Nous avons même pu trouver une place pour l'enclos ( 1m15 x1m15 )de notre Fripouille (lapin nain )dans le hall d'entrée sans gêner le passage !
Le matin , nous sommes accueillis par ...le chant des oiseaux . Il est vrai que la venelle est essentiellement fréquentée par les vélos .Peu de voitures donc .
De belle ballades à faire en partant de la location car les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses ( location de vélos au village , près du phare).
Une location que nous recommandons vivement .

Tres jolie maison
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très jolie maison. La décoration est vraiment réalisée avec goût et on se sent comme chez soit. Cette maison à une âme, ce qui est rare pour une location.
Rien ne manque et idéalement située. La plage de la Torche est à proximité.
Les commerces sont à moins de 10 minutes en voiture.
Le séjour idéal car même le soleil était au rendez vous.
Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison très bien agencée, très lumineuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le soleil entre dans la pièce principale le matin et n'en ressort qu'à son coucher. Elle est très bien équipée, et le vrai plus est le débaras à l'entrée qui permet d'entreposer le bazar (bottes, matériel de pêche ou de golf, valises ...) Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Mireille et le délicieux far breton qui nous attendait à l'arrivée avec le cidre fait par son époux. La maison est très calme, et idéalement située pour de très belles ballades à pied ou en vélo le long du rivage. Il y a aussi un book fait par les propriétaires qui nous informe sur toutes les activités à faire à proximité.

Nous recommandons vraiment cette location point de départ de découverte du pays bigoudin. L'aménagement et la décoration de bon gout, ainsi que l'accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, complètent parfaitement les journées de découverte de ce magnifique pays même en décembre. Nous reviendrons certainement au printemps pour complèter ce trop court séjour.

18.09.2010 au 28.09.2010 Vacances très agréables en ce magnifique pays bigouden. "ty kaer"une maison "idéale"que nous avons hâte de retrouver après une bonne journée! Cette maison de charme est confortable et la décoration très recherchée. Elle possède en plus, un très beau jardin. Nous avons dégusté plusieurs "far breton"mais celui de thierry est de loin le meilleur.Merci à Mireille pour tout! Son book sur la région est très bien pensé et présenté . Nous garderons en pensée, la belle photo de Maria, votre belle grand mère avec sa coiffe.Elle est l'âme de ty kaer et tous les jours je la salue dans l'escalier. A bientôt car toutes ces bonnes choses donnent envie de revenir"

Location très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Il y a même un transat et une chaise haute pour les bébés ! Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette charmante maison qui nous correspondait pleinement et nous n'avons pas été déçus de notre choix.Tout y était pour notre plaisir de la décoration intérieure au jardin paysagé....!!!!Quant à l'accueil des propriétaires je ne vous dirai pas plus à vous de découvrir...!!!!Mais des plus agréables, un délice pour les papilles gustatives. Une maison de 3 chambres très récente aménagée avec un goût certain. Le confort et la praticité du gîte sont appréciables. L'accueil est chaleureux et convivial. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et les terrasses en bois exotiques ainsi que l'ameublement d'extérieur fort bien venus dès les premiers rayons de soleil.
